The
worst
example
of
false
advertising!
When
purchasing
yearly
tickets
for
family,
all
sounded
awesome.
“You
can
come
any
time
(when
open),
use
the
pools
apart
from
when
swimming
lessons
are.”
What
they
conveniently
“forgot”
to
mention
is
that
these
lessons
are
happening
practically
in
any
reasonable
time
to
bring
a
kid.
So
basically
free
for
two-three
hours
on
the
weekend,
when
kids
are
in
school
(till
5pm)
or
after
9:30
(bed
time).
So
in
reallity
no
pool
for
kids.
Also,
“forgetting”
to
mention
kids
are
allowed
to
use
only
the
small
pool,
or
swim
without
stopping
in
the
big
one
(when
the
classes
are
happening
aka.
always.
So
imagine
a
seven-year-old
doing
this.
Do
not
buy
a
family
ticket.
To
add
to
this,
I
was
very
rudely
“checked
on”
while
in
the
spa
pool
or
sauna
multiple
times
as
they
assumed
that
I
am
not
wearing
a
cap
(had
one
at
all
times,
matching
my
hair
colour).
I
only
managed
to
get
a
refund
after
threatening
with
a
lawsuit
(fully
ready
to
go
there)
Nope,
nope,
nope
