One stop shop! This place is truly a gem for what all is included! Jeff the owner will help you book tours and Safaris that fit your budget and needs. The receptionist will walk you to your room as well as coordinate your free breakfast in case the time slot doesn't work for you and the restaurant staff will treat you like a best friend. Amazing customer service! I ate two or three times in the restaurant because the prices and portions were decent. After a long journey its nice to be able to walk a few feet to try traditional Tanzania food or some foreign favorites like pizza or burgers. There is a bar as well and chill area outside so if you want to get rowdy or if you want peace you can have them both. Susan and valet are great servers and deserve a raise 😊! The rooms are picturesque from the inside and outside. Shaped like maasai bandas they fit a decent amount inside. My room was the zebra room and had 2 large bunk beds and a twin size mattress. Firm beds so great to sleep on after a safari. My only complaint is the bathrooms have no ceiling so you can hear more than usual what your roommate is doing in there. There is hot water and they provide soap, towels and sandals! The location is near the clock tower, fruit stands and the maasai market. There is a security guard at the gate for night watch and to keep solicitors away. It's also walking distance from the public station or a quick bajaj ride away. Overall exceeded expectations.

Favourite place in Arusha. Perfect central location and yet you feel like you're in a forest. It's quiet, peaceful and friendly. Gloria runs the reception and is extremely helpful - it's best to listen to her advice.

central location, sitting in a green garden, friendly staff and clean room. good value for a budget price. the dorm has no proper windows only a mosquito net, so it was very cold. WiFi was not working, only one plug for the whole dorm behind a bed. the bathroom has a Glas window in the door, looking right into the dorm and the handle was broken. also I booked a hiking tour with them. I can not recommend it. I didn’t get any briefing or an itinerary. It felt like the man at the office didn’t really know himself. also no safety measurements such at least asking for an emergency contact. the crew for the hike itself was very nice

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days, it was wonderfull, staff are very friendly, it's very traditional. We were comfortable. I recommend it.

This place is really excellent! The location is perfect, just a block away from clocktower. It's quiet at night, but very central. You can walk to food, coffee, swimming pools, markets, bars etc. The staff are friendly, the facilities were quite good for the price and location. They have just finished a new restaurant/lounge area, which is really nice. There is a very nice free breakfast in the mornings (by hostel standards). I will certainly stay here again next time I'm in town!

We slept here for one night after our Safari. Kizumba house is really amazing. Great help from the owners, lovely place to sleep and even more potential when they open up their restaurant soon! Definitely recommend 😊
