Shocking! Absolutely shocking! This place is rock bottom. It is inexplicable that it manages to still exist when it clearly should have been shut down by Westminster council on public health grounds a long time ago. Curious who they’re bribing. There were literal piles upon piles of all types of rubbish in every corner on every floor (see pics). You literally had to dance in the piles of rubbish. It was vile. The floor was covered with a thick layer of a sticky and occasionally slimey substance. There were puddles with whatever people had spilled all over the place. There was no apparent effort by any staff member to clean up any part of it. The music was rubbish. The DJ wore a literal underwear tank top - that alone should tell you enough about the place. The staff and security were rude to everybody. The crowd there seemed to be the kind of people who are comfortable and accustomed to being treated this way. Have some respect for yourself and your friends and don’t ruin your night by going there as we did.

I won't go in details about what happened because it is the same story once again that hundreds of people experienced. I honestly can't understand how this place is still operating. Much better places around there. I just want to say that I'm very sorry for those bouncers... they must live a very empty life if they disrespect people for no reason... so ignorant, so rude... Went into Tiger Tiger (Piccadilly Circus) after being informed by a door lady that it was 241 / Happy Hour. We ordered and paid for 2 drinks and noted that 2, instead of 4 glasses were set out on the bar. We spoke to a range of bar staff, who all provided contradictory information; 1 staff mentioned that it "should be" happy hour and another staff flat out denied that Tiger Tiger offers Happy Hour on Saturdays, which is a lie as I've previously physically attended the same venue and had 241 cocktails on a Saturday. The manager refused to honour the 241 and was extremely rude; she implied we were lying about speaking to a door lady and said they didn't have one (despite us pointing out the lady). We were told we could either have our 1 drink or leave the venue. Absolutely shocking service. My friend and I will never be returning to this Tiger Tiger again.

Cocktail expensive (11 pounds each)but with very small amount of alcohol. Especially because they denied that was happy hour time. Don't waste your money and go in other places.

Paid £10 a ticket online for super bowl evening. Tickets were not required at all and when asked the door staff. I was told it didn’t really matter. Drinks I ordered 1 can of lager and one southern comfort and lemonade for £20 Crazy prices and poor service, I’ve tried to contact them about the tickets and I’ll update this upon a reply if I get one

Place is awful and no longer the same like it used to be. Music is rubbish, feels like you're In a rock concert and mainly playing 1 type of music and mixes it hear and there . Security thinks they own the place. Drinks are ridiculously expensive. And the place smells. Wouldn't advice anyone spending their Saturday night there, waste of time and money

I can't understand all the negative reviews, we went in after seeing the Matinée of Only Fools and Horses at the Theatre Royal Haymarket, the menu is small which makes it easier and the food was delicious, I found the staff to be friendly and polite and it was nice to be left alone rather than have a server keep coming up and asking if everything is OK, definitely recommend if you want a quick meal at a good price after the Theatre

Worst club ever. Terrible for girls, got harassed all night by men who clearly did not belong, bouncers were useless and did not care at all, pls do not go it's so crusty and genuinely unsafe for girls (people get assaulted here), not to mention horrible music

3 Asians popped in to the club Manager at the door said no sportswear. And saying this is a nightclub, you gonna give some efforts to go in. However, I went in with shorts and sneakers last Monday. Discrimination? Not looking forward to getting a great experience. Just realised it only has 1.6 stars when I comment here ;)

Just avoid this place at all cost. Bouncers are rude and racist. Even though we had a booth booked they didn’t let half of the group in. After arguing with them for about 30mins , they clearly realised that they had no reason for not letting them in, so they did finally let them in. Every bouncer had a different story as to why not let them in ( after speaking to about 3 of them).They kept a close eye on us , making us so uncomfortable that I wanted to leave. We have been attacked in the club by 3 men , we called over the security to sort this situation out and all they did was stare at us. This place is a joke and looking at the rest of the reviews , it should’ve been shut down a long time ago. Oh and another thing, I was completely sober entering the club, my friend has ordered 5 drinks, and I’m not even joking , they were so watered down they tasted like sparkling water, so we left sober. An absolute rip off, paying £70 for 5 glasses of sparkling water.

Went there with a pub crawl group. Never experienced such a security, they even checked the insides of our wallets (each one of us), which is simply too much for me. Waiters were extremely unfriendly, music wasn't good and club was pretty empty while we were there - never again!

I tried to enter as my friend went inside and asked to meet her in there, they said no single entry and to call my friend to come outside, unfortunately her phone was off, I kindly asked if I could go inside and find my friend, the security refused in a rude manner and said no way to help me. I asked to speak to the manager he replied he was a manager, clearly not (he was a security), he flipped on me in a rude way and he asked his colleague to record the timing of me being in front of him. I felt the way he treated me as if I was peace of rubbish (I felt so much negativity come my way that I have never ever felt in my life). I work in hospitality more than 10 years and this is ridiculous. By the way I am a female and the way he spoke to me was ignorant and unprofessional.

We had an extremely unpleasant experience at the front door. My friend and I had purchased tickets a week in advance and arrived on time. However, initially, they refused to let us in, claiming that we were too intoxicated and instructed us to return an hour later. We complied and returned after two hours, where one security guard allowed us entry, but another staff member, a woman, denied us access, alleging that we had argued with her. We calmly requested a refund for our tickets, but they instructed us to email them and showed no willingness to hear our side of the story. We made numerous polite requests, and even fellow queue members vouched for us to the security personnel. The customer service was exceptionally rude. Upon returning home, I contacted their HR department and the company via email, but I have not received a refund yet. This experience left me with the impression of discriminatory behavior. Never coming to that club again ever.

Went on a Saturday night for a friends birthday. Security scanning tickets on the queue were extremely rude. When we got to the front, security refused to let a member of my group in because he had a citizen card (which is a government approved form of ID) rather than a passport or driving license and was made to leave. When I walked over to the barrier to discuss this with him I was removed for ‘breaking protocol’ despite the fact I was not in anyone’s way or disrupting anyone in any way. Security here act like they’re above the law and have absolutely no people skills. Decided to leave and go somewhere that are aware of how the law works.

Booked an area for my birthday, our party was traveling from France to spend a weekend in London when my husband and friends tested positive for covid... Tiger Tiger have great and issued me with a credit note to use later in the year. Thank you and looking forward to having a great night out at your venue later in the year.

Good for dancing on weekends, Great security, Crowd depends but usuallt I have seen people not respecting others. 2 major things I want to point out: 1. Tiger Tiger does a great job in managing security because at times people are so bad, Like they can molest and harrass and I am so thankful that management just kicks them out. 2. Bar keepers are good, but some people just because they have good contacts hire their family members to provide drinks which works like its their own club and are disrespectful, Specially a girl on weekend who works part time and is someones sister and was working on 1st floor on one of the bar which was in the centre. She has no public relation skills and this is for the management to see that people are genuinely interested to be a bar keeper and they should be hired rather than these people who are here working just for money and they are eating jobs of those who needs those. I wish I could have written a better story, because over all experience with the club has been good for me but I really wish people who visit should know how to behave properly. Also I see a lot of negative comments on security people being kicked out, Some people deserve this, Just out yourself in their shoes and think if they won't kick such anti social elements , the inner experience of the club will be horrible.

The place is fine. Bar people were fast and kind but I went on a Wednesday, the staff, on the other side, was rude. I couldn’t wait my girlfriend out of the restrooms, I couldn’t even wait for her up stairs because the guy asked me continue going away. The prices are slightly high, but, at least the cocktails, doesn’t worth it. Extremely sweet and didn’t contain any trace of tasting or smelling alcohol, so much sugar just make you feel sick. Music was ok. Not coming back.

Update: TigerTiger have now been in touch following my claim via HM Courts and Tribunals Claims Service and offered to settle my claim. Very disappointing to be forced down the route of taking such measures to recover my money. This company has caused me a lot of stress after paying a substantial deposit on an event that could not proceed as planned due to Covid restrictions being extended. Refusal of any refund is simply unacceptable given the circumstances involved.

BE VERY CAREFUL..Sadly, my daughter's drink was spiked at this club resulting in her being taken to A & E by an ambulance, the first aid staff were excellent but the people attending the club are not so nice as some utter low life/scumbag is doing this to vulnerable girls. BE VERY CAREFUL.

Soo bad!!! all the time I go there it’s worst Don’t expect one smile from the staff They are rude, they look so unhappy and so frustated it’s sad. Pushing you and treating you bad plus drinks are not good not worth it at all.

Me and a friend went to the club for the first time today and really liked it. Mainly "older" songs were played, like: Titanium, DJ hot us fallin' in love or starships but also a little bit Charts . I'm not sure if that's normal in London (we're from Germany) but you can always get water here for free :). We also found that you were approached by guys relatively often, but if you then say that you have a boyfriend or that you are a lesbian, they quickly leave you alone😂.

They do scam the guests a lot. They advertise on giving the student discounts but never give them. They give venues for private hire, but sell the guests discounted coupons outside which are not accounted on the private bar sale. They have variable pricing for the same drinks and charge more when they are high. There is no complaint taking mechanism, which is very comfortable for them to do whatever they want to do.

i came here for my friends birthday last weekend and it was awful! the bar staff were rude and impatient especially the man with tattoos on his face. he was very rude to my friend and it ended up ruining our night. it was a terrible experience and i certainly will never be coming back. for anyone looking for a good night out in leister square forget about tiger tiger and head to Bar Rumba about 5 minutes away. Tiger Tiger need to hire better staff and get rid of that awful man with the face tattoos.

So we’ve asked a drink and the bartender ask for extra money, and we were saying that’s not right, so this guy in the pic saw what has happened and he talked to the bartender and then ask the security to take my friend out for no reason I told him what’s your name and he refuses to say, we went out to speak to the manager “ white man with beard” politely can we speak to you and he said no go away. Worst place to go to.

Very rood staff. she did not understand my order and forcefully gave us drinks she already made and then this horrible manager aggressively came and filled rest of order glasses with same drinks she served. so totally ripped off, unprofessional, unlearned staff and manager with some cheap dogs drinks. Would not recommend you to visit this place at all. in extra i saw long hair big belly security guy pulled one girl and chucked her out violently(it happened on 2 weekend Saturday after lockdown ease). they don't have lady security even and felt so insecure. if that lady read this i would recommend her to take action against them and need barrister contact me.

The security staff is really rude. I don't know how is possible that in a company someone keep people like them. I put one star because 0 is impossible. Don't go there. The last time that I go there. If the pace has 2 start is for something. So racist, as well.

The bouncers and security are so polite and friendly but the general manager is very rude, if you are not a celebrity he does not think you are worth the time of day. Family members who used to come here 10 years ago said it was amazing but now it is terrible. Generic and boring. Will not be coming back again.

I arrived at tiger tiger with high hopes, that were destroyed instantly. Bar staff clearly had little training and were giving out wrong drinks all night. Furthermore, I posed for a picture on a sofa which led to me being grabbed by a bouncer for supposedly having “my feet on furniture” I was expecting a decent night out, but was ruined rather quickly by appalling staff. I bought two tickets for the New Year’s Eve (£77) and by the time we got to the club at 10 pm they closed the door and didn’t let anyone else to get in without any explanation. I have tried to get a refund but there is no email or contact on the website.

This was THE place back in the day. We went last night (Friday) and can't believe how this place has gone downhill. 11:30pm and all floors were EMPTY (except top floor). £5 for cloakroom.. probably the most way they make their money. A double drink was £17. The venue was Indian HEAVY (staff and clientele). I like venues with good diversity. I used to go here almost every weekend back in the days, but we won't be back here ever again. Only place worse than tiger tiger is loop bar

Even if i paid 20£ ticket, they didn’t let me in and because i got mad they took my ID, after one hour of negotiation and calling the police on them, they finally gave me back my ID that was completely valid. I really don’t recommend you to get there, it’s expensive and they can even steal your ID even if it’s completely valid.

They’ll rob you! We were one minute late( that is not even exaggerating) , paid £20 each for a ticket and they would not let anyone in. They then advised us to go to the standard queue which I thought would be for a cheaper price and we were completely wrong. They wanted £20 entry fee even though we had already paid £20 previously. Honestly don’t waste your time going there if you want your money to be robbed

This is the worst club I’ve ever been to. Hope it gets shut down and the scumbag staff there are made unemployed. We purchased 11 o’clock entry tickets, arrived at 10 to leave an entire hour to queue and get in. The bouncers slow down the line INTENTIONALLY to ensure people miss their entry slot and are forced to pay £10 extra to get in - on top of prepaying for a ticket. Experience inside the club was even worse than that at the door; the place is dirty, the music is terrible, totally run down, paint chipped walls and extortionately priced drinks. Not to mention the bouncers who manhandled us and got extremely aggressive when we asked why we would have to pay more to get in to a club we had pre-purchased tickets for. The place is a scam, the staff are rude, and no one should waste their time, energy, or money funding this joke of a company.

Bouncers love to push people, stooping to physically moving people proves bad management and bad security. Instead of keeping people safe, they will resort to physical violence

Awful, awful experience. The venue is a terrible dump, it's tired, worn out and absolutely run down. We booked in advance for a table at the restaurant and a booth in the club with a drinks package, turned up and were sat in a filthy booth with a bar snacks menu and a bar tab for our evening because there was no food available and the drinks package wasn't recognised. Asked for a refund as it was shocking and was given a huge run around blaming a corporate website for the problems, absolutely no customer service at all and literally no care whatsoever. This is supposed to be a premium central London venue and the response was less that I'd expect from a Wetherspoons in a small town - absolutely disgusting. Avoid this place like the plague - it's a dive and not worth anybody's hard earned cash!

I visited club on Friday it was so crowded after 11 pm. There are 3 decs of dj playing different types of music. Luxe and tiger club merged. Entry fee is 20 pound. Do not go single , either you go couple or group. Music was okok not that good and club was full of boys almost 70%. Not worth spending 20 pounds for such music and boys to see..

Myself and my boyfriend visited this club in November, stay clear! The employees steal your belongings. The cloakroom staff stole my boyfriends north face coat worth £250. When we contacted the club following day they did not care and were rather rude. Will never return and advise people to stay clear. Wouldn’t even rate the place 1 star. Much better clubs in London than this club.

Absolutely disgusted at how we were treated yesterday. So many people getting kicked out for no reason! Our friend was drunk but not even displaying any outlandish behaviour and was simply sitting down. As soon as she got up to go to the toilet she was followed by a staff member and security! Not sure what dodgy business goes on here but be careful. Two people in my group were refused entry because the bouncer said they looked ‘too drunk’, when they were completely fine - other people who were let in were 100x drunker. Those two people in our group had foreign ID’s, so I am sure they weren’t let in because of this. The bouncers are also so rude and nasty. Once we were in the club, we did rounds of drinks. One of our group paid over £30 for three drinks; I then bought the very same round after and paid £10. What is going on?

LETS GET FATSOMA INVOLVED - Bought NYE 2021/22 Midnight count down tickets for £70 and only to be asked to leave the club at 11pm because of some "incident", I feel like we were scammed off our money. I tried emailing the venue and calling them but have received no response. I ask everyone else who suffered the same to please contact fatsoma to get them to help us.

The only reason was that it has a good vibe however very judgemental staff... Just because a few friends were joking around and dancing randomly(amongst ourselves) they denied us alcohol. However to be honest I'm posting this the same evening this has happened. One staff said to another don't provide them with alcohol and that was the first round we had ordered after entering at 12am. To be blunt please understand the crowd you deal with, I as well work with restaurants as well. This is not how you treat your customers.

RACISM. CHARLIE & HIS SECURITY TEAM Was in there having a good time and realised my medication was in the car. Asked the head of security if me and my cousin can leave to go to the car and take it. They said yes. Then referred us to a guy named “charlie” we were gone barely 6 minutes and when we got back pretended he didn’t know who we’d were. The whole security team stood there after saying it was okay and left us standing there for 30 minutes refusing to let us back in despite our coats and things were inside. It was pouring with rain We had our ticket proof even coat room tickets and was still denied. I heard one whisper saying no in regards to the way we looked. It was halloween we were dressed fine however he let the white guy in and a bunch of other men … From the beginning made no sense. Everyone Queued in the rain and cold for 40 minutes even though they had a ticket and those who would need to purchase one could go in straight away. The prices were listed online at a verity of prices. My ticket was £4 mg cousin paid £20 and my sister paid £15. Even though it was all for the same club. and i saw them and heard them charging different for other people. one was charged £35 on the door and the other was instantly charged £50 when he came. Security were pushing through people when they were inside and the drinks was stupidly priced. £14.50 for a single henny and coke. £5.50 for a red bull and £5.50 for a bottle of water :| I won’t be returning back to this club again. The music was spread across 4 floors but the DJs played the same music every 7 songs. it was below mediocre and nobody in the building had hand sanitiser. Not the bars not the cloak room. even the toilets. Was just unsanitary and far. No clear signs in the club so people were walking round lost trying to find the exit even the smokers corner. It was over crowded people were leaving as it was so busy it was a mess inside and out. None of them knew what they were doing After the treatment from Charlie’s security team and the men on the door. Safe to say that was a very off putting experience just a bunch of chubby egotistical men walking around with ear pieces a badge and if they’re lucky… a broken clipboard with a chewed up pen to look semi important Awful experience. I don't even know where to start on this one. It was my friend's birthday and his wife booked Tiger Tiger for 12 of us. When we got to the front of the queue - the main bouncer pulled out a BREATHALYSER and asked my friends wife to blow into it. She refused as we've never heard of this before, was told we wouldn't be allowed in if she didn't. Apparently she was 'over the limit' and was told to have a coffee and come back in half an hour. I spoke to another bouncer , told him we're on a night out and not a driving test (!) She'd literally had 3 drinks all night. He let us in eventually but I genuinely wish we'd have been turned away. We got in - oh the smell 🤢🤢🤢 We went upstairs and were met with a massive stench of BO. It actually smelt nicer in the toilets. We ended up changing our table to downstairs where it was bearable. The bar - I know we're in central London but the pricing was ridiculous. £20 for a double vodka and coke. £15 for an espresso martini served in a plastic cup with a straw !?! I asked for a beer and was handed a can of lager and a plastic pint pot for me to pour my own drink for £8. The staff were slow, rude and clueless. We left around an hour after arriving and will not be returning. If anyone is even considering this hole of a venue PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!

The most nasty club in London. Ate in the restaurant and was told I had to have identification to stay after my meal I was practically thrown out of the club despite spending 30 pounds on food. Security horrible and rude. Food was disgusting and tasteless anyway. Guys don't waste your money In this craip place. They charge u 3.50 to put your coat away.

Security is very tight and thorough, but because of few people, I am sorry I had a horrible experience. The guy who was validating the ID card was flat out racist. He didn't event applogize. Head of security was sweet enough to apologize, but by that time, we had lost the charm and trust in the place.

Went on a Monday night with a group of 6. 5£ entry on Monday. Music was good. Beers weren’t cheap but nothing crazy. Was fairly quiet but what can you expect on Monday. Overall not bad. No incidents with security or anything. Only bar/nightclub we could find open at that time on a Monday

The worst club in London We had a horrible experience in Tiger Tiger. After paying £20, we were discriminated only because our friend didn't have a EU or UK ID. He had a perfectly valid ID from the United Arab Emirates. He was suggested to bring a passport next time instead. A passport in a club? Another friend's ID was confiscated without any reason. Calling the police, the ID was returned to him, but he was not let in the club still, despite paying the expensive ticket. The three of us who managed to get in saw a desertic club with mediocre music and rude personal. Definitely a bad experience, not recommended at all.

I had visited this pub on of this month. I had ordered two drinks with them at the till single vodka and single chivas. Bartender told me it 12 pounds altogether (i aksed him first and no response i had to ask him again). Upon checking my card transaction i was shocked to find they have charged me 35 pound for two drinks. Moreover they advertised on their website that drinks prices are only 4 pounds for a single shot if you are a student. My friends were students and they showed their valid id card to my suprise the manger advised that they forgot to remove it from their website. I have called the pub no response i have messaged them no response. The worst bollywood pub i have ever been to. Trust me dont go to this pub, you can literally see the news that they served cleaning liquid instead of tequila and almost killed a person

I recently visited Tiger and sadly, I cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience. From start to finish, my visit was filled with disappointment and frustration. Firstly, the overall atmosphere left much to be desired. The sticky floors and tables made me question the cleanliness of the establishment. Combined with rude and clueless staff members, the ambiance resembled more of a cheap pub venue than a respectable restaurant. It was far from inviting and comfortable. The main issue arose when I requested a steak to be cooked medium. To my astonishment, the waitress confidently informed me that they could not accommodate that request as their steaks only come in a "large" size. When I clarified that I meant the level of doneness, such as medium or well done, she dismissed my explanation entirely. Her insistence that they could only serve well-done steak was surprising and disappointing, leaving no room for customer preferences. When my food finally arrived, it was apparent that quality was not a priority at Tiger. The dishes appeared stale, lacking the freshness one expects from a restaurant. Furthermore, the food was served cold, indicating poor attention to detail in the kitchen and a lack of care in delivering a satisfying meal to customers. Overall, my experience at Tiger left me thoroughly dissatisfied. The combination of a shabby atmosphere, rude and uninformed staff, stale and cold food, and an overall unappealing ambiance make it necessary to warn others to avoid this establishment at all costs. There are far better options available for a pleasant dining experience. £16 for a house rum and coke!!!

Came 11/25 to eat and left hungry. The waitresses demeanor was deplorable and her mannerisms was as if our presence vexed her spirit. When we asked about specific items on the menu, each response was greeted with a scowling “I don’t know” and a walk off with the rolling of the waitresses eyes. We ordered drinks and got everything but what we asked for and when we attempted to return the drinks the waitress looked at her watch with annoyance as if her shift was soon over. We expressed our concerns to management and left. I’m not sure if four brown faces annoyed our waitress but if the treatment we received is the norm, management should reconsider their entire team of service. As a tourist, we would not recommend!!!!

I was attracted by an event organized in this club on the 1st of November, I bought the ticket online few days in advance (not understanding why there were different prices and obviously the cheapest ones were already sold out). I paid the highest price, £16.50, hoping the evening would be worth it, when I arrived at the door 10 minutes before opening they refused me entry despite the ticket paid, the reason: "I was not accompanied", but alone (small note, not even the staff could find where this rule was written, they only told me that they followed the instructions received). I was just looking for a different evening to spend in a club. I wasted more than an hour getting there and another hour getting home disappointed by the situation. The staff ignored my requests telling me to request a refund online (which obviously was refused). Club rejected.

I was waiting for my brother who drove that day, trying to get in the club but the security from outside wount let him in, Telling him he's to drunk and he should walk 20 min. I spoke with another security guy from the entrance telling him the story, i can say he looked high. He was like yeah yeah, but nothing happend. VERY UNPROFEASIONAL! NOT RECOMENDED!!! Find a more civilized club. --10 stars rate (If i could give) -For club management- This is not how you treat your clintes. Ashamed on the club ! @tigertigerclub london. Some staff looked more drank than the people in the club. Had to mention this AGAIN. It's awful and embarrassing!

Had a prebooking. When we arrived, was told the place was hired out for a private party. Bouncers were extremely rude and ignored us. After waiting around for someone to talk to, the manager said they can let our party in. Went through security to be told that the kitchen/ bar was closed for the event so we can only come in to sit down.. complete waste of time, we should have either been informed before we made the 2 hour journey to get there or shouldn't have been able to book that day at all.

Was a good night. Security was stern but fair and polite. The head doorman kept his team in check and you could tell he led by good example. There were 2 men troubling people outside all night and security made sure they didn’t harm anyone. Especially a guy that was with 2 girls who they kept bothering. It’s nice to see security giving good customer service and actually keeping us safe.

Someone falsely accused my friends of stealing and Natalie held us there for two hours, refusing to let any of us leave. All the other security guards and managers said this is crazy clearly there are no grounds for the accusation but she held everyone there on bogus charges, harassing and intimidating my friends, both of whom became incredibly distressed. As soon as the police came we were allowed to leave but we were forced to sit there for hours until 4:30am. This was my worst experience clubbing ever, we’re apparently barred from going back (after being falsely accused), and good riddance. Never had met such cruel, awful people working anywhere. But respect to the other people working there who reasoned with us and acknowledged how crazy Natalie was being, we appreciated that.

Its been years since I've been there and I do apologise and feel for those who hadn't had a good time in Tiger Tiger club. Personally speaking, I had a blast there with good music to dance to, the vibes from other people were great and enjoyed my time there. I didnt experience any rudeness or discrimination at the time and most London Nightclubs are discriminate any POC and I've never had that there.

DO NOT GO! Full of creepy men. My friend got followed home buy a group of men in a car who following her bus, waiting for her to get off. My friends have told me it’s the same creepy vibe for the Tiger Tiger in Wales. Such a shame. Good venue and decent music. But the vibe has made me so uncomfortable. The cloakroom situation was a joke. Security need to keep a better eye on everyone to ensure we are safe. COMPLETELY AND DISGUSTINGLY OVERPRICED

This tiger tiger branch is rubbish ,I visit on enjoy some drinks,I walk to enter the security guy is open to exit gate.he don't ask any thing and he straight say on entry for stage ,he don't ask me you book online or not. he is untrained security staff,he don't have sense to how can speak to customer ,they speak rude. our group all had tickets which got us entry in before 11:30, turned up at 11:10 with 20 minutes to go and was told our tickets weren’t valid anymore and to pay the entry fee (£20) on top of the £10 we had already spent on the ticket or get out of the queue. no refunds, no apology, terrible bouncers and staff, this whole club is basically a scam. do yourself a favor and trust the reviews, avoid at all costs

Falsely marketed two tickets for different events at the same venue meaning once we got there we were told to go to a different venue however our tickets said that our venue would be the tiger Tiger club which we were at. After arguing with staff they still didn't let us in and kicked us out of the queue. Don't reccomend.

Terrible customer service. They sell mouldy beer from the tab. After we complained the bar manager offered us a 0.3l can instead of a 0.5l can which we had paid for. After we told him its not right he got upset and threatend to call the security.

A bit crowded but a nice place to go out in on wkds. We had a good time

We had the best night ever. I never wanted to leave. Basia was very nice while we were booking our table. This was the first time we went to a club. Atmosphere was very cool. We will visit again.

Went here for a bite between musicals, and the menu looked nice. Although the food was good for the price, service should be improved. It seems like the diner is a side thing they rather not keep. Everything was a long wait...

I have been there with my friends and the security guys seems to be racist and grumpy. All the security people were responding back very rudely. I have been asked for identity and after showing it they asked me to get in, there was a person in front of me blocking the way so I couldn’t move forward, and the security guy telling me with a loud voice to move forward, I said hang on a minute a person on my way(who is going through Identity check) so can’t go ahead, and they stopped me aside and spoke to me very rudely like he is giving a warning to me. Then another guy did a security check on me with a grumpy face. I haven’t noticed name of the security but he is white bit heavy. With that initials bad experience I dint like the ambience too. So I strongly don’t recommend!

Show off place you obviously go there for that but a bit too much. However staff is nice and you can spend a wuality time there too :) Music is sweeet

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!! me and a group of friends booked a table for nye when we arrived there after waiting a hour to get in even though we had the vip package ,we was placed at the worst table where random strangers would come and sit down the staff would bring our bottles out with frowns on there faces they was rude and the place smelt like my local curry house They was happy to take our money but the service I received was terrible none of the managers can speak English so when you are trying to tell them there is a problem they don't understand what you are saying worst place in London and we'll overpriced

Nice club with plenty of space for dancing and chilling .. but I find it over priced but again can’t complain much as it’s in the central London .. we really enjoyed and had good time

Good security inside kicking out the creepy men trying to follow and grope women. Pretty white dj played good music and my friend and I split the drink discounts so we only ended up spending £10. Only thing that ruined it was the predatory men trying to move to us, but that’s not the clubs fault. I wish that the floors were allowed reentry-it’s a bit weird because it’s not like we are leaving the entire club and coming back in.

Went there for the first time with my friends and was really happy to see how they take measures with safety for woman. Every time a women was being groped or about to, a lady would pull him away and give a warning in some cases kicking him out. The music was amazing and a very good mix in the 6 different rooms. Only thing is the drinks are too expensive, in the website they say £4 beer but it is £7 for a tequila shot and £8 for a beer. So go there when you already had something to drink. Overall great place to party

My wife and I attempted to drop in for something to eat this evening. We were asked for ID at the door, I had my driving license but my wife only had her Oyster card with photo and her name on it. Apparently this wasn’t good enough. When I asked why we were told that this was a stipulation of them getting their license! We went around the corner had found somewhere else!

If intensive farming had a ‘clubbing’ equivalent, tiger tiger is it. Security shouting at you in the queue, £20 quid to get in. Then £60 for a round of 4 drinks when one of the drinks isn’t what you asked for and the two vodka redbulls didn’t include a whole can, and it wasn’t redbull anyway…. And when you ask for a receipt, you’re greeted with a huff, and a receipt which isn’t particularly well itemised… honestly, avoid this place… don’t be persuaded by the queue out front, they keep that there to look popular, and after queuing for 30mins you’re less likely to walk off when they charge you £20 just to get in. It’s rubbish inside and you’ll be charged excessively for drinks. There are much nicer places where you’ll be treated with dignity for the same money.

Booked a table here this weekend for my cousins birthday and we had an absolutely awesome time. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Service was 10/10. A member of our group lost her phone on the night. We informed the manager and waitress who was serving our table and to our luck he called me the following day to inform me they had found it under our booth. This for me is rare so i was extremely pleased. I was informed the venue is under new management and ownership. Seems to me like they have delivered a great job of turning this venue around. Dj's were amazing too! Highly recommend!

Had one of the best time. Staff namely RUBY , made it so convenient for us. She was great help ♥️ Looking forward to come more here. Recommended.

Absolutely terrible. The worst club I have ever been to. HORRIBLE music, terrible crowd of people with immature young kids all over. On top of that, they charged me £32 for two standard drinks, and the prices would change throughout the night depending on who serves you. And when I mentioned this to a member of staff, she just looked at me and admitted it saying “your probably right”. I understand post pandemic these places might be struggling, but it’s no excuse to steal from people. This place deserves ZERO stars. Poor.

It's a shitt club with rude staff, security dodgy, dont go there, they ask for a lot of money, put the service ar sheet, when for a birthday party with my friends, group of 20 friends! Not worth the money and to loose the time! Badass experience after the pandemic! Will never forget my 40th birthday_ disasters

Absolutely appalled. Queued at 23:30 hrs just to be asked to pay £20 on top of my already paid £11sqiddies ticket for supposedly being late. Yes I am a mug for letting this scam happen. I’ve retreated to the N44 all thanks to tiger tiger. Not impressed.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Charged £25 just to enter the club, then I bought 3 drinks and was charged £40!! Absolute SCAM.

Me and my boyfriend went in there for some food because everywhere else was packed. We walked in and there was no one else in there. It was misleading because you walked in and there was tables and chairs and wine glasses set out but there was also lights all over the place which for a restaurant was a bit weird. We soon realised it was a club as well. We looked at the reviews and soon realised why it was dead. The atmosphere was really weird me and my boyfriend both felt unsafe in there and also the menu is bad you have 4 options and we had the grilled chicken which wasn't to bad with potatoes and some sort of mash greens. We had one alcoholic drink each and it was gross it tasted like the alchol had gone off. For 2 drinks and 2 meals it was £50. All in all just don't go there.
