I am on the Unlimited Sip Club. They are beyond rude. This place has some of the worst vibes I've ever experienced in an eatery. Why can't people just be professional and nice?

I ordered egg white spinach sandwich, 10:50AM I ate and I want to order second one in 10 minutes they said it was breakfast sandwich and no serve after 11AM I said I ordered just 19 min ago I need second one my son love it, I insisted, did the manager hear the insistence, but they did not give me even though I insisted, I ordered second one just in 10 min 11:05AM …is it good customer service? This also shows how much they care about their customers.

Food was great, though value for the dollar is a rough one. Small portions, and high prices but good food is the trade off

p comfy place. the workers r nice n i sit around to study n hang out a lot. i like how ppl come here n play mahjong or whatever for like hrs at a time lol. comfy

Had Panerai bread for the first time, not impressed, the soup was really small... and I ordered a large, it was okay nothing special, the salad was ok, also nothing special I don't think I'd return

They now have full table service. It used to be you would order at the bar and they would serve and take away. Much better. Food is great and prices are reasonable. Try Tara's you will not be sorry.

Very clean and quick Panera Bread location that is great to visit for a fast bite. Staff is very friendly and always willing to provide things like extra dressing and such. Large parking lot with plenty of spots and great atmosphere. Food is always fresh!

The perfect balance for a breakfast that will be good taste good and not stop your day.

They are mostly friendly. They don't always get your order right and are supposed to offer you something when it is wrong. I've never received anything for the many screwups I've experienced and it is written on the receipt that they will compensate you for a wrong order. It's not easy working in customer service for less than what you are worth, so I let that go! Tami, one of the managers there, is the best! She really works around your allergies, is kind and caring, and she made a pizza that I could eat, without the Fontina cheese that I cannot eat. She substituted it for cheeses my stomach can digest. That pizza was excellent and is actually very large. This will keep me coming back there a few times a week. I also have the drink subscription, so I'm usually there at least once a day getting my drink, while doing my college homework. The food is very good. I haven't tasted 1 thing that I didn't like. I've been going there for about 1 month straight, since purchasing the subscription. It's worth it if you live close by one. You can get a drink every 2 hours. Sometimes I get 5 large drinks in a day. I usually order Take out and still dive in, because I prefer containers for when I don't finish my food.

The food is delicious; my favorite being the creamy tomato soup with their green tea. The ordering process was very nice with option to either order face to face or use their electronic menu to set up your order without the need to talk ( for our introverts), and their prices were very typical for what your getting when dining in.

You have to throw away the food in order to get refund for the wrong order they gave you. Horrible customer service

Nice, clean, friendly, good sandwiches. But the soup had way too much salt. Older folks can't tolerate a lot of salt in their foods.

It’s pretty good a really like the bread bowls, also the Mac & cheese is really good and you have free refills I suggest you go there.

Love their food. I had flatbread pizza Chicken, bacon, tomato, and basil. It was so delicious.

I chose to stop in for contactless dine-in as advertised in the app. I ordered a flatbread pizza and a Pepsi. I chose a table near an outlet so I could charge my phone. Nearly 25 minutes passed before someone asked if "anyone" ordered a pizza. I was told I was called several times. I didn't hear anyone call my name during my wait. Perhaps, I was at fault. Regardless, the pizza was warmed and it was fine. I'll have to try this experience again. I'll give the staff the benefit of the doubt.

We had a great experience this morning. Due to feeling ill, I did not want to leave the house. We ordered breakfast and lunch from Panera and Doordash delivered it exactly on time. Compliments to Doordash as well! The Manager & staff at Panera prepared Everything so nicely. I was very impressed with the delivery we received. The coffee was steaming hot and everything was so fresh. Thank you very much to the manager and staff at Panera in Lake Grove, NY!!! KH

I love the food but every time I order takeout, the bread that comes with the order is always stale and not properly packaged making me hesitate to eat it in fear of bacteria etc. It's like they just threw a leftover in the bag because it's so hard to bite through and chew. Other than me questioning the sanitary, there's really nothing else. I usually don't eat in so I can't say anything about the people but so far they haven't gotten my order wrong yet.
