Great experience with the apartments! Thanks to managers Irina and Zhenya for their attentive service. The apartments were cozy, spacious, and well-equipped. It's pleasing that all necessary amenities were in place. The location also turned out to be convenient. Overall impression is positive, and we are grateful for a pleasant stay.

Moved in with my boyfriend a couple months ago and we LOVE the place! The staff is very attentive and kind! Bethany was very patient with us, and made sure to answer any questions we had! She is AMAZING! The place itself is perfect with lots of light coming into our room, everything exactly as promised, and cozy! Very safe area, and kind neighbors! We are very grateful and thankful to have found Breckenridge Apartment Homes! A great find within the Everett Area!

My wife and I have lived at Lake Park Apartments for almost two years. The complex has everything that we need and the maintenance team is quick to fix whatever comes up. The price is also one of the best in the area which has allowed my wife and I to save money each month as we save for a house. Great place to call home! -Yousef

We are so glad that we move in these apartments. The territory is clean, the pool is large, the staff is very friendly and will always help if necessary. Maintenance does an excellent job. I recommend these apartments to everyone.

I recently moved into Breckenridge and cannot say enough good things about them. Amanda and Jonathan are very professional, astoundingly kind, and have made the process smooth from the very beginning, including before I applied for the apartment. I am so happy here. The apartment is beautiful, the neighbors I've met are so nice, and everything has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Breckenridge and look forward to the future here. This place is like a well oiled machine and they definitely know what they're doing!! Updating this now that I've lived here for almost 2 years. I'm still loving this place. Campus is beautiful, I feel safe here, and management continues to exceed expectations. I haven't had any major issues with my apartment, but maintenance has been prompt and helpful for the couple of small items that came up. I'm so thankful I found this place. Highly recommend - still!
