Today I called in an canceled any and all appointments with this doctor. I was in there on 8/4/2022 and seen the doctor. Was supposed to get prescription. But today it’s 8 days later and 4 plus phone calls and nothing. So I canceled because I don’t trust them doing any thing. If the can’t do the simple task like filling a prescription. Why would I Trust them with important stuff

I cancelled all of my appointments with Dr Yahaira Sanchez, due to be being very unprofessional and seems very unknowledgeable. She kept having me me go back and forth, driving 1 HR just to tell me my results had not arrived and would just repeat them again and they still wouldn’t arrive... Instead of calling the lab like they were supposed to. Don’t lose your time with this doctor.

If you care about your health don’t go here. Doctors are okay but staff will mess with your life. Showed up for my appointment and they said they tried calling to reschedule it so I couldn’t be seen on my scheduled day. I drove 40 minutes to get there. I showed them my phone and there was no call by them. Wasted my day. Also the three people in front of me in line also each had problems with them.

I have only been to my consultation appointment, but have my procedure scheduled. After changing away from 2 other referrals, this facility seems to be a lucky break from the others. Beautiful facility. Nice take in staff. Good bedside manner by my doctor. Service dogs with proper credentials welcomed.

Got yelled at because I missed one appointment. I called to reschedule it, but got yelled at by the receptionist because of me missing ONE appointment, saying that they’re not going to reschedule me an another appointment and she proceeded to hang up. I also sat there for six hours, waiting to do my surgery for my colonoscopy but when I told receptionist about it, she sat there and called me a liar

Was disappointed to see how staff has little care for patients. Appt was cancelled by staff that I waited for two months, was told no new appointments for another two months. Staff seemed to care little about the situation. Unfortunately, being a disabled veteran, it is hard for me to move around and I couldn't wait another two months to see what was wrong with my health. Hopefully things improve as I would not recommend this place for any issues.

DR. MILAN CHAKRABARTY IS A GREAT DOCTOR I WOULD RATE HIM MORE THEN JUST 5 STARS ! WORK STAFFS THERE TOO WERE GREAT 👍🏻. MY PROCEDURE CAME OUT GREAT TO AS WELL..NO COMPLAINS AT ALL TO BE HONEST. ..

Dr Milan Chakrabarty is an excellent Gastroenterologist and primary care physician, I would not trust my health to anyone else. I unfortunately moved out of state and have not been successful in finding the same great care that I received from Dr Chakrabarty.

I have always said that I am blessed with the doctors who take care of me but this doctor and all his staff, especially Sandra del Valle, are the best and the nurse is a sweetheart... when I feel sad or overwhelmed being in his clinic looking at the paintings that They have and the atmosphere gives me a lot of peace and security...thanks to all the staff...🥰🙏
