This is an amazing bakery, great service always with a smile. They take your feedback and always give you what you want in reason. They have beautiful, fresh, real long lasting baked goods. The rolls would last a whole week if we allowed them too, still soft and fresh but they don't in our house hold. Great gluten free baked goods, the fudge is dairy free too. The cream is to die for in there products, they're chai hits that spot. I go every week, never disappointed, being going there for over a year.

The curry pies are the best I have had. The kids smashed the custard crumble the other night 🤤 The new owner is a really nice guy and he his staffing situation seems to be on the mend absolutely no complaints from me!!!

Beautiful cakes! We get a few of them a couple times a year for birthdays. Your red velvet cake is heaven!

Fantastic service and they will make anything you need. The quality is what brings me back weekly. Coffee is also really good. I ordered a couple of everything for my party and they made them for me for the next day. Lovely people.

Sadly this place has gone downhill since new management has taken over. There seems to never be any pies at whatever time I come in at the moment. 10am, 11am, 12pm, none! All they could offer was a cold pie at lunch time on a Saturday? Heat it up at home myself? Shame if you wanted to grab a pie for the road. So disappointing! Also the shelves are looking bare and sad, flies in the cabinets and dirty display shelves where all the little cakes are. It does not looking enticing like it used to. This used to be my go to for many years. Pick up your game otherwise you’ll lose a lot of local customers!

We have been customers here for a long time. We have enjoyed many perfect cups of coffee, thanks to the expertise of owner Lin, plus the obligatory delicious cake to go with the coffee. However the new owner, Stanley does not have the same welcoming way. Sadly the coffee is not that enjoyable. The new staff are not overly friendly. We recently bought two loaves of bread which were quite burnt on top. We and other customers we have spoken with all say the atmosphere has changed, not for the best. Lin always made our visits happy exchanges along with friendly chats with her young staff members. All customers want is a happy hello and to feel welcome and valued.

Really nice cakes and pastries. The ricotta and spinach roll was really well done, good pastry. The snail was flaky and fresh, a classic done well. Definitely worth stopping by :)

I'm amending my review as I've since been back many times and perhaps I caught the shop on an off day or very late in the day, but the baked goods since then have been exceptional. I don't think I could even tell that they're different from previous management. I recommend going earlier to get a larger selection of goods to pick from. I highly recommend their bacon & cheese roll, or any dessert with cream on it. They do the best cream here.

The young lady at the counter was rude. The coffee was very bitter and the milk was not warm enough. The beef pie, however, was good.

We visit almost daily and are never disappointed! A genuine old-school bakery with a huge range of fresh cakes and pastries. Lin and her team are warm and efficient in equal measure.

I bought a variety of cakes at great expense, I was eating one of the tarts and thought it tasted odd, only to find out the inside was full of dusty mould!!! Bought fresh that day!!! When I called the bakery they could not tell me why a "fresh" tart was like this, they said that it was baked there and fresh. This mild was dusty, there is no way it could have been fresh. No offer of money back not an apology. Disgusted and will never buy from them again... Shame as they are usually delicious.

Great little family run bakery with all of the traditional Aussie staples. Neenish tarts and lamingtons we’re both amazing! Will be back again soon for sure!

I was very disappointed with the service I received from young fair girl at counter. She was so rude it was incredible. Luckily I have been a customer for 20 years so I am aware it is not indicative of the service I have previously received

Not a nice experience today, new management. Been a regular for over 20 years. Shelves empty with not a lot of choice, lady owner eating a meat pie whilst customers in the shop, went to serve a customer and didn’t wash her hands. Very taken back at how the shop looked. Extremely disappointed.

Bought a blueberry muffin. No blueberries inside the muffin, maybe two or three blueberries on top of the muffin as decoration and it tasted old and dry. Won’t buy this again.

Silly me just paid $5 for 6 bread rolls that I can buy nearby at 3 locations for $3. And then I paid 4% or 20 cents on top for card charge, normally zero or 1.5% elsewhere. Silly me. 🥹 Greed.

Had a great coffee, vanilla slice and croissant today. Fast and friendly service too.
