We absolutely love Emerge! The urgent care service is a blessing when you have those emergencies after normal hours and you have to work during hours that majority of doctors offices are open, by the time you get off work they are closed.. The promptness and amount of care they provided to us was excellent! Our kiddo was very comfortable throughout the visits we’ve had with Emerge and one of those times he broke his hand. They were very helpful with letting him know exactly what they were going to do and had him relaxed and at ease as they casted his hand. We’ve been a couple of times with our older children and ourselves and we’ve also had the same experience. We are truly grateful for the staff and the providers. I definitely Highly recommend Emerge Ortho!!! Plus… It’s so much better than having to make a visit to the ER! Thank you to each and every one of the Emerge Team!!

I called at 8:30am to make an appointment at their Urgent Care. They got me in at 10:20 the same day! I was taken to an exam room the minute I arrived. Then immediately had 3 x-rays taken and saw the doctor to discuss the findings. I was done and out the door in 30 minutes!! ALL of the staff was friendly, caring and respectful. I couldn't have asked for a more professional and efficient appointment!!

Normally I have had positive interactions with this location. However this time staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The way my son was treated was unacceptable. The lady at the front desk should get a job she actually likes as opposed to this one seeing as doing her job is such an inconvenience.

Great customer service and also great staff. I've been there twice and was treated quickly. I love this office. I travel 30 minutes to come to this office. I love their services!

My entire experience was exceptional. Receptionists consistently greet me with a smile, the facility is impeccably clean, every clinician listens to everything I have to say, there’s no rushing me out the door. I highly recommend this practice.

Had a wonderful experience. The PA amd staff were great. Definitely recommend them. Went in with a broken ankle and was seen quickly. In and out in an hour after x-rays and a splint.

Dr. Andrew was very nice BUT we had an appointment at 10:45 that was scheduled 5 days in advance and did not get into a room until a little after 12pm. If the waiting time could have been better with a prescheduled appointment, I would give 5 stars.

Smithfield EmergeOrtho is a great location to attend for Physical Therapy. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional, committed and dedicated to their patients and work to make sure their patients get back to their normal health after surgery. The facility is very clean and comfortable. I would recommend the location to anyone. I wish I would have attended this location for physical therapy after my first hip replacement. I would attend this location for the rest of my life for PT if I would need any more surgery. Thank you to the staff for your outstanding service.
