Only negative feedback that I have is that they don't have unlimited rolls/bread. The first 4 are free and the additional ones are 2 for $2. I'm spoiled and used to having access to unlimited bread at other restaurants. The food was delicious and the portions are generous.

I’ve been going to Cheddars for years! It’s a restaurant my family and I enjoy going out to eat. The service is usually great, the food is always tasty and prices are fair. If your in El Paso, I highly recommend you eat here! (Try the New Orleans Pasta)

My go to for chicken fried steak... good service friendly staff and clean... Update; I tried the garlic talapia and shrimp... iit was surprisingly freaking good... I need to try the salmon... I'll keep you all posted on this...I love this place, good food here, very clean and the service has always been good... friendly staff... this place never disappoints... ✌❤

this restaurant are too discriminating. It does not have people who speak Spanish. and they left me waiting for a table over 1hr and a half. it is a lack of respect.

I love going to Cheddars. It's usually a great experience but unfortunately this time I have to drop a few stars because as soon as our waiter was handing me my plate I saw a long strand of hair on the baked potato. Needless to say i told him to take my plate back and cancel my order. I was very disappointed and grossed out. On the other hand, I had eaten a house salad prior and it was good. And the people I was with did eat their meals and said they liked it. It's still too soon to tell if I'd go back.

Cheddars is underrated! It has delicious steaks and appetizers for less than so many other steakhouses around EP. The server was very attentive and the drinks were big and delicious.

They call themselves a scratch kitchen and literally microwaved a plate of frozen chicken and rice similar to Applebee's. They offered a $7.99 6oz steak on their own website and were completely baffled when presented with a valid mobile coupon. They couldn't comprehend their own website. The waiter was decent but any manager worth their salt would and should be absolutely embarrassed to provide service like this. Abysmal and pathetic.

Always a pleasure coming to Cheddar’s, the restaurant manager always very attentive with the customers. Food is delicious and orders come out correct. Love it!

Came to the area on business, stopped by here for a late lunch and I got the chicken and shrimp platter with a side ceaser. The chicken and shrimp, both fried, were a bit soggy. Not sure if it wasn't fried long enough or if the batter was too wet, but texture wise it just wasn't as crunchy as I'd hoped for something that's fried. Taste wise it was fine, I got the broccoli casserole and mashed potatoes on the side, both of those were great. Overall just an average location, been to one before in a different state. Service was great, atmosphere was nice, definitely worthwhile if you're staying at the hotel nearby and don't want to travel far for a meal.

Edit6/27: I had my first negative experience here tonight after years of regular dining in. Curbside is absolutely awful they should just not even offer it. I placed the order online for what I eat almost every time I go and It is disgusting what they gave me. I ordered steak for my daughter and ordered medium well and got bloody rare. They didn’t even put it on the bed of onion straws it is supposed to come with. My spinach dip came in a small cup and is NOT the portion size I would get in store. I’m actually shocked that they thought this was okay to give to me. The severs working curbside on dinner service June 27th should be fired they clearly hate their jobs and they reflect negatively on the whole restaurant. I should’ve just gone go to Texas Roadhouse at least the service is bad but the food is always good. Service and food was great as usual. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Even with the social distancing measures, they didn’t skimp on service and quality of food. My server brought my food out quickly and brought me a refill so fast I didn’t even realize I was almost done with the first glass.

The store was clean. Excellent customer service. I dine in at the bar. Food and drinks was good. Food came out within 15 minutes of ordering. I got my drink immediately after ordering. I’m working a contract job in El Paso definitely will be back. This Cheddars is a lot better than the one back in Georgia.

We were a big party and we received great service. Our waiter was on task and very friendly. Food was delicious. Definitely recommend for lunch, at dinner time it's very crowded, loud and the wait can get long.

I really loved the croissants, the spinach dip and sangria margarita, we waited about 25 minutes for a table, once we were seated service was fast and accurate, place is clean and cozy… I did get in the restroom, as it’s a crowded place there was a line, anyway it was “clean”… Food it’s good but not extraordinary

Great food, prices, and service. I'm always pleased when I order the sirloin, it's extremely flavorful and cooked perfectly. It's always best to arrive between 11-12 for lunch, after that the wait does get a bit long for lunch.

Everything tasted very good. The waitress was excellent; couldn't be better. The prices were good. I got a juicy 16 ounce T-Bone with two delicious sides for only $19.99. The restroom was clean. The music wasn't blasting out the walls. I don't like a noise restaurant but I understood that it was crowded. However, the person bussing the table next to us made a long, unnecessary racket with the plates. I wish restaurants understood that all that noise makes the experience a bit negative. Good place to eat.

SERVICE WAS DISSAPOINTING today. Several from the serving crew were more focused on socializing with people they knew at a table vs attending customers. Server took long to come back, no refill overall did not like the service

It's a great dining place for the whole family. They have an array of menu items for all palates. Food was great. Tried the Salmon & rice, was ok, the steak was very fatty but good as well as the breaded shrimp. Sides are also good, recommended the green beans and mac & cheese. Our favorite items where the honey croissants & spinach dip🤤 Service was great.

Floors, walls, chairs, pretty much everything is greasy and not clean. I remember this place was better at cleaning. Now it’s a mess. I don’t think management really cares either. Decent cheap food- large portions.

By far the best value and quality in the restaurant industry. Everything from the kids tenders to the fresh salads is always served with a warm smile and the staff goes out of their way to make everything right. Thanks!

Good margaritas for cheap, however if you plan on having it with your dinner think again. They take forever, with food or drinks, if they are busy or slow. Customer service is a hit or a miss. But the food is usually pretty decent.

This was a return visit from a couple of weeks ago, we enjoyed it then so chose it for lunch today. I had the Meatloaf and it was really good and tender with not too much filler. The glaze served on the side was sweet and I believe had cherries in it but it complimented the meat really well. I had the broccoli casserole as a side and it did not disappoint. My two guests both ordered the chicken parmigiana and they really enjoyed theirs as well, they stated it was better than another chain restaurant with an Italian menu. Theirs was big enough that they ended up splitting one plate and taking the other home. Dinner for me!

Pretty good food but there's only one fish that is Vegetarian and Vegan. I'm also pretty sure the crossaints were changed since the last time I was here. Seems like they come from a Pillsbury can.
