We enjoyed orange cranberry club and Reuben combos at McAlister's Deli tonight. I love their club! Plenty of meat and the cranberry sauce is delicious. Web was terrific. Too bad they don't have napkin dispensers on the tables any more. There were only two for the entire restaurant, and one was empty. The straw dispenser wasn't well-stocked either.

I've been to several McAlister's Deli restaurants and I've never had a bad meal. On this day I took my mom for a late lunch. She had what she described as a delicious club sandwich. I had a salad with deli sliced chicken that I thought was good also. I've had several of their soups, sandwiches and salads and all have been very tasty. I look forward to my next trip to McAlister's.

Average fare for a deli style chain. As busy as the place was, it certainly showed that the place was doing good business. Staff were friendly and doing their best to make sure the patrons were being fed. Smoked turkey and Black Forest ham was reasonably layered, bacon was there but not really noticeable and the greens and tomato seemed fresh, cheese ok, Mayo and honey mustard light and the wheat toast dry. Mac and cheese average and the sweat tea to my wife’s liking. Enjoyed the outdoor seating with plenty of tables on the covered patio. Staff even ventured out to see if we needed anything. A doable alternative to fast food.

Good food, a variety of sandwiches, sides & salads, moderate prices, clean place, plenty of seating. Excellent staff.

Put an order in for pickup using their website. Ordered 2 full sandwiches and 2 cups of soup. Had a gift card but could not use it on the website so I called the store and placed the same order for pickup. Website total before tax and service fee was $35.46. Same order when called in before service fee and tax was $29.31. Why the discrepancy and why a service fee? Food is good but seriously overpriced.

Great salads and wraps. Enjoying dining while the music was playing in the background. The floors, tables, and restrooms were filthy.

Great flexible food options, decent service but not always clean. Please clear and clean your tables. McAlisters, and you got my 5 stars for the atmosphere too.

Used to love this place however it's now fun trying to eat and swat gnats. The last couple times we have gone we were pestered by gnats in our food and buzzing around our heads. We will not eat there or buy their food any more because I'm sure they are in their kitchen and in the food.

Everyone was working hard, Jazzy was a ROCK STAR great personality and customer service.

I ordered two savannah chopped salads; one with no cheese and another with Colby jack substitute since neither my wife nor I care for gorgonzola. Unfortunately, my wife's salad came with cheese, which we accepted even though we requested no cheese for her. When I entered the men's restroom to wash my hands before eating, I noticed a very strong foul stench; the ammonia smell in that room was unbearable even if you held your breath. When I returned to our table inside, there were a dozen gnats flying around our plates. We had enough and moved OUTSIDE where no gnats or flies would bother us. Floors inside the restaurant were stickier than laffy taffy. Salad looked fresh and tasted good, but the number of gnats inside leaves me to question if I should question it.... Staff was friendly and kind, but overall, I was disappointed with the dine in experience.

Food was delicious, served quickly and a polite counter staff. But... Sticky floors and smelly bathroom did take the shine off the experience.

Is this location under new management? The food wasn't the same and the tea is horrible. Really disappointed. Last 2 trips tea was different. Like they were over boiling the tea leaves and had cut back on the amount of sugar used. Will remove from my favorites.

I’ve ordered carry out from this McAllisters in Surfside several times, however, this last order was terrible. I ordered a chicken salad on crousant and it mashed so much that I am not sure what kind if bread it was. My husband sandwich was unreconsizable as well. Not sure I will do a carry out again. I guess I’ll just go inside and order that way if it isn’t as expected, I can have them redo it.
