Every single time I come here my appointment takes about 3 hours to be finished so we can leave. They have you waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting even when you have an appointment. The physicians take their sweet time dragging along it is RIDICULOUS, every female that works has a very bad snobby attitude as well. You can hear them gossiping as well. Very unprofessional. I will be switching my daughter to a new facility.

Texas Tech OB/GYN department has terrible service and poor organization. I am 28 weeks pregnant, so we have had several checkups. Each one we have had to wait 1 to 2 hours. Our latest checkup was today. We waited an hour to have my vitals taken and then 1 1/2 hours more to see the doctor for like 5 minutes. Granted, she had an emergency c-section, but how hard could it have been to let us know so we could come back in 2 hours instead of waiting with our 2-year-old daughter? Go somewhere else if you can-we definitely will if it comes to it again. Poor definitely describes the quality, not even close to fair.

my appointment was today at 9am and its now 11. no one has seen me. ive been sitting in a room by myself this whole time. i tried calling the front desk about 25 min ago and all they could say was that someone was going to help me soon. I told them i was going to be late for work and no one cared. My appointment was with Stephanie Nemir and this whole time ive been here, she hasnt seen me yet. I dont know why they told me to come in at 9 if its 11:15 now and atill no one can help me. its not busy, theres very few people here so thats not an excuse.

I was given an appointment and was not seen within an hour. I had to go an ask about this. No one ever came out to update me nothing. When I went to the window." Oh the doctor is here but she was just coming out of surgery" understand things happen but keep me informed or reschedule. An hour and a half and counting just to get results. UNACCEPTABLE

With dr granados at pediatrics the girls at front desk are always rude in person and especially over the phone. My daughter missed her appointment and when I called to reschedule the woman on the phone was very rude and the next available appt was going to be 6 months from now my daughter takes a pill every day for hypothyroidism and I asked her what she will do without her pills if they can refill them for her until the next appt and she said no so I asked if there was another dr that could see her and she said yes but she won't see her so there's no solution they don't give u options or even try to help so what am I supposed to do when my daughter needs her meds?? smh

When calling to make an appointment of the bat, staff is unprofessional and unwillingly helpful, doctors always come and go can’t ever have a steady doc.

I waited 2 months for an appointment with this clinic, and I called 3 times to verify the appointment time; being that I have a very tight schedule. Each time I called to verify my appointment time, I received a different date and time. When I was assured that the day/time stated was the "correct" time, I completely rearranged my schedule and made arrangements for missing my college classes. The next week I received an appointment reminder call from the clinic stating, once again, a different day. The representative was uncaring and unaccommodating of my situation that was caused by THEIR HORRIBLE CLERICAL SKILLS. How hard is it to read a screen! Now I have to miss an exam, because of these incompetent medical clerks. I CANT BELIEVE ANY INSURANCE COMPANY WILL ACCEPT BILLING FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL JOKE CLINIC.

My son has been a patient @TTUHSC since 2012 and I have been very happy doing grateful of the wonderful doctors who have taken care of my son .

Front desk to the Doctor very rude! I had an appointment with Dr. Singh, she went in and out of the room. Didn’t explain to me why my son had a rash. I had another question and she just told me I had to make another appointment. She looked like she was on a rush to leave. The front desk didn’t even try to help me out with another appointment with another doctor. I will not be going back to Dr. Singh....

Dr Granados is a great caring doctor. However some of his staff are horrible! The time it takes to be seen also is insane. If you have a concern and need a call back forget it, they say they will call within 24-48 hrs that's a bunch of bull****. Nurse Bethany has a horrible way of treating the patients, no patience at all it seems as if she thinks she knows it all. It is sad to think that if someone is already going through a rough time having a child with an illness they do not make it any easier. Like I said Dr Granados is great but the staff behind him lack common etiquette and compassion. Save yourself the headaches and look elsewhere. I know I did.

Get doctors dr fonsecca is the best 2 yrs my son has improved and her assistant Christina awesome response is fast. The 2 best there. I thank them.

It’s my first appointment here with my newborn son. Just by the first few interactions with the front desk made me look up a new office to take my son to. Fathers aren’t allowed to enter btw. Save your time and energy, go somewhere else, there’s plenty of pediatric offices with a 3.5 rating or better. Do yourself and your children good.

They saved my son's life. After going to Providence and Sierra and even the urgent Care they all told me my son had a virus without running any tests nor listening to me. The physicians at Texas tech, not only listened to me but actually ordered blood tests. We found out that my son had acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

My baby had a rash since he was a newborn that they couldn't seem to properly treat. I changed providers and during the first visit, they determined it was eczema (which I had asked them about multiple times) and prescribed him an ointment that got rid of it immediately.

Those who make appointments are very poorly attended and they yell at you and hang up and you still go and make a complaint and they tell you ok tomorrow we will fix the problem and they don't fix anything say with the same attitude those who make appointments, if they don't want to work, get out of there. They need kind people for their house.
