    I was there for a concert of the Arsenal ensemble. It was wonderful. A very good performance by the ensemble. Well done to the performers and the artistic director.

    A wonderfully made building for the purposes of cultural Kazanlak with a complete no concept of heating in the winter season. Points when it is the peak of theater productions and concerts.
