Staff is courteous and hard-working. Food was excellent and inexpensive. The lobby is comfortable. You gotta love free-taco Tuesday.

Ordered through doordash and my combo was missing from the order so I ordered again and got a random box full of tacos? Once I understand, but the second time?? Especially when the receipt showing the correct order is attached to the box..

It's good for. Just your point of sale system... The self serve. Employees are very friendly and understanding.

I miss the boxes, it's still good, but without the boxes I prefer other places, the cold mountain dew is delicious though

I've had a bad experience at Taco Bell a while ago. This time My Sister in law, Wife, Niece and Nephew all enjoyed our food and experience. Great Food and Service.

It was pretty clean when we went in. Food was great and they usually get the orders right. The ppl who take our orders are always nice and professional. One of them made small talk about anime. I like coming here either to dine in or take out. They even have like a mobile pickup too.

When they forget to add meat to your food, mess up your whole order, and forget to add what you ordered.

I went here for lunch and I was waiting for my food forever the service people act like they don’t want to help you at all just seem annoyed to do their job. Ones person service who stuck out was a woman named Ashley Duran she was really sweet and tried helping me the best she could😊

Unfortunately, this restaurant routinely gets orders wrong. This time ordered the three crunchy taco meal, shorted a taco. Before ordered the grande breakfast burrito, instead got the cheap one. Now with employees ignoring customers to force the usage of the kiosk, I think I'm going to stop going to Taco Bell.

Great selection and tasty, well prepared food as usual. I ordered the combination item of 2 tacos, one simple burrito, the hot fries with sauce and a drink. Total price with tax was $4.39.

Poor customer service and refuse to cancel an order even though they admit it will take them over 15 minutes to make it. Let customers know before ordering that you are limited and let them cancel if that isn’t going to work for them.

The Taco Bell on Alameda and Loop 375 is the gateway to great vibes, awesome service, and delicious food! I wouldn't change a thing about this location.

This is like the 4th or 5th time I've ordered either cinnamon twist or the cinnamon delights and every single time they forget them or an entire meal from my order. And yes i know I could check my bag before I leave but some times I'm in a hurry or simply that I shouldn't have to check my bag. The staff should be able to follow the receipts and actually complete my order for once.

My friend recommended me this spot. He said to ask for Ricky, I did and he was so professional and sweet. I definitely recommend this place, only when Ricky works at least.

This location need more cleaning than just the tables.The seats were nasty and the sides of the table still have food from who knows when. I stood at counter for my cup they forgot to give me, i had to wait longer because the manager and an employee were to busy chatting. Another customer left n she said Bye n waited a bit but Nobody acknowledged her.

This place is really good, they serve a lot of meat in the tacos😃

Now that you place your order thru the system, there's alot of elderly people not knowing what to do. They walk up to the register and they are refused to take their order And sent back to the system. Where in world is customer service!!!

First and foremost Need a new Manager she always puts drive thru before dine in orders that's there number one focus has people waiting inside for ten minutes always discriminates and calls police on poor homeless people outside they don't even disturb her property nor are they directly on it very judgemental if you want fast service go in drive thru

Can't say much about Taco Bell but at this location it took them a while to take my order and some more to serve me my food.

Don't have a lot to choose from and what they have, is expensive. Used to love the taco salad but they don't have it anymore.

I have been here on various occasions, today was just a quick breakfast drive through. I ordered the $5 cinnabon breakfast box. The food was great the coffee wasnt so good. It was that cinnabon delight coffee.

I would not come to this place no more. Service is so bad specially from the manager. I asked for help to know which burritos are which because they were labeled all the same and he started unwrapping my food like I was a dog, so I told him I'd that the way to treat customers and he just said "I have nothing to say". He even caked the police cause suppose my husband threatened him.

Usually I don’t have any problems with this store but today I ordered a quesarito with seasoned beef and when I started eating it it didn’t taste quite right it wasn’t bad or anything but it just wasn’t right, I opened it up and came to find out it only had beef at the end of the burrito the middle was only rice and sour cream 😒

They are now telling people to use kiosks to order and is taking longer to order, app is not functioning right eighther. Used to like it now poor old people have a hard time ordering and it gets frustrating. Next time ill just go somewhere else. Update: its been 25 min and my food is still not ready. What is happening with cust service?
