The views at this place are beautiful as you sit in what I liken as a greenhouse type of facility. The servers were very friendly. My lady and I had the shrimp n grits, catfish, and prime rib. The fish and rib were a little bland but the shrimp n grits was awesome. Paid about $70 for all that for those wondering what the prices are like.

This is my first visit to this restaurant. The open air atmosphere is appealing. I reserved a table for a party of 5. We arrived and were seated immediately. It took at least 15 minutes for our server to approach our table. We received water for the table and then he disappeared again for a considerable amount of time. We stopped the kind bartender and placed drink orders. Our server returned to take appetizer orders. We were done with appetizers when the server returned to finally take dinner orders. By then, the restaurant only had 2 orders of fried chicken available. Oh, 2 of my guests requested sweet tea however we were told that the restaurant was out of sugar. It's hard to believe that a restaurant located in a hotel is out of sugar but ok! Unfortunately, our servers untimely appearances made for an unpleasant experience. The food was good. The macaroni and cheese is a NO. The greens are good. The flat bread and the wings were good. FYI, an 18% gratuity is included in all transactions. Perhaps this explains the delayed responses of our server. You might notice I never used the servers name. He never gave us his name. I hope this feedback is helpful.

This place was nice. The atmosphere was very chill and just all around a beautiful spot to eat. Parking wasn't too bad you can either do valet or park in self parking which takes you down pretty far but it's easy to access the elevators. The service was very good our waiter was attentive and took care of our needs in a timely fashion. The food tasted pretty good but I was quite disappointed that they did not have the meal I was looking forward to having. When it was time to order we were informed that they had run out multiple people in our party had to choose other selections that were not ideal but sufficient enough. I was looking forward to that meal for quite a while so it was indeed disappointing. I will say our waiter did try to accommodate by offering similar selections and the food I ended up getting turned out okay. I truly enjoyed the rum punch it was a perfect amount of alcohol and juices. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed ourselves I would definitely come back if nothing else to try the meal that they were out of.

On our first day we had a Dinner Buffet. ... Love the Greenhouse ambiance. We did see the lights slowly goes out. The food was delicious and healthy. We also got 2 cocktails. The service is okay. They don't seems to bus out . On the second time. We order half rack dinner, garden pasta with salmon, Porto fries, and 2 cocktails. ... The food was much better than the buffet another day. The service was good too. ... The price is more or less $35-40 person. Note: There is automatic 18% service charge. ... On both dinner we enjoyed it. ...

A nice hotel bar/restaurant located inside of the Crowne Plaza Hotel. I like the various seating options, where you can sit at the bar, booths, tables & lounge/sofa areas. There’s TVs at the bar & overhead music playing throughout. The menu offers a variety of American grill type of food with a full bar selection. Not sure if the upper bar is part of the restaurant or the hotel, yet provides more of a seclusive space to unwind or socialize. Has TV’s as well. Service is great with the staff working in tandem. Prices are very doable for your pockets. Valet starts at $20 or you can park in the garage with the elevator taking you up to the restaurant.

For someone who has worked in the service industry this review is hard to write because I understand all restaurants have off nights.BUT this was my mother's day dinner and For the price I was SO disappointed in the food here. I asked for my steak medium and got it well done. The baked Mac and cheese was DRY and flavorless. The potatoes were mediocre. We stayed in the hotel and it was great all the service was good but I had wished we ordered food from up the road after eating Parkwood.

Had a terrific Mother's day brunch here! The ambiance was beautiful- the atrium with trees outside in a beautiful park-like setting, along with live music and flowers for all the mothers! 5 star! Also the food was excellent! It was buffet-style brunch with a number of food tables - from breakfast favorites, waffle and omelets cooked to order, along with a meat carving station with delicious beef tenderloin, a seafood station with oysters, giant shrimp cocktail, crab claws, and sushi. To be honest I was a bit leary of what the seafood quality would be, but it was excellent! As was all the food! Our server was kind and attentive and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Then afterwards we strolled through the woodsy park outside and took pictures. It is hard to picture it being better! My wife and mother-in-law loved it and that is all there is to say! We'll probably be back for other brunches during the year. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with the food at Parkwoods. The seafood was my favorite because it was very fresh. I ate quite a bit of oysters 😆 The Mac & cheese and the salmon were also very delicious. It was a Christmas morning buffet so they also had a carving station for prime rib, charcuterie, belgian waffle station and an omelet station. The omelet station was made to order and the omelet tastes amazing. We also had a mimosa. The mimosas were $10. The mimosas were not the strongest i,ve had but it did taste good. They also had a dessert making station and cookie decorating station. I'm always skeptical when it comes to macaroons because they are usually hard and rubbery at some places, but the ones on their dessert bar were soft and tasted fresh. The vibe was very peaceful and laid back. The server was polite and attentive. I think her name was Latisha. The restaurant makes you feel like you're eating in a glass house. It's beautiful, serene and earthy. Someone was playing jazz music on a keyboard so that enhanced the ambience even more. There is a lot of beautiful art and statement pieces placed throughout the lobby and restaurant. The Christmas Brunch buffet was $49 per adult(without tax) and worth EVERY penny. We paid $8 to park in the parking garage of the Crowne Plaza Rivina hotel.

I was thoroughly impressed. I had the fried chicken. Well seasoned as were the sides. My wife had the Impossible Burger and enjoyed it. My daughter said her flatbread was a hit. Overall I recommend this place for a nice date night.

Parkwood Restaurant is located inside the Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter Hotel. The restaurant has an open seating concept, and the view in the back is fantastic, including 2 waterfalls. The waitress Jassmin was AWESOME. Her recommendations were spot on. The omelet was so filling. The seasoned cheesy girts were full of flavor. We are so grateful that the manager on duty Mr Willie Willaims recommended we stay for breakfast. Nice restaurant, the COOK, can cook ❤️

Where do I start?! I made reservations for a Tuesday night and was seated before my 6 pm time slot. This restaurant is inside the Crowne Plaza! The host, Michael exuded genuine kindness and hospitality right from the start! We were seated in Maia's(sp) section and immediately received a warm greeting. We quickly decided on our entrees of crispy wings, chicken tenders, fries, yukon mashed potatoes, collard greens, cornbread muffin and REALLY crispy fried chicken. EVERYTHING was delicious! No complaints about food temperature or lumpy potatoes. Those collard greens....simply the best restaurant greens I've ever had. Truth be told...better than I've had at a few southern family dinners and I'm a native.

Came here for my MIL birthday. I love the ambiance and the service was amazing! The outside patio area we definitely have e to come back for when it’s warmer. It was stunning and beautifully lit. Makes a great place for Instagram worthy photos. The food was just okay, but it looked like they had a big event going on at the time. Would like to try again when they’re not as busy.

I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times and finally decided to leave a review. You can’t beat the outdoor patio with the soothing water fall sound and speedy service - not to mention the food and drink selection. This place is a hidden gem and deserves to be discovered.

THIS RESTAURANT WAS SO GREAT!! :) the food was delicious. The hostess whose name i believe was justis , was so sweet she came back to our table many times to check on us also brought our drinks over from the bar ...our server was okay she seemed a little rushed . I did leave a 50.00 tip for miss justis on the table so i hope she received it . Overall this restaurant was definitely worth the drive we will be back very soon!!!!! :)

Nice place with good food. It doesn't look like the photos. The photos are better than the actual space. I was expecting more of an indoor park feel. It was more traditional upper scale (upper not up) restaurant. Very large open space but comfortable. The height of the booth backs, gives a sense of some privacy. Nice place worth a visit.

This place is a place to return to and brag about. I love it because it's ducked off leaving you with more intimacy and privacy. The view is beautiful, the service is great, and the good is amazing! Food- 10/10 Service- 10/10 Location- 10/10

Had a great experience here 3 times in a row! The chef was very personable and the fried chicken was some of THE BEST I’ve ever tasted…and I consider myself a chicken connoisseur! Also, Maboob was a terrific server as well.

Our server was excellent. Full rack of ribs: highly recommended. The alcohol? Avoid this stuff like the plague. It was nasty and very expensive at that. My “Long Island Iced Tea” wasn’t much more than sour! Imagine spending $15+ on “pucker sucking a lemon” drink.

Went here to grab a burger as its basically just a bar with bar fair. The burger seemed like it would be great on paper but it had literally 1 smidge of the aoli sauce and the fries where flavorless. As for the cocktails they are horribly made...a cocktail is meant to enjoy the flavors not get you hammered from 1 drink, other patrons where visbily when wincing when tasting thier drinks and several were sent back from other tables. The scenery was cool though
