    $17 for a mandarin salad and a small ice coffee…..chicken is that gross slimy is it real type chicken. Panera is just so overpriced for what you get….they should be ashamed

    From the touch pad at Panera I ordered a soup + sandwich and an ice tea with no sugar. For the sandwich I opted for no mayo, no bacon. When I picked up they gave me a sandwich WITH mayo AND bacon, a bag of chips and a tea WITH sugar. Not easy to eat healthy even when you try. I guess don’t use the touch pads? Super disappointed.

    Does it really a half hour to get a fruit cup. And I have gotten a better one from Hannaford and person who waited on me where they order was he didn't bother to apologize for taking so long his answer was I have a lot of customers.might help my attitude if he apologized.

    Citrus asian salad whiteout chick. We asked why come whitout no chick ( only 1 little diced ) employee said to me if do you want little more you need to pay extra or you eat like this , my salad look like old and rest salad , no dressing very munch leafs . All my family with me are frustrated ( 7 peoples )

    They do a great job here. The bread and bagels are always fresh . The people at the counter seem to be happy and helpful. I like the small computer screens that are there to get to input orders on. They shouldn't be as close as they are to the action / registers. Too confusing. If you want to stop by to look at your computer, or just meet with friends They have a great area with booths and tables for that. The pickup your order screen is really helpful to follow your order and see where you are in line. There's never a question of your order status. Just follow the screen and you'll see where you are.

    I like the food options at Panera. Disappointing that they weren't serving breakfast sandwiches at 11:30 am on a Sunday... I also think in general, their prices have gotten very high... I had a half of a salad. There were three people with me, one got a bowl of mac and cheese, one got a half of a sandwich, and one got a scone... With drinks the bill came to $53. Kind of a lot of money for some light fare... But most disappointing - the coffee in the urns was all barely tepid... The two of us who got coffee tried different kinds...

    Good Panera location. They now have curbside pickup (designated parking lot spots for pickup). Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because occasionally they mess up the order (make sure to check it before leaving) and once my rapid pickup order was stolen (someone purposely walked in and took my order that was sitting and waiting for me), so be aware this location has customers who might steal from you. Keep your possessions close if inside. The manager remade my order, though so it was resolved asap. I actually saw the thief walk by me, with my order, as I stood there waiting for it to be remade (I could see the big noticeable receipt, with my name printed big, on the bag, as they walked by. This means they were bold enough to take it, eat it there and then not finish it and walk out with it. And I had alterations to my order so a person who grabbed the wrong thing would have notice and spoken up. They definitely took someone else's order on purpose.)

    I loved Panera back when humans helped you order. The kiosk ordering has led to a platitude. There is more room for employees to shirk responsibility.

    Really disappointed. I've been to this location before and have had no issues. Which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. I ordered the bakers dozen bagel offer (13 bagels 2 tubs of cream cheese) and 2 extra tubs of cream cheese for a party. I prepaid and used the rapid ordering online. When I picked it up it was missing the additional cream cheese so I waited in line and asked them to double check the order. The young man pulled out 2 individual sized plain cream cheeses and I pointed out the receipt attached to the bag that showed I ordered 2 flavored tubs. He took my bag into the back where I couldn't see him and came back a munute or so later. I thanked him and left the line. When I checked the bag before leaving I realized he just tossed in those 2 little cream cheeses instead of correcting the order. I had to get back in line and speak to another employee before it was settled. Not only was it frustrating but was also concerning that he took so long out of sight and still didn't correct the error. What was he even doing? I'm hoping it was just him pretending to look and not anything really unsettling. Everyone makes mistakes but basically being so sketchy instead of just asking another person to help them is what was so disappointing about today's experience. The food is great at Panera but I would advise checking and then re-checking anything you buy online for an rapid pickup from here.

    The two of us went here one late morning to grab some lunch. I believe the person impersonating a cashier failed to attend to my friend as she waited to be called over to order. They were using their phones.

    I bought the peach and blueberry smoothie with almond milk and it was nothing like a smoothie. First it came in a small cup and I asked if they had other sizes and they said no. It did not look like the smoothie I ordered which was overpriced. I asked them if that was my order and they insisted it was so I took it and tasted it and it was watery, I didn't have peach, no almond milk, huge chunks of ice which blocked the smoothie from running through the straw. It tasted like water and three blueberries with a pinch of peach juice from the store. Nothing fresh. I could've gone to good old McDonalds and had a smoothie with fruits not water. I don't want this to happen to anyone.

    I come to the Marlborough Panera Bread a lot to hang out. I'm also a member of the Sips Club so I get Free Iced Tea there. Lately my taste buds have changed and I've been drinking Iced Coffee with 1/2 +1/2. Also Free at Panera with my membership.

    I’ve gone to this location multiple times using curbside and going inside. Today I went on my lunch break and was alarmed at the parfait they gave me. I’m pretty sure it’s not supposed to look like that and I’m not going to eat it.

    We ordered the Turkey Avocado bacon Sandwhich with squash soup and the grilled cheese with a chicken noodle soup.The turkey Sandwhich was really good along with the squash soup,the squash soup was very sweet though,it must have sugar in it,when we make homemade squash soup it's not sweet at all,but more natural,still worth ordering though,the grilled cheese looked good as well,defiantly worth checking Panara bread out

    I stopped by this Panera with my kids and unfortunately left behind a book. A manager found the book and put it in the office. It took me a week to retrace and realize that I had left my book at their restaurant. When I called to ask if they had it they said it was there for a few days but wasn't there now. I was told they would do some investigating and get back to me. A few days later after not getting a call back, I called again and was told that they would do some investigating and get back to me. I waited another few days and called again. At this point, I was told that it's likely my book was thrown out. While I accept that I made a mistake in leaving my book, I feel strongly that they should have kept it longer than a week and even more strongly should have given me a call back letting me know it was likely tossed.

    A long time ago I liked going to Panera because the food appeared to be on the slightly healthier side and the prices were reasonable. This time I had a steak and horseradish cheddar sandwich. It was $14 and was lacking in all aspects (taste, quality, quantity). If you go to a mom & pop sandwich shop, you'll NEVER pay $14 for a sandwich, and you might even have some leftovers! I also don't like that their trying to replace cashiers with kiosks. If you like being ripped off...then go to Panera.

    The menu that I wanted to try was out of order, I ordered mango smoothy and paid 6.69 before tax, but it was in a small cup (like tall size in Starbucks or looks smaller than that). I expected a bigger size than that. I was only going here bc they were the only one who opened after 8 pm on Sunday night. I don't think I would ever order smoothy with them.

    This is particularly good Panera. Lots of people go to this one and its still fast and always fresh. I frequent this Panera and have never had an issue so it goes from a four Star to five in my opinion based on that alone.

    Great in every way. Spacious, pleasant interior decor and music. Good service by real people, I did not order on the tablet thing. The food is fresh and much healthier than in other places. Interesting and tasty natural juices in the fountain. Free wi-fi (some restaurants do not provide that). They even separate trash and recyclables, wonderful! Panera is much more expensive than fast food places, but the quality is much higher. Enjoy !

    Not only did I have to sit there for 23mins after “expected pick up time” but my food was made improperly. They made my sandwich completely wrong. They removed every ingredient I asked to be removed but didn’t add any ingredients I asked to be added. I don’t know about you but a slice of tomato turkey and some bread isn’t enough or acceptable to me. -Alex Shmeck

    They encourage you to use the kiosks but I often pay in cash so I stand on line, plus, I prefer to order with a person. The staff is polite and the food is hot and fresh. They are understaffed however, so be prepared to wait an extra 5-10 minutes beyond the normal (pre-Covid).

    Usually a good experience at the Marlborough Panera location. Today was no exception. The tables were cleaned and santized regularly. The food was good. My usual is the napa chicken salad sandwich. My daughter had the mac n cheese.

    Not a good experience, but the sandwich was good so two stars. First it took five times to get the order right because the girl behind the counter kept mumbling into her mask. I appreciate that she was wearing a mask, but please speak up! Second, wrong bread for the sandwich. I ordered wheat, I don't even know what she gave me but it definitely wasn't wheat. Third, and most disgusting, I ordered an apple with my order. The apple had cobwebs inside it, around the stem. Didn't dare bite into it or cut into it; scared to see what I would find! Chucked it into the trash immediately. Definitely NOT going back any time soon

    @panerabread placed an order at Panera, 197 Boston post Rd Marlboro, MA through UberEats & they sent my order incomplete I called the Manager & he have the audacity to tell me is not their fault because I ordered through @UberEats & he can’t see my order And there is nothing he can do about it, so my question is how they fullfll it the order if they can’t see it? How is not their fault if the driver just pick up to deliver, is like I was going to pick up who fulfill the order? Unless the Uber driver ate the fruit cup Update: @UberEats Thank you for making the things right and your Customer Service, they returned the whole amount back to me!!!
