AVOID this hotel 😞 On booking.com photos this hotel looks decent + because it’s not cheapest I assumed it should be good enough. However, when we arrived we discovered that it is in poor condition with dirty rooms, toilet smells, insects everywhere, sheets had stains on them and towels smelled not fresh. You can forget about toiletries, because shampoo looked like a washing up liquid. We took most expensive bungalow hoping it would be best than the rest, but heh even that is in a very bad condition. When we asked for a clean up we saw staff turning up with very dirty mop and other equipment. It looks like overall standards there are extremely low. In addition the beach is filthy and not nice. The outside area of the hotel is not looked after at all. I will NEVER come back.

Seri Resort is a very special place… I recently stayed here for the third time, for 7 nights. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning & is located on the peaceful island of Gili Meno, featuring a private beach where you can snorkel in and see turtles & many varieties of fish without needing to go out on a boat. However I think what makes Seri truly incredible is it’s staff. I want to make a special mention of our room cleaner Yusril, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and showed us genuine kindness. Some other stand out staff members include the beautiful Vina, our awesome waiter Dane & the lovely reservations manager Rahman. Thanks again team for the most incredible week of pure bliss and relaxation. I can’t fault any aspect of this place, from the delicious food to the gorgeous rooms. As you know I’m sad to leave but will be back very soon! Thank you again ❤️

Amazing place like a heaven. The beach is 50 meters away from the room They have a great bar, delicious food, wonderful facilities and also a place for beach volleyball 😊🙏🏻 i strongly recommend

Such a bliss that this resort is adults only! The staff really try their best to enforce this policy by not letting passer-by children onto their property. Never had such a relaxing trip in a long time! Looking forward to discovering more adults only resorts 🤩

We were satisfied with the stay. The place is fantastic right next to the beach with good opportunities for snorkelling. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and nice. There was air conditioning, TV, safety box (but no instructions on how to set it) and fridge. The bathroom was ok with hot water and a good shower. The bedding was clean and the bed good. It is quiet and peaceful here. A short distance away and on the beach, there are several good restaurants, including the hotel's own, where you can enjoy a romantic dinner. There is a nice swimming pool and many sunbeds. There was wifi that was occasionally somewhat unstable and it is annoying to have to log in all the time. The breakfast was extremely good. There was both fresh fruit and fresh juice. Normally there is a buffet, but due to the low season, the breakfast is positioned and there are several options. An electric kettle is missing in the room and the smell from the drain helps to lower the rating a little.

+ beautiful beach, with turtles present every day. Nice basic rooms with good bed and working air-conditioning. Staff is really helpful. Check the view at the breakfast for yourself- amazing - prices at the restaurant are above Island standard, but ok. The selection could be better.

Such a lovely place ! Right on the beach with a lot of seaturtles. Everytime we went out snorkeling we saw 5-8 seaturtles! The bungalows were spacious but warm - the aircon in our room couldn't keep up with the heat. Breakfast was okay, service nice. The pool was not refreshing - it was too warm - so the ocean is the way to cool down.

5 stars all the way!!! Amazing customer service and attention from the whole team! Best location and best white sand beach on the island. Crystal clear water snorkeling in front of the hotel. Very good food and beverages including long list of european wines, liquors and cocktails! Easily become our favoutie place for holiday, coming back soon!

I booked this place randomly and have no regret! First time went to Gili Meno and this was the right choice. Just take a walk from the port and you’re there. They gave us fresh towel and welcome drink. The resort located right in front of the beach (the other side of the snorkeling spot so it was really quiet) with a beautiful view. Majority of the guests are foreigners I think we’re the only domestic tourist that time. The resort it self is really beautiful & aesthetically pleasing. If you are a couple, this is the right choice! They offered snorkeling trip Rp 545K for 2 person The staffs are really nice, friendly and talkative. Definitely would come again and stay longer if I get a chance to go to Lombok.

Very happy with our choice to stay here for 3 nights. Location is fantastic directly on a beautiful white sand beach with a nice coral reef to swim to for snorkeling and every day we swam with 3-4 beautiful sea turtles there. Staff are really friendly and helpful and the rooms are very comfortable and private. Really enjoyed the top floor Shisha lounge each sunset for a Shisha and drinks. Will certainly be back.

For us this resort is the perfect quality price. Less than 20 min walk will bring you almost anywhere on the island. Amazing beach view. The staff are so nice and went above and beyond to make our stay one to remember. The pool is a salt water one. Super confortable on the eyes. The good and drink are reasonably priced for an hotel. Fyi, this isn't a 4 to 5 resort, so few amenities are missing but it's by far the best value for your $$. The basics needs are more than covered. Internet can be weak in rooms.. My only complaint but it's fast at the lobby and I was able to work from there.

We have spent 4 days in this nice Resort. The place is really a paradise for relaxing and enjoying the sea. Very quite atmosphere in a resort perfectly integrated with the beach environment. The possibility to cross and touch turtles in less than 1 m depth is really amazing.. regarding the resort, we had a villa pool a little behind the resort's front line, which is nice but at the end it is much more enjoyable to stay in the main pool in front to the beach. The room was clean with a confortable bed. Very kind staff and absolutely beautiful the possibility to have romantic dinner on the beach also with fresh fish from the grill. A beautiful experience!

We stayed in one of the villas at the back of the resort. Our room had everything that needed, the Aircon worked very good, bed was big and comfortable. Most importantly, thank you to the staff for outstanding hospitality. The resort is located right on the beach and the view of Gili Air is definitely better than on the other side of the island. Of course snorkeling with turtles plus a beautiful coral reef is just a short swim from the beach. Food was also great and frozen margaritas at the pool uff.

Peaceful place. Kind staff!! We feel like staying friend's home. We did stay there for 5days. It was wonderful experience. so we visited there again to use bar. But a staff said we have to pay 300k to use sunbed(not include drink) we are 3. So it was 900k. Price is too high. And the staff is staring at me while we discuss. He ruined our good experience of this resort. I am disappointed.

A little bit overpriced for what you get, I think. We stayed in bungalow. Disadvantages: - no electric kettle - no hairdryer - bad isolation + weak air conditioning = very very hot bathroom - no blanket - not the best part of the island Advantages: - very good staff, hardworking, nice - good breakfast - turtles are just in front of the hotel

Came here for my wedding anniversary to have romantic dinner! The price is affordable for 3 course dinner! And also we requested a cake & bottle of Wine. Drinks, food, dessert are incredibly amazing. The services of the staff is awesome, the table setup was very good! Thankyou for the Restaurant Manager and all the team to make our dinner memorable 🎉

Here for 3 nights, right on the beach, snorkelling directly out the front! The pool was busy with children and warm even for me so didn’t use that. The room was enough, it had a few quirks but nothing serious. Air Conditioning was fine, breakfast was good, staff were lovely. All in all a lovely stay.

The closest place to paradise. The rooms are big and very clean and as the hotel is in the beach you can enjoy the water that is transparent and warm. With snorkel you can see turtles and swim with them. The service of the hotel is 5 stars

Such a beautiful and well run resorts. The staff is super helpful and well organized. Food was great and the coconuts by the bar on the crystal clear waters makes a perfect getaway.

See separate room comments below. Aside from that we had a good experience here. Staff were friendly and attentive and the location is beautiful. Food and was over priced so recommend trying the many nearby warungs instead if travelling on a budget. We snorkeling while staying here and saw turtles and countless fish so it is a great location for that.

This hotel is quite basic... quite typical of what you will get on such a small island. We had problems that they gave us the wrong room and then moved us to the right room but the balcony door won't lock, however they were quick to fix such problems. The best part we had on this trip was snorkelling with "Family", the snorkelling company that is just north of Seri Hotel around 30 seconds walk away. So much attention to detail was given in the private tour, we followed the guide and swam along the ridge and saw many sea turtles.

We love to stay at Seri resort. It's quiet, relaxing and layed back. The beds are very comfortable and the bungalows are surrounded by beautiful nature. We love the pool and staff are friendly. We love the owners. Very welcoming and fun people 😊 😀 ☺️ 💋 😘

What an absolutely amazing experience we had at Seri Resort. Most definitely the best place to stay when visiting Gili Meno. I can not recommend it enough! Location = unbelievable Food = Fantastic Rooms = Amazing and clean Staff = Beyond awesome and friendly Everything about our visit was fantastic, probably one of the best experiences and hotel stays we've ever had!! Special shout-out to Dani, Fer and Ecko, these three gentlemen were absolutely amazing, generous, kind, and helpful. Always greeted us with the widest smiles and never a dull moment chatting to them and learning the tips and tricks about navigating the island and were the best snorkeling spots are. As for the rest of the staff, they were pretty awesome as well. You can't go wrong with staying at Seri Resort!! We can't wait to be back!!!

Amazing location, you walk out of your room right to the beach! The staff are kind and helpful, the rooms are very comfortable too! We had a good time and overall was very good! Now let’s go to the down sides: - WIFI is terrible, nothing to say more about it… - Not much variety on breakfast; - Eating here requires pacience, takes forever for the food to come;

Amazing value hotel located at the perfect spot in the island for snorkelling. It's super quiet with beautifully romantic evenings sat by the sea. The only issue we had was the loud AC unit but other than that minor issue it was a perfect stay

Beautiful place. Our bungalow was great. Super quiet and relaxing island. Included breakfast which was fantastic. Staff were lovely. Shoutout to Rio. Would recommend this resort if staying on Gili Meno. Close to harbour but if you have luggage on wheels you will need to take horse and buggy. It’s impossible to wheel your back on the paths. If staying at a nearby island highly recommend taking a private local boat right to the beach of the resort.

Wonderfull island and location of the hotel! Very welcoming and nice staff. We feel that both the earthquake and covid didnt do well to the hotel but we hope that they will manage to overcome and start to reinvest. Overall a good experience.

No streets, no motorbikes, no cars...ideally for relaxing. Located directly at the beach. Turtles in front of the hotel are almost guaranteed. Bring your snorkeling gear or rent by one of the beach guys. Hotel stuff is quite expensive. Don't spend all day in the hotel. Walk around the island and try e.g. lunch and dinner and a drink in some of the great local warungs - also in the center of the island. Much cheaper as well 😉 Next time we would upgrade to bungalow with sea view as standard rooms are located at the backside of hotel and are not so cozy...anyhow rooms are absolutely fine for the price.

We loved our stay here. We stayed for 4 days which was a perfect amount of time to relax. We stayed in the beach bungalow with sea view and it was so lovely to wake up and see the sea. The room was spacious. Hotel staff are so nice and friendly.

Incredible location, beach front, amazing ocean views. Welcomed with a cool hand towel and a drink. Very friendly management and staff. The absolute beachfront bungalows i would highly recommend, you can wake up to sunrise. Turtles swim at the waters edge. Great Snorkling spots in front of resort. Rooms large comfortable, tastfully designed, marble floors, black out curtains, all the extras. Restaurant/bar at resort extensive menu. Only a 9min walk from harbour along the beach, or if lots of Luggage a short ride on the horse cart. . But Very quiet, Private resort. Management easy to arrange trip to island , ie.boat booking. I am coming back again for sure, it felt like heaven.

You MUST stay here if you’re visiting Gili Meno. Having walked around the whole island, it is undoubtedly the most beautiful resort there. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the main pier which is very convenient on an island with no motor vehicles. The rooms are lovely, our beach bungalow was surprisingly big and it was very bright and clean. It even has a little porch to sit out and enjoy the view from! We enjoyed the free breakfast at the restaurant though because of the high prices we didn’t eat any other meals there. Lastly, the staff was super friendly and helpful!

I have no words to say how grateful we are for our stay in this place. Everything is simply exceptional and they have the best staff in the world. I was impressed with how well they treated us, without exception, ALL of them seem to be the owners of the business, this is what I call excellence in service! Extremely helpful, polite, gentle and kind and the resort is also a spectacle!
