5 stars, good quality ,take about 4 days for deliver

I ordered a charging station for 4 devices. However, only 2 connectors work, the remaining 2 do not. I raised a question about this (on both the product page and via email) but I have not received any answer. According to the shop's complaints procedure any issues with an order must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the delivery. I reported the issue as needed but I am yet to receive any answer. For now I am left with a broken product.

The customer service was good. Item I received was as shown in the picture. You get notification once they receive the money and also once they have sent the item to the parcel service company.
