I am so happy I found this jewelry store.I moved to the area 1 year ago was going to the mall for jewelry repairs. after I was told a crazy price for a watch battery I thought there must be a better way. I googled jewelry store near me and this store came up. I went right over and they were great. The price was great for a battery and also had a couple of watches repaired at great prices. the 2 owners are so friendly and you feel right at home and can trust them with your jewelry. So happy I found this store. also love the beautiful friendly cats that roam around.

I want to start by saying thank you to both "M" and "T" for being such wonderful business people. I moved to Nesconset about a year ago from Huntington and I'm slowly finding my "go-to's" in the area. When my mother gifted me a tennis bracelet that she had been given by my father many years ago, I was flattered......but it was about an inch and a half too big for my wrist. I found The Jewelry Box on Yelp, placed a call, and dropped it off at 5pm on Monday night, we discussed what needed to be done and I was quoted a very reasonable price. By 2pm the following day I had a voicemail saying my bracelet was ready. Not only did they remove the links from the bracelet as requested, but they added additional soldered supports to the bracelet to make it stronger, since certain points had weakened over the years. I picked up my bracelet the day I got the call it was done, they were ready for me, my bracelet was sparkling, and the links that she removed were also sparkling! When all was said and done I paid a little more than they originally quoted me at (due to her adding the supports), but I wasn't upset. They did a beautiful job and were both a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be back and will continue to recommend them to anyone I can. Thank you!!

I have lived in this area for thirty years and had no idea this place was here until a friend recommended them. Now I’ll never go anywhere else. They took amazing care of my engagement ring for such a reasonable price. Can’t recommend them strongly enough, bring them your business!!!

On a recommendation, I took my grandmother’s ring to be sized to fit me. It has no real monetary value, but is priceless to me and it was treated as such. I was met with quick, warm, compassion and very personalized service. I could not have had a more positive experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called the place asking for a quote on a repair for a watch for which I have all the replacement parts, and the lady on the phone very rudely said “you’re cute for asking that”, and that it was like bringing a steak to a restaurant and asking them to cook it. Now this may be true (in their opinion) but as a customer this is no way to be treated over the phone. I was willing to pay whatever they would charge, and didn’t think this was such a big deal to have all the parts on hand, as the watch broke years ago and was planning on fixing it myself but didn’t feel brave enough to. Overall poor service before even giving a potential customer a chance. What a shame.

Trish is a amazing person. My husband took my engagement ring and 2 wedding bands to get sized and melted all 3 rings together as 1. The engagement ring is centered perfectly in between my 2 bands. I am inkkve with the work and the final result. Thank you

I went to this jewelry store to have the back of a white 14k gold earring soldered back on about a year ago. The broken post was intact including the 14k gold stamped earring backing. They soldered the post to the earring and charged me $80. Yesterday,I decided to wear these earrings and noticed that the backing of the earring that was fixed was turning green! I looked at the other back on the original unbroken earring and it was stamped 14k and still bright white gold. It's was obvious they switched out for fake backing and im extremely dissapointed in such a underhanded service!
