Beautiful, peaceful place. Hiking is tricky as the signs don't really lead to marked trails. Lift was closed. A few campers were playing loud music which took away from the peace and quiet in the area. Road is easy and accessible. Free entrance. Water fountain available.

We sure live in a big, beautiful world. And this magnificent place is only one proof of this!

Abundant amount of nature walk. The lakes are beautiful, fresh drinking water from the spring. The are tables and barbecue grills, good parking. Breathtaking views to make memories. Lots of berries to eat, mushrooms to collect and amazing herbs for making tea. Tranquil and beautiful.

It's okay

Love this spot! Local to our hotel, an easy little stroll to the first two lakes. The water is a not super clean, but beautiful enough to look out at. The gorgeous mountainscape is int he background with picnic area and tons of rocks and stick and pinecones for any little boy to chuck into the water! Nice place to go rain or shine.

Its a really good place to hike, but the track and paths are almost missing.

Good weather on September. Every time I go to Smolyan lakes I feel positively recharged. Totally recommend this place for resting or just having a good time.

Good in this season but the path to the third lake was difficult to find

The lakes can be reach very easy by car. The paths are perfect for a slow and relaxed walk with great views to the Orpheus rocks. Great place to sit, relax and enjoy the nature. It was a nice trip for small kids as well.

Pretty lakes south from Pamporovo resort ... Unfortunately many buildings around few of them ... But still has some good views

It is the best place in Rodopy mountain. The lakes, trees and the blue sky makes you feel happy and energised.

Lakes are very easily accessible by car. Nice atmosphere. A view to Orpheus hills.
