Here’s
the
thing;
I
have
been
coming
to
this
place
every
year,
at-least
three
times
a
vacation,
since
they
opened.
Over
5
years
or
so,
15-20
visits
I’ve
received
the
pleasure
of
watching
their
expansions
year
after
year
to
where
they
are
now.
The
owner
is
so
nice,
accommodating,
and
absolutely
wonderful
with
her
customers.
She’s
present
on
site
and
represents
the
company
very
well.
She
is
to
commended
for
getting
it
where
it
is
at,
certainly.
Unfortunately
todays
experience
brings
me
here
to
review,
because
one
person
CAN
make
or
break
revenue
for
now,
and
for
future.
Today
my
4
and
two
year
old
were
extra
rowdy
(for
me,
not
the
cafe)
so
being
a
mother
of
two
beautiful
growing
souls,
I
took
on
some
anxiety
when
server/waitress
did
show
to
the
table
for
15
minutes,
leaving
us
to
ask
someone
else
to
serve
us.
He
went
and
got
our
waitress
and
oh
how
I
wish
he
would
of
just
taken
our
table.
By
the
time
she
got
there
we
ordered
drinks
and
food.
Drinks
came
out,
no
straws
were
left,
and
again
for
the
kids
that
matters,
being
their
drinks
have
lids
to
prevent
spillage.
Attitude
was
present
from
the
time
we
ordered
til
when
we
had
to
get
up
to
go
find
her
for
straws.
The
straw
must
of
really
broke
the
camels
back
because
a
hour
after
seating,
45
after
ordering,
our
food
came
out,
Served
by
another
person
who
wasn’t
our
waitress.
10
minutes
after
food
was
served
we
had
to
get
up
again
to
find
her
to
ask
for
ketchup.
Couple
minutes
later
Checked
in
on
by
another
server
who
again,
wasn’t
ours.
Our
server
was
not
present,
period.
When
she
was
forced
to
our
table
we
were
given
nothing
but
attitude.
Had
to
give
my
credit
card
to
the
manager
to
try
to
atleast
get
the
payment
processing
being
now
the
kids
are
restless
and
done.
Had
to
ask
a
different
male
server
to
get
us
boxes.
She
then
came
running
over
with
my
card
in
the
machine,
slams
it
on
the
table,
hovers
over
me
as
I
adjust
the
exuberant
automatic
20%,
25%,
30%,
options,
down
to
$13.
That
$13
should
go
straight
to
the
two
male
servers,
she
said
“WOW”
as
I
was
typing
it
in.
Keep
in
mind
I
had
terrible
service
and
should
of
hit
the
decline
button.
My
bill
was
only
$111
so
she’s
lucky
she
got
anything
to
be
honest.
She
grabbed
the
machine
and
said
“oh
you
shouldn’t
have,
thank
you,”
in
the
most
arrogant
voice
she
could.
She
followed
my
family
outside
and
said
“thank
you
so
so
much,”
as
we
are
physically
leaving.
In
conclusion
the
food
is
great,
the
prices
are
decent,
but
customer
service
is
always
first.
I
am
33
years
old
and
have
never
had
such
a
condescending
experience.
Looks
at
my
google
ratings,
I
do
not
give
bad
reviews
so
this
incident
speaks
volumes
for
me.
I’m
not
sure
if
there
is
any
type
of
reset
for
what
happened
today.
Comping
the
bill
would
be
appreciated
if
any
future
business
from
my
family
or
friends
will
ever
return.
