The worst experience of my life!!! There is no Hall, in order to have the keys of your 'rooms' you are supposed to speak with a weird woman in a strange shop. There is no lift, there is a huge dog living under the stairs. The smell was awful, the bedrooms were dirty and the shared bathroom was supposed to be white but it's all yellow probably because they don't clean since '900. Yes, probably this hostel has the cheapest price for a night in Sofia , but I would have preferred to spend some euros more and not to have slept there. Such a bad idea! Please, close.

It was great, you spend a little and get the most. Everything was good, the woman who owns the hostel doesn't speak English but it's easy to understand each other. the bed is comfy, the room big and with a little stove.

To just have a quick nap when you dont want to waste much money, then it is perfect. Bathroom is shared. The entrance /outside door doesn't look like it is an actual hotel.

No bed bugs or prostitutes , so it gets one star

The only reason im giving this place a one star is because i had an oppotortunity to do bulgarian coke in one of the common areas and there were no bed bugs. Other than that, i think the owners need to work on understanding what a hostel is and how hospitality works. Walking in you feel like your in a sequel to Hostel...run down and about ready to get sold in a sex ring. The buildings restroom are not updated to suit westerners. Just wear sandels, dont forget to put the TP away and you should be fine. Better yet dont ever take the sandels off because there are stains all over the carpeted area (both in bedroom and common area) that looks like it has not been vacuumed it quite some time. Management is unorganized; woke up to the lady banging on the door saying i needed to check out when i had one more night. This place is great for one night stands or just a one night stays but if youre looking to interact and meet other travellers, the place doesnt have the atmosphere for that.

Very old, in fact, at night seems really scary. The receptionist doesn't speak english and the reception is the "shop" next to the entrance. The toilets are big and basics. The floor creaks, our bed wasn't done, was really noisy 'cause of the traffic at night, and there isn't air condition, so was extremely hot in summer. Please don't trust the pics.

The establishment had promised us a shuttle from the airport to the hostel but when we arrived, we waited for more than one hour for it. After more than 20 calls, they finally told us to take a taxi. The pictures aren't very revealing but the place was very old and the second bed of our room had as a bed base a plank. The next day the manager threw us out of the establishment because we had broken a glass bottle. He even hit us and broke some of our stuffs.

Awful place to stay in a night. It looks very old, the bathroom scares and there is no A/C in the rooms.
