After many years of not going here, I finally went back and I have to say that I'm very impressed with the service I received. The nurses are awesome, the wait time is awesome and Dr. Grundl is awesome. Very attentive and caring. I was asked questions that needed to be asked and actually listened to. In fact, I'm going to make this clinic my primary. I'm sooo happy that I went back there.

This week I wanted X-ray for work. I went to the 2 times the Family Care Center , they send me Moreno Valley. I would like ask , who want work, but couldn’t go to Moreno Valley ..How can do this? We moved this city last fall. Terrible. Death city..No doctor service , no work, salary under the average all city dirty , drug peoples..

Staff is kind but very slow. I watched a whole 2 hr movie while in the waiting room. Nurse said only 2 on staff - partial staff on Fridays was the excuse .. 🙄 a bit upsetting when I'm missing work hrs just for a simple 3min TB test.

One day I was in there for a visit to see my physician and I overheard the pregnant security guard complain about how she has no access to the restroom. And the office manager was really rude to her and seem to not care about her situation. I hope the security guard is doing okay

Love the girls at the front they were awesome at getting me checked in. The Nurses know me by name now. Dr Grundl is awesome I had several medical issues and hedid blood work to find out some of my problems but then I was switched to another doctor in the office. Had to explain my current problems to her. Found out I have parathyroid problems causing me to have osteoporosis. Am suffering with pain and they don't seem to care. When you ask about something for pain she acted like she didn't hear me. Other than that they are thorough.

Horrible nurses! Very unpleasant experience. Childish and dominant personalities in this clinic. Act like tacky THUGS Licensed Vocational Nurse, too.

Absolutely love it here! I came here because I had issues with Valley OBGYN (horrible place btw) I had to do my 6 weeks postpartum exam and they wouldn’t accept me. So I called my imsurece to request a new obgyn and they said I had to get a referral from my primary. So I called my primary provider they sent me to the Hemet office. I called to make an appointment and they accepted me the same day!! They work with “MyChart” an app where you can see all your visits, your doctors notes and make appointments (in clinic, over phone, or video). My doctor here at this office is Dr. Handojo and he is just an absolute sweetheart. The wait isn’t to long they are quick and answer all the questions you have. The medical assistants and front desk here are wonderful as well!!

I’ve been a patient here for my birth control for almost 7 years now and they have helped me through all of the information and normalities of birth control. Plus very professional atmosphere and super considerate.
