Honestly I was super excited to get my hair back to platinum blonde. I was given a price of $240 by Ivy which is already a lot to pay but I was willing to pay it if I got what I wanted. I ended up paying a $20 deposit to make the appointment and then was told $320 for my hair once I was there, GIVEN I drove an hour to get there. My hair did not turn out blonde after I was told it would be doable. I had so many dark/spotty patches everywhere in my hair and it was nothing close to blonde. Not to mention my hair “trim” left my hair super uneven and chop block like 😭 I ended up having to pay $320 so I guess my $20 deposit was money I gave away because it didn’t go towards anything. I was there for 8 hours just to go home with horrible looking orange, yellow, brown, red, striped hair. I couldn’t stand looking at myself I was so embarrassed so I contacted Ivy to fix my hair and she said she could fix it to what I originally wanted. Another hour drive there and I ended up with something similar to the first time I left after having my hair bleached and toned NUMEROUS times which eventually dried out my hair really bad. I ended up going to Sally’s to buy my own bleach and toner and got my hair the way I wanted it. I should have done it myself to begin with. Never coming here again. $340 down the drain PLUS $70 in products to do my hair myself.

This place is so chic! I have bought custom jewelry that I wear daily! I am obsessed with their cute tops too! I’ve gotten my hair done by Samantha and it’s safe to say she is a color expert!

Absolutely loved my experience at Ur New Image. Samantha and her staff are true professionals. The salon is gorgeous and the services they provide are top notch. I've had my hair colored, cut, styled, and did the Brazilian Blowout my last visit. My hair is so much silkier and more manageable. I can't recommend them enough! My hair looks fabulous, but it's really all credit to the experts at this salon. Their product line is also super exclusive! It says a lot about them as a business to be selected to carry these products. Can't recommend Samantha enough. She takes the time to get to know you and delivers. Definitely check them out.

I love Ur New Image! I just started getting monthly haircuts with Samantha about 5 months ago, and I now look forward to my monthly visit! Love the head massage, and Samantha's sweet presence in the morning! We then walk over to the chair and she styles and does a small trim each time! Its always so clean and neat in there and everyone is so sweet. I always get compliments on my hair since I've been going with her and i love it!

Samantha is one of the sweetest people I have met. She really wants the best for the clients and is open to your opinion. She recommended the most perfect oribe product for my wavy hair. I was looking for something that wouldn’t leave it looking natural but without the frizz and that’s exactly what I got. I would recommend this salon to any friend and plan and going back soon!

I love this establishment so much! It’s so classy and beautiful. I went in with Becky and she did such an amazing job on my hair, she’s consistent and makes sure you leave satisfied I honestly love the work she does and I wouldn’t go with anyone else. Also i got my eyebrows done with Irene and she also did an amazing job I usually picky with them but they came out perfect. Very professional and classy 💇🏼‍♀️👍🏼
