I
cannot
begin
to
share
how
disappointed
I
am
with
the
level
of
service
and
the
quality
of
their
jewelry.
The
bracelet
I
received
as
a
Christmas
present
has
a
clasp
issue
and
two
stoppers
fell
off
along
with
an
issue
I
had
with
a
glass
bead
purchased
in
January
that
broke.
I
explained
the
situation
to
an
employee
and
was
told
the
bracelet
is
not
returnable
because
it
is
a
promotional
item?
To
receive
their
“promotional
“
item
you
have
to
spend
so
much
in
order
to
receive
a
“free”.
Why
spend
more
on
beads
to
have
it
fall
off
your
wrist.
The
two
stoppers
he
saw
were
purchased
however
“loss”
is
not
covered
by
warranty
and
last
but
not
least
he
replaces
the
bead
that
broke
two
months
after
purchase
with
the
same
bead
that
I
will
return
again
when
it
falls
apart.
Bottom
line…
customer
service
is
non
existent
and
they
don’t
stand
behind
their
product.
I
don’t
even
want
the
bracelet
that
I
now
have
to
replace
or
wear
and
worry
about
the
clasp.
I
will
not
invest
another
penny
on
this
junk
