I've been in El Paso going on 2 years and have been looking for a good primary provider. As I was not pleased with my current provider. I was pleasantly surprised with my services with Dr. Padilla. I have quite a few illnesses and he was so patient with listening to my concerns. He took his time with explaining each one, and an approach he would take with each one. In addition, his office also provides other diagnostic services. Eliminating the need to visit other sites for blood work and certain diagnostic testing. I am so happy I found him!!!

My entire family has been going to this clinic for over 10 years, the doctors are great but the customer service is horrible. No one ever answers the phone, you can get refills or make appointments. They claim they are short staffed which I understand but calling them 11 times and no answer just seems ridiculous.

All staff and nurses are extremely helpful and professional! They are very kind and great listeners. My whole family and I have been coming to Dr. Padilla for years now and are always so satisfied. Thank you all so much for your hard work and hospitality. We truly appreciate it. ❤️

I recently had a terrible experience, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment with their receptionists. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic courtesy I encountered was truly upsetting. From the moment I stepped into the office, the receptionist seemed more interested in chatting among themselves, and on the computer than acknowledging the patients. I understand that they may have a busy day, but that is no excuse for the rude and dismissive behavior. Additionally, for over a month I have been waiting for a document that requires the doctor’s signature. When I asked the receptionist for the status on the document, she immediately began with the excuse that “the doctor is too busy”. I explained to her that I was informed the day I had my physical the document would be ready in “five days”. Without checking nor consulting with someone else, she said to check next week. When I asked for the doctor’s email so I can express my concern, the receptionist answer, “he has no email”. The receptionist displayed a lack of empathy, understanding, and disinterest in addressing my issue. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for management in addressing the issues regarding their receptionists.

Just wanted to say wow!!! I was early for my appt they took me in early the whole staff there were so friendly and kind!! The facility was nice neat and clean and Dr Jacobs was so professional courteous and actually listened to my needs while offering his expert advice! I was in and out in a timely manner and my paper work and prescriptions were sent off immediately! Thank u Sun City Medical for all ur help and Dr Jacobs for being genuine and caring for my overall well being!!

I like speaking with Dr. M. Padilla. He never rushes through his examinations. He is always taking his time to listen to me and explain everything. I feel like really cares about his patients and doesn't see you as just another dollar like most doctors do. Thank you Dr. M. Padilla for all your help.

So disappointing everytime I have to come here for me or a family member. Everytime is a bad experience here. Iv had to deal with wrong prescription being sent out from what the Dr. prescribed, prescriptions being sent out to the wrong pharmacy, dates on return to school not matching up on the letter from what the dr said. They are to busy here and can't properply treat all their patients. Finding a new family clinic. FYI you can get a script 10x faster online then waiting 3 hours at this place.

Wow I am amazed on how professional and courteous the staff and the doctor that I saw was. Also the attention to my well being and for the exams done for my yearly check, I am very great full that they took the time to make sure the my health is their number one priority. I truly recommend anyone that needs a doctor to go there, you will be a very happy camper just like me

From the moment I checked in the staff was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. The whole process was quick and I was able to make it to my next appointment on time. I just started going here, and my first time was a little long (which I expected) but I have gone 3 other times and it has been faster, and the NPs and doctors I have met so far have been very helpful and friendly. The front desk staff have also been very nice about my questions for the doctor(s), and are prompt in their work. So far, a friendly and quick environment.

I was greeted in the lobby with a smile, crazy how this is now hard to find when visiting a doctors office. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Dr. Padilla was absolutely the best. He took the time to sit and hear my concerns as well as educate me and find the help I need. I recommend Sun City Medical Clinic and Dr. Padilla.

Sun City has one of the friendliest and knowledgeable staffs. They are quick to answer any questions or concerns I have. Dr. Maria Padilla always makes me feel at ease. I always leave her office feeling like she truly cares about her patients. I highly recommend Sun City Medical Clinic.

Fast and friendly staff. So glad they have Saturdays open that works with my schedule. They do excellent work in explaining everything they are doing. I will be referring my family and friends here.

This has been my least satisfactory experience at a clinic during my annual physical. I sensed a lack of personalized attention, making me feel more like a number than an individual. Moreover, there was an attempt to persuade me into undergoing a costly allergy test that isn't covered by my insurance. Contacting them proved to be an arduous task, requiring around 9 to 10 attempts before receiving a response, and even then, my questions were not adequately addressed. The overall attitude of the staff left much to be desired.

I believe all medical professionals do their best to help their patients with their issues BUT their phone service is terrible. I've been calling since yesterday, several times a day and at different times, but no one answers. I am out of a prescription and wanting a refill but no one answers. You should either get better phone service or set up your phones to go to a medical assistant or voicemail so that patients can leave a message and patients aren't have to deal with possible side effects of not taking their meds. This is not the first time I've had an issue with the phones, it happens constantly. I am deeply saddened.

No words can express how grateful I am to my friend who recommended me to Dr. Padilla at Sun City Medical Clinic. As soon as I first walked in the door the day of my first visit, the ladies in the front were very nice, patient and helpful. Today, I had a physical done and each person that evaluated me or assisted me were all wonderful. Dr. Padilla was awesome very knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions. I have never felt so comfortable in a doctor's office as I did at Sun City Medical even when they drew blood was comfortable, fast and painless. Thank you all!

We needed help due to the negative suicidal effects of the medication they prescribed, They explained that there is no help for the next month and a half. They also explained that our care provider no longer works for them. When asked if we could get a copy of the blood work to have a doctor on post go over them for a future appointment they denied us stating that we must first see one of their doctors. I hope and pray that the doctor is more professional and caring g that their staff and that patients that need dier help but cannot find it here will fi d the right location that cares for their needs and treats them as a person not a problem.

The staff was great, the ultrasound tech very knowledgeable, very friendly, and professional. The provider very informative and attentive to what I had questions about. This my third time going to this provider. I would recommend City medical to everyone.

I have been coming to this office for 3 years already, and it is always the same, long wait (yes with appointment), they almost never take walk ins, care providers are not attentive, they don’t introduce themselves if you are a new patient, they never ask if you have concerns/questions, and they just leave the room leaving you clueless if you are done. More waiting here to get further instructions. So plan your “short” visit to be about 3 hours long, 10minutes total actual consultation. I only stay because it is close and on my insurance network.

I rate this office a 5 star! The doctors and staff are diligent and not to forget they are nice! The office does get busy but that only tells me that we are here because they are great!

I have been trying to call for a few days in regards to my blood pressure refill that I need immediately but the office staff has put me on hold several times and each time they hang up be so I haven't been able to get through. I need my blood pressure prescription refilled but all the call attempts end up placing me on hold and then they hang up. The Drs are wonderful but I'm frustrated that I will be out of bp medication until I get through.

Facility is clean and I didnt have to wait long for my appt. Most of the front desk staff are polite however I called back to ask if my wellness paperwork was completed for insurance purposes and was hung up on . When I was asking about my next appointment and trying to get clarity as to why I have to wait a full month for my lab results, the women told me they are short staffed and because of the holiday season. I asked to have the doctor email or mail my lab results and was told I had to wait for my next appointment which is a month out. There isn't a portal to get my results, no one seems to care that waiting a month is cruel.

Seriously the best experience I’ve had at a Doctors office. They were fast and friendly! My physical was just not vitals and getting my blood drawn but I found out what I was allergic to! Extremely satisfied with my visit and making them my primary! Thank you!

Dr. Ashley Lomeli is wonderful! She is very understanding and listens to your concerns. I wish all doctors were like her.

I have been going to sun city for several years now for annual physical exams and the service has always been great. They are friendly, knowledgeable and they care about patients.

A girl in her twenties always bringing her mom to her appointments.. Decided to go alone, very scared and anxious, but they treat you so well that you forget how scared you actually are. Everyone is so nice! 100% recommend

From the moment I arrived, everyone was very attentive. The nurse that took my vitals was very caring, the nurse that drew blood had a very steady hand and the Nurse Practitioner was so informative and caring. Making I understood everything she was telling me. I’m very happy with my visit

This review is mostly regarding the Saturday clinic and the care received by Micheal Jacobs. Terrible experience. This provider is condescending and rushes through the appointment. Doesn't seem to care at all. Dismisses your experience as the patient living inside of your own body. The last straw for me was when I went to review my lab results, I told him I'd had labs recently, he came back with the WRONG labs (the ones I had drawn earlier in the year, not the most current ones), provided a treatment plan based on the WRONG labs, and when I called back to inform them that we had reviewed the wrong labs during my visit (I noticed the date on the lab printout when I got home), they said the provider would give me a call back to discuss the updated treatment plan, but I never received a call. Other times when I've needed an urgent appointment, I was told to get there early in the morning the next day as a walk-in. There was a line of patients waiting to get in into the building in the morning, and then it turned out they couldn't see me because they hit their limit for walk-ins for the day. Such a waste of time. I'm establishing care elsewhere.

This was my first time at Dun City Medical Clinic, but am so glad I chose this clinic. Everyone was very courteous and professional, hardly waited in lobby and exam room. Dr. Padilla made me feel confident in the service I was getting. Highly recommend Sun City Medical Clinic.

First visit for a physical. The office staff is amazingly friendly and the rest of the staff doesn't fall behind! They explain all the tests and what's next. Looking forward to my follow-up visit for my results. Such a breath of fresh air to come to a Dr. Office and everyone is so friendly.
