We have visited this place a few times and loved their pizza, but it seems that their service isn't quite up to par. We stopped by on 11/15 and asked for 2 slices of pizza to stay and 3 hero special to go. We asked for pizza to be crispy, and it took them 15 minutes to warm up and only received them after complaining about them. Also asked for heroes to be sliced in 3 instead of in half, but this request was ignored. The kid behind the counter seemed annoyed/uninterested and was not very professional. I suggest that management should do a better job at training employees or replace them with employees with more customer friendly personnel. We highly doubt that we will ever return, but if we do, we will definitely make sure that these issues are pointed out to management. It's not worth losing customers over one person POOR customer service!

Whenever I come down for work this is the spot I always hit while on the go. The food is always spot on and the service is always amazing. The chicken parm pizza I got tonight slapppped.

Alberts has been reopened and renovated! The food is so delicious and the traditional upside down pie remains on the menu along with many new menu choices! You won't be disappointed!! It's so clean and beautiful inside! The workers are always smiling when you go in and the food is amazing!! Can't wait to go back!!

I had a Buffalo slice and it was delicious. It was not too heavy and I loved the touch of sesame seeds on the crust. According to my son “ The Buffalo Sauce was Crafted to Perfection “

I stopped at Alberts Pizza about 2 weeks ago with my son before going to Shop Rite. I've lived on Long Island my whole life and I have to tell you that this was BY FAR the best Pizza I've had in years! My son had the BBQ chicken slice and another that I forgot the name of and he agreed that it was delicious. I had the chicken francaise slice and it was fantastic . The woman who helped us had long blonde hair, tatoos and a huge smile. She was beyond helpful, nice and funny! She explained that Alberts was under new ownership. I told her that the pizza was so good that it was "google review good" !! However with work and other things being crazy the last few weeks, I forgot to leave a review but here I am finally! Oh and the prices were cheaper than other pizzerias in the area which is funny because others in the are a are not as good! Thanks Alberts Pizza for the great food, service and atmosphere. Literally just called in my order for a Regular pie Crispy. It was ready in 15 mins. They were really friendly and the pie itself was so good I had to hurry and scarf down my first slice (whilst hot of course!) And write this review and attach what I could of the slice I devoured. Thank you so much this was exactly what I was craving!

Something CHANGED ! Not sure if all locations are affected. But my family has been going to Albert's for more than 40 years. And now their signature square pie that made them famous is no more. All it is now is a square piece of dough painted with sauce by a paint brush, hardly any cheese and tastes horrible. It used to be so delicious. I can assure you, I know my pizza and am Sicilian. The pies used to have a thin crispy crust, lots of cheese and plenty of sauce on top. The sauce would drip off the slices as you ate. Best pizza ever. Now it is all gone. Even the crust is different, and not AIRY/CRISPY like it used to be. Now it is soft and chewy. The owner should be ashamed to lower the quality of such a famous food. Despicable !

The best pizza and pasta around!!! This place shouldn’t only be known the upside down pie. Entrees are delicious and very well portioned. Not to mention the customer service was amazing.🍕❤️

I was just saying to a friend that the best pizza I’ve ever had was 30 yrs ago. I tried Albert’s pizza 2 days ago it was so go that I had to try it today. It was just as good. I strongly recommend trying it. The young lady at the counter is so friendly and welcoming. Customer satisfaction is an understatement.

The new Albert’s is amazing!! I am not sure the what the few reviews mentioning “rude” staff are referring to as my husband and I actually commented on how polite the whole staff was! My husband and I brought our two young boys and everyone was beyond kind and patient. They were extremely busy with orders but ours came out perfectly. To be honest, the food was amazing and I think even better than it was under the previous ownership. Will definitely be returning here!

Alberts Pizza square pie, the one with the cheese under the sauce i've been buying it since a Lady I worked with told me it was the closest pie to L&B Spumoni Gardens in Brooklyn. Great Pie !

New owners killed it! Same taste but even better! Quick delivery and my son said the bacon on the pizza is top notch! Alberts had been in our lives for his whole life just ronkonkoma isn't where we started but glad an where we ended up. Their Albert's specialty slice is the pizza of the gods. I have friends and family when I travel outside of long island who dont ask for bagels but insist I come with an Alberts Upside Down Pie. If your in the area or new to Long island, You have to try ALBERTS PIZZA RONKONKOMA!!!!

I usually order their upside down pizzas. I think it is the best pizza shop that delivers in my vicinity. I’ve tried a few others but I think I’ll be headed back to them time after time when I’m too lazy to drive anywhere. The food comes hot and in a timely manner even on busy weekends.

Food was perfect. Extremely family oriented, family owned business. Owner is so kind, friendly & personal. Warm atmosphere & high vibe. I never leave reviews, but they deserve this the way the owner & his sons portray their family business. Much love!

Long story short we ended up waiting 3 hours for our pizza delivery with no compensation or apologies. Our first pie never got delivered to us (it possibly went to a wrong address?) and we were told, after 2 hours, all they could do was remake us our order and deliver it which took another 45 minutes. Thankfully when our pizza did arrive it was enjoyable but we are just very disappointed in the customer service and don’t think we would risk ordering from there again.

Absolutely my favorite pizza ever! Grew up on the Albert’s in Copiague and was thrilled that this location was so close to me. The new owners are great! Kept the recipe for upside down pie. And introducing so many new items like the Caprese style pie, Buffalo chicken pie and so much more! Go there and see the new renovation! You won’t be disappointed!

The best pizza on Long island! I stopped in here one day when i was nearby and i will never go to another place! Such an amazing atmosphere and the people working are all so welcoming and kind, The owner is such a great guy. The food was outstanding. I got a few slices of pizza, a salad for sister and a chicken parmigiana dinner for myself! It was all so tasty. What can I say? Truly delicious food and exceptional service! The owner and staff couldn't be more professional and friendly. I have catered from them without disappointment. I always look forward to going there!
