They’ve gone very cheap on the packaging. We bought several pieces and were given very cheap construction paper boxes. Charms cost $79 should be about $35.00. Sales person seemed that I was a bother. I love the product love the brand, but promise you next time I purchase I will buy from the mole hole at barefoot Landing people are nicer. The store at Barefoot has a lot more product to choose from as well.

Just to we have been customers for some time and enjoyed your products 'but a recent purchase proved very wrong and i had purchased more than i supposed to with a promotional 925 bracelet well it turned out to be a small instead of medium 'there was no exchange or replacement just a sorry. but i was offered 10% coupon 'when i went to there sight there was a 20% discount to all 'this is a SORRY way to do business BEWARE of this.

I came in to exchange my ring for a new one because it had started to turn green after only having it for less than four months and I spoke with Anastasia Vasquez and she told me that there was nothing she could do and she didn’t even offer to clean it for me. She was just very incredibly rude to me and so I had left and sent my husband in to talk to her, but she was even ruder to him and caused a whole scene and the situation was just overall very unnecessary! I had even planned to go shopping there that day too but ended up not because the service was just awful! I can truthfully say that I have never had worse experience in my entire life!

The lady is not very nice when I’m trying to find a bracelet for my mom. I tried to be nice to her, but she just wasn’t interested in helping. So I just left without buying anything. Plus the other workers are chattering about non-work stuff and possibly didn’t help others (although I don’t know)

I cannot begin to share how disappointed I am with the level of service and the quality of their jewelry. The bracelet I received as a Christmas present has a clasp issue and two stoppers fell off along with an issue I had with a glass bead purchased in January that broke. I explained the situation to an employee and was told the bracelet is not returnable because it is a promotional item? To receive their “promotional “ item you have to spend so much in order to receive a “free”. Why spend more on beads to have it fall off your wrist. The two stoppers he saw were purchased however “loss” is not covered by warranty and last but not least he replaces the bead that broke two months after purchase with the same bead that I will return again when it falls apart. Bottom line… customer service is non existent and they don’t stand behind their product. I don’t even want the bracelet that I now have to replace or wear and worry about the clasp. I will not invest another penny on this junk

Purchased two charms for my wife. Came with a free bracelet. Did not fit my wife so she went to exchange it. The salesgirl said it was a promotional item,and they had no more. The next thing my wife knew she was refunding the entire order. So be it

In May of 2021 my daughter came to your store to & bought a Mother's Day bracelet & 6 charms from your store (as a mother's day present for me) spent $500 when all was said & done. Today found out from a jeweler that only 1 of the charms of 6 is a actual Pandora charm! Needless to say we are very disappointed that you would sell charms claiming they are actual Pandora charms & they aren't! Buyers beware when shopping here! You won't be getting any other business from us!

I came very close to buying 1 of Pandora's diamond necklaces. Was going to buy 3/4 karat. Came so close, good thing I didn't like the way it hung on my neck. Come to find out they are lab grown diamonds. $1799.00 for a lab grown diamond, don't think so.

As a man shopping in jewelry store, the selection could have been a bit overwhelming had it not been for Ana and her indepth knowledge on each piece I picked out. Bought a ring 4 days ago. Wanted to size down and was told it wasn’t in new condition because it was dirty, said they couldn’t clean it because it was the busy season ( there was only 1 other customer in there ) and just gave me customer service number and sent me in my way, kinda mad I spent almost 100 dollars and can’t even exchange it bc they don’t wanna clean it oh and not to mention it was turning my finger green
