Its walking distance to 21 & 22 no. railway crossing, gurudwara khel sahib, columbia asia hospital, omaxe mall,kali mata mandir, harbans residency, delhi plaza, O2 gym, jaggi sweets, gurudwara Dukhnivaran sahib, civil lines, charan bagh, lehal, punjabi bagh, leela bhavan, bhupindra road, rajendra hospital. Its near to lots of Colleges bikram college, state college, physical college, thapar university, medical college, GK institute, bio cell , photon, gci.

Very comfortable. beds r new. Nice & co-operative behaviour.. Ac's r new inverter technology. Parking is also available airy & lit environment house keeping is good.. kitchen with RO & Refrigerator.. CCTV in passages for safety .. overall best pg with no disturbance at all..

I stayed here during my final year in Thapar University. Owner is supportive and polite. Rooms are comfortable, regular cleaning.

A great place to stay. Clean. Spacious and close to market. Has a family like feeling here.

Hello All, Its very honest review. I stayed there from.january 2020 till 22nd march 2020 lockdown. Rooms are OKOK. No space for drying clothes. Water pressure is less. High electricity charges. I remember,its winter season, but owner charged me with electricity bill of AC uses(seperate meter). Owner provides food service if require,taste is below average. No near by hotels or anything. Peraonal vehicle require. No space for parking. Railway track is near by hence vibration will be there.He didnt returned my security amount even though i told him that I hage left room dye to covid lockdown and I have stucked here in Maharashtra.He didnt return my bags till i paid him extrq money. Owner is somewhat money minded and less co-operative.

First of all,it's all honest,owner asks to give good ratings,but I'll be honest,and if u don't beleive just spend a month. You will be promised many things, such as consistent electricity,high electricity rate(10rs unit) for solar panel which never worked,and electricity is a big concern And another big problem is water,the water pressure from taps is pathetic, sometimes it takes an hour to fill a bucket No privacy,owner can ask you to open your room for any works,such as store behind your room,no matter what are you doing. Note:You have to get your own food arranged and no wifi

I stayed here during my last month of college( Thapar institute). It is good. You have to put wifi by yourself(not provided by the landlord) You can avail tiffin system nearby. Alternate day cleaning. Full freedom to do anything but girls not allowed. Pg owner is very supportive!

There are much better options which are cheaper and in better conditions, without even mentioning that the owner is a scammer and extorts money, the society is also not too good. I have lived there and it was the worst experience so far

Not good even very bad because of very RUDE behaviour of the owner, high rent (7000/- is quite high excluding food electricity n etc) Fake commitment like security returns n all doesn't matter u noticed before or not. U ll become his enemy if u talk about to vacant room. No facilities of food and tea available nearby. No parking space. Don't go on looks of the hostel and starting behaviour of the owner. Overall NOT preferable.
