    I asked Mayra if she could do SMP to cover up 2 small scars I have in my hairline. I paid her $350 and she said the 2 included treatments would take care d my issue. Unfortunately, Mayra used black ink and tattooed dots into my hairline and ON my actual forehead-you can see them on my face. She has spent months blaming my skin for what it looks like instead of the real issue (wrong color, technique, and placement). I never even asked her to do my temples-just 2 small scars. She offered a couple removal treatments which have done nothing to fix the problem but kept talking about how lucky I am that she’s doing it “for free”. Now, I messaged her over a week ago but her only reply was to say I need a “touch up” aka pay her more and when I said no it still needs removing, she stopped replying. At this point I give up. I have black tattooed dots on my forehead for $350 and now I have to find a laser tattoo removal specialist and pay to get it taken off. If she cared, she’d refund me because I’ve been quoted $1,000 to remove her mistakes, but it’s clear she doesn’t. It’s on my FACE so I have no choice. I hope my $350 was worth it for her. :/

    Went in for extensions she quoted me for one price first , she put in the wrong color extensions knowing they didn’t match at all . I had to go back get them removed and go back the next day so she can install the right ones , the next ones still did not look blended at all . I had to go home and color them myself . In addition she claimed I needed more hair . I only wore my hair up since it looked so bad . I texted her a couple times to remove and no response. I went to another stylist she said she installed them wrong which can cause a loss of some hair , the stylist said the First Lady installed TOO much hair . The second stylist was amazing she was a little bit further but she did a conditioning treatment for me for free and helped me take out the knots and took out the extensions. This beauty room salon overcharged me when I did not need the extra hair . She does not care about making peoples hair look good . Stay away from here

    My niece colored her hair in green tone and a few weeks later her hair looked like a unicorn pony tale! One week before her prom I called Mayra Villa, owner of this beautiful place so she could save us! Well, it turned out to be as if my niece HAD NEVER green tone!! Astonishing and remarkable service! We were extremely pleased with Mayra’s professionalism. Absolutely recommended!

    My daughter and I both went to get our hair colored and we were very happy with the results. My daughter was given a patch test (which should be done any time blonde is applied) and she was told that she should wait for one week after being in chlorine. She was asked how long it had been since her last hair color, because there needed to be some time between bleachings! The price is great and the results are fabulous!! I highly recommend this very professional salon. My daughter and I are excited to come back!

    My experience with this place for eyelash lifting was a total bummer. This person applied the product, but it didn't do anything so she tried again, and still no luck. Just two hours later, my lashes were back to normal and they looked bleached out!!!. 😤 I've been doing this treatment elsewhere for years, and I've never had such issues. The technician also said I should have booked a week in advance to get proper attention. Seriously?! I made the appointment a day before and she booked me! It’s not my problem if they can't manage their staff.

    Horrible work. My acrylic set started falling less than a week after. Over charged me for two colors and only one used. Super unprofessional. The owner Mayra is useless and money hungry. Instead of recognizing the problem and providing a resolution she blames the customer. She stopped answering messages. Worst place to go to.

    Mayra is so unprofessional, I had texted with her a couple days before my appointment and I had confirmed that I was going on tuesday to do the test strand. However I show up today and she isn’t there at all, I try texting and one of the workers calls her multiple times and still no answer. After an hour she finally answer the worker and says that I never confirmed when I literally have messages showing that I did. And she didn’t even try to message me or apologize personally. I do not recommend this place and I won’t be returning!

    Very bad nail job the nail technician had her young daughter running around and she was constantly distracted and it took her two hours to finish my nails which ended up looking lumpy and like a third grader did my nails. The bathroom is dirty there was a dead roach in the bathroom. Sometimes I found the owner doing her own hair at the salon. Very unprofessional. The prices are way too high for the quality they provide. Also I pre paid for two massages that I never received asked for a refund that I still haven’t received. Bad customer service. I’m a nurse and I don’t have a lot of free time so when I book an appointment with this salon it’s disappointing when they cancel and ask me to reschedule that happened a lot. The other issue is that they take entirely too long to complete a service they do. I can spend hours there in one day.

    Love this place been a customer for 3 years Mayra does amazing work, pays attention to detail makes sure you leave happy with her services, works with your schedule. Will continue being a loyal customer!!

    If I could rate this place 0 . I was an existing customer and also I was happy with the service but unfortunately who ever works on the front desk is rude and lack of willingness to help a customer .in top of it don’t even speak English . I could always go spend my money to a business who are willing to be nice , polite , and HELPFUL!!!
