The stay at PinkCoco was an incredible experience, with the exceptional staff. You can see the hotel has invested in training the staff, and it shows in their service, every staff member made a genuine effort to ensure that our stay was memorable. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the food is delectable, and the grounds are immaculate, staff is constantly cleaning and tidying up the space. Although one cannot swim out front due to the coral and low tide, guests can conveniently rent a bike from the hotel to access the other side of the island for a beach. The pool is on of their highlight, amazing place to enjoy a relaxing day. Very pink vibes!

Our stay at Pink CoCo was unforgettable. The venue sits along a private beach area, with swings you can see in my photos. The sunset is to die for. I would recommend seeing the sunset at the resort most if not the nights. The service of the staff were very polite and the food was delicious and very well priced for a resort. The resort location is abit far from the main area of the island, and you walk across a long sandy area to get there which can be hard as the bikes they provide are not sand wheel bikes. Overall, I would and will definitely come back here again!

We spent six days at the Pink Coco on Gili Air. The hotel complex is a dream, right on the beach. The pool area is beautifully designed, just like the rooms, with a lot of attention to detail. Every day there were several free snacks and mini smoothies. But best of all was the service! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I have never experienced such a good service. The room was cleaned twice a day and the staff always made sure you were completely comfortable. If we come to Gili Air again, we will definitely stay at the Pink Coco again. It was just wonderful and perfect!

The pink decor is so camp and so fun; I do not often stay in resorts but the playful vibe here is so sweet and the attention to details is amazing. I worked in a lot of hotels as a young person and none were this slick 💅 When I arrived I had not slept for 3 days and had to leave my intended accommodation due to a huge gecko pooping on my bed from the rafters. Gecko I like, poop on my bed not so much. I was in a fragile state and desperate to sleep, so did what any sensible adult would do: put on my pink pajamas, ordered a bottle of fizzy wine to toast the sunset and promptly knocked myself out. I slept like the very pampered dead! Next day was my birthday so I had the Javanese lulur-style scrub (my favourite!) and hot stone massage and it was beautifully done; simple treatments that work and deeply relax. Thank you girlies! The staff are all really sweet, very helpful and kind without being too in your face: I am not comfortable with hospitality that tries to be too deferential or pretentious so I really appreciate the balance that is struck here between highly professional and up for a laugh. It also means a lot that the hotel policy is explicitly LGBTQ-friendly: this is the first business in the region I have seen make a point of this 💗 Many reviews have criticised the food: no it is not Michelin star material, but the breakfast in generous and anyone who wants to bring me roast duck on the beach is a friend to me! If you want some real deal Indonesian bbq go for a short walk to Warung Sunny, it’s absolutely excellent. This is not a rich island or region, and for the same prices in Europe you’d get a blank room with a view of the car park and some dry sandwiches; I certainly could not afford something this nice at home so I intend to live my Barbie fantasy with enthusiasm :)

Our stay was perfect. Can’t fault it. I think it’s the best hotel on Gili Air. The facilities are great; pool, restaurant, great location, the rooms are lovely. Everything is spotlessly clean. The staff are so friendly and kind. The attention to detail and little touches make all the difference. We stayed there a week and wish we could’ve stayed longer. I was slightly worried that since it has a bar it might be loud at night but it was extremely peaceful and the hotel always had a chilled out mellow vibe. If I had to think of one negative / feedback it would be the aircon in our room was a bit noisy (room 20)

This is a beautiful spot on Gili Air! East to find on the western side of the island... Everything is pink.. The staff are really attentive and polite and like everywhere on Gili, will do whatever they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The food is great, the drinks are strong (although a little more pricey here than at other spots) and it's a great atmosphere for couples. We had a wonderful time! Thank you guys!

This place deserves 5 stars all around. Everything from the service, the cleanliness of the rooms and the attention to detail was so perfect. Our Grande Room was stocked with matching PJ tops, pink flip flops, all the toiletries you need and a beach bag for a day out. Nightly cookies are brought to room during turn-down service and on night one, there were face masks in the fridge. If you lounge by the pool all day, staff will come around with snacks, drinks, wellness shots, “young spray” and cold towels. We had a day out on the pink boat with snorkelling and lunch as well. Perfect perfect spot. Can’t wait to come back!

Hands down one of the best places we stayed in Bali. The location is great and you can rent bikes for exploring the island. The rooms are beautiful and have everything you might need. On-site restaurant was delicious...we ate here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at least once throughout our stay. A good number of pool spots but also lots of beachfront spots available for lounging as well. Best spot for sunsets on the island 🌅

A special mention to Rozzi, the highlight of my stay. Manager Putu is very nice person, responsive and easy to communicate especially helpful if you visiting Gili Air for the first time like I did. I stayed at Gladack Cottage as that’s my favorite type of accommodation and It was beyond my expectations. Even set across the pool area it has its privacy surrounded by well maintained and clean garden. Whole place is well maintained pool itself and pool area, garden, beach front, bar, restaurant. Bedding and towels are fresh and clean. Internet is fast as you can get on Gili Island. Ac and hot water really operating , it’s not promised like in some other accommodations. We had the best holiday ever at PinkCoco Gili Air. Beautiful hotel, best pool, stunning sunsets over the water (with a great cocktail and dinner menu and comfy beanbag chairs!), staff were so nice. We went out on a snorkel trip on the pink boat, saw sea turtles and heaps of pretty fish. Magnificent!

My Wife and I spent 4 nights at Pink Coco, and our stay was amazing. Fantastic room, clean, huge bathroom and plenty of hot water. This comes very close to a 5 star review with a few minor areas of consideration. 1. The bedding is quite thin and uncomfortable to sleep in, both of us woke up fairly restless; the bedding at every other resort has been much better. It was sold as an adults only and until next year, young children and babies are there. The ambiance of the pool was disrupted with a child in armbands splashing and giggling, fine but after a few hours it’s tedious. Would recommend and probably would stay if visiting the island again.

We went to PinkCoco on our honeymoon, under suggestion of our travel agency. We expect a 3 star hotel, but found a 5 star one. Everything is so neat, from the nice warm pool (with pool service, of course) to a restaurant making insane eggs Benedict. Rooms are also very silent, fresh, clean and they have all the needed amenities. The biggest surprise was, however, the service. The staff was always helpful, putting a nice smile and following up on every request, or checking up on you to make sure everything was fine and you had a great time. Very, very nice. The only remark is that from the online pics, you can't see that in Gili Air you can't swim in the ocean. You need to walk a lot in the sea to get to proper swimmable water, and you must wear shoes (with flipflops is simply too hard).

The food at the restaurant is great, the pool is lovely, the rooms are gorgeous and lavish, particularly the honeymoon suite but we extended our stay and moved to another room which was also really nice. The beach is kept cleaner than most on the island and the massages at the spa are very relaxing. Would definitely recommend staying here

Byron runs an excellent team, with everyone helpful, smiley and attentive. All food was really good, with breakfast really setting you up for the day. Endless coffee at breakfast, decaf, soy milk etc. The pool area was great, nicely lit at night, with chilled lemon or cucumber water on tap and small ices served complimentary in the afternoon. Room service twice a day with nice cookies in the evening. Really nice, professional and relaxing spa centre with complimentary and renewable Rp 50K voucher. Ideally located for enjoying the sunset, so go early or reserve your beanbags. The room cleanliness was immaculate. We really thoroughly enjoyed staying here and were sad when we had to leave, having been there for 12 nights. They certainly delivered what we expected and even more. Hilde & Tim, Belgium.

Compared to every other little bungalow on the beach which is just a bed, without bugs if you’re lucky, staying here is an experience. I love that they have gluten free food options, that they locally source things and care about nature by not using plastic. Their employees seem skilled and happy. This resort saved my trip to Gili Air. I was booked 3 nights at another place but didn’t like it my first night so immediately checked out and was lucky to get a room here! The service was night and day to my first place. The staff are what makes this place extra special. The food is amazing and so are the drinks. I loved my cocoon room and the pool area was just bliss! So many small Touches that go beyond any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Would highly recommend this place to anyone - it really is the best on the island!

Location is superb to watch the sunset (although we did any sunset during out stay due to the weather......but this give us an incentive to return ;-)) Also no screaming children which was very much appreciated. Only issue was the Russian guests. With their typical rude and selfish behavior, they are a plaque to the other guests no matter where they show up. And that is unfortunately a lot of places on the Gili Island and elsewhere - still.

This makes it the perfect place for a relaxed getaway and forget about everything! But not so much if you want to stay for more than one week and need good internet connection! This place is aesthetically pleasing with lovely decor & area to sit for the sunset. However there is only 3 tables for eating at so we had to wait to be seated at one. Amazing service. Booked impromptu to stay for one night and staff generously upgraded our villa without asking. Everything here is perfection. From front house reception staff who are friendly, funny and caring; to lovely rooms with meaningful little touches in the turn down service. Excellent restaurant- highly recommend a cocktail on the beach for sunset, the upstairs restaurant for dinner (chicken coconut soup is amazing!), and excellent breakfast on the beach. Being lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves and wind through the palm trees - how could you not?

We also really enjoyed the breakfast overlooking the beach each morning. Spa was reasonably priced for a Hotel of this quality and we enjoyed our treatments. And yes it is very pink.

Excellent location, fantastic pool and cute rooms. The service was perfect. I enjoyed breakfast here, although the coffee was a bit average (it is a small tropical island so I did not expect great coffee anyway and you can go to Coffee and Thyme for excellent coffee). Unfortunately the main meals I had here were below average, however everything else about this hotel was perfect and I have recommended it to family and friends as I think it is in the best location on the island. Overall a wonderful experience.

We had a spectacular experience here in Pink Coco Gili Air! It felt like we had the best hotel on the island. Suite Del Mar is the most romantic and private suite and it’s the best place couples. Spa services included with this suite! Andy went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and taken care off. Super reliable and on the ball. Breakfast is good, we had an anniversary and they gave us a nice surprise in the room! You can also rent cute pink bikes and laundry is also available. Will come back again. Highly highly recommended!

Nothing was missing. Air conditioning ok. Wifi as well, to working better in the sitiing in front of the hotel. We were also satisfied with the cleaning and every evening we got delicious cookies to the room. Breakfast were the best, really fantastic as stated. Rich, tasty, flavored and balanced – TOP! We recommend chicken burger from the menu – wau! Bow to the young cook. The service was nice too, they took care of us really perfectly. The hotel is also situated next to the beautiful clean beach and the sunsets are incredible here. Their pink bikes made us happy – we used it every day. Thank you one more!

We LOVED our stay here. So amazed by the whole property design, and by its beachfront location. Dani was amazing, so were the rest of the staffs. We still have the pink bracelets given to us during check-in. We stayed at Limas Romantic, and i just have no words to compliment our room. It was spacious, it has the tub, the bathroom has 2 of everything - toilet, sink, shower. We used the kayak equipment provided by the hotel (thank you!). And when we came back from our sunset walk, the staff have already cleaned our room again! We just checked in a few hours ago. They put cookies in the room, moved the bottle of water and a glass to bedside table, curtains were drawn, and lighted up aromatherapy by the tub. The room always smelled amazing, the towels too.
