Last week we went 3 friends to climb the Kilimanjaro and go to safari with mnyalu safari, and it was the best trip in our life’s. On the mountain the guide (Nickson) was super professional friendly and had good English. The cook is 10/10 and makes something different every day, and the porter’s were like our brothers. We climbed as a family! Safari wise we got an amazing jeep full with snacks and beer every day! Our guide Ali was funny , friendly had good English and answered all our animal questions and more! (Also he found all the big 5 for) The office crew roi and furah took care of us like family and made sure everything is on point. I have nothing bad to say and only good things. Thank your for the best experience we could have gotten.

I choose Mnyalu Safaris because it was founded by a woman (around the same age as me) and I heard wonderful reviews. It was the best choice we could have made. My mother (72) and I (30) e-mailed them with our preferences and they replied so quickly and gave us genuinely good advice. They set up a custom, private safari for us for a really good price. The whole lead-up to our trip Furaha and Roi would help me out with any question I had about the safari, and the rest of our trip in general. Their customer service is 10/10. We did a 4 day safari (Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro) and it was the most incredible experience of our life. They set up us with our guide: Alais Laizer and we are so grateful for that, we had so much fun with him those 4 days and he made sure we had the best experience possible. Everything Furaha and Roi had arranged for us was wonderful: from our jeep to the hotels/lodges we stayed at. If you are looking for a small, local company to book your safari: look no further! I can't recommend them enough. We met as strangers and left as friends. I hope to see Furaha, Roi and Alais again in the future!

Amazing organisation, from Furaha, Roy and Lulu in the office to the whole mountain crew, Nicky, Z and Loa (+many more), everyone was so cool and good to us! They organized our Kilimanjaro trip and a few days of safari, I have 0 complaints and lots of compliments and respect for everyone involved!

We have traveled for two weeks as a family of 5 (ages 10-47). Safari was unforgettable, including all the animals, nice lodges and a wonderful guide 🐆🦓🐘🦒🦁🦛. Zanzibar was a great relaxation opportunity before getting back to life. Furaha, Roy and the whole team have been professional, friendly and helpful!

We had absolutely the best time with Mnyalu. Furaha was from the 1st contact so nice. She responded always within 24 hours to answer our questions (and we had a lot of questions). When we arrived we were picked up by Roy, and from that moment it truly felt like we were part of their family. During the Kilimanjaro trekking we got the best guides possible with Nicky, Z and Loa. Without them, I am sure that I would never be able to reach the top. Also, the vibe in the group was so amazing. All the porters, chefs (PAPA WOMBI) and guides made sure that we were walking with big smiles and only positive thoughts. After the trek we went on a safari with Hillary, and again - a top experience. Although we wanted to do a lot in 24 hours, and had some special demands (Amarula ;) Furaha & Roy made sure to do their utmost in delivering us the best experience. Had the best experience climbing Kilimanjaro with Mnyalu - they deserve 10 stars!! Furah has been incredibly helpful with everything concerning the planning of the trip, from catering to our very last minute requests and changing plans to going the extra mile to help us finding accommodation in Arusha. Our guides, Michael and Loasa, were incredibly prepared, not only on the routes and pace to keep during the hikes, but also on health-related aspects (e.g., checking our oxygen levels every night) - in a nutshell: we had full trust in them. The rest of the team was incredible: Ruben supporting in the daily stays, the Chef preparing great meals to keep us going, and all of the porters being so quick and efficient - even cheering us up on summit day! If you want to climb Kili you need to go with Mnyalu!

Would definitely recommend. From the start, the owners were incredibly helpful and responded very quickly and elaborately to all our (many) questions. They were not pushy, even when we were less responsive while considering our options. Even after we booked, they were always available to give recommendations and information. They also treat their staff well, which seems to pay off, as our guide (Ally) was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He knew exactly were to find all the animals and did everything he could to give us the best possible safari experience. After the Safari, we also decided to book some day trips to them, such as the Kilimanjaro day hike. This is also highly recommended with them!

Me and my friend organised a Mt Meru trek with Mnyalu ahead of arriving in Arusha. From start to finish the experience was exceptional; always professional, always very relaxing and most importantly always extremely fun. Furaha was endlessly helpful and she organised everything we asked including airport pickup and accommodation at a wonderful hotel either side of our trek which was also fantastic value. The trek itself was sincerely the best I have experienced, the staff (guides, porters etc.) which Mnyalu have in their team are truly special and made for an incredibly warm, and very very fun experience on the mountain (which is absolutely vital for building and maintain spirits in a tough climb). I really cannot more highly recommend organising a tour (and in particular a trek) through Mnyalu Safaris. Mnyalu are a locally run company which for us was important to ensure that the benefits of tourism are felt in the local community and it is important to note that this is not true of many of the operators in the region (both those you find online or might organise on the streets of Arusha and Moshi). It's also important to note that the low prices of many of the operators you may find in Arusha are at the expense of staff salaries (making the porters etc. wholly reliant on tips). In summary if you want to travel ethically please make sure that your tour operators is paying proper salaries to it's staff as this is not well regulated!

We are two friends and we had an amazing experience with this team. We visited Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro and choosing them has been the best choice. The main reasons? Everything: the acommodation, the food and of course the staff. I highly recommend them if you want to have the best safari.

If you are going on a Safari, choose this company! Our safari took us to Tarangire and Ngorongoro. Furaha (Mnyalu Safaris) is a knowledgeable tour operator who went beyond what is usual both professionally and as a human . You know you are in safe hands when choosing this company. I would recommend them for organizing other kinds of trips in this area also. Our tour guide/driver (Ali) had a deep understanding and respect for the animals he showed us. His service and his knowledge made the safari exceptional.

5 DAYS 4NIGHTS TANZANIA TRIP It has always been my wish to travel to Tanzania and this year I had to make my dream come true. At first I was so confused on where to get accommodation, how I'll get to move around but do I say, I was connected to this amazing gal "Furaha"! by a friend From my first connection with her on WhatsApp I felt some attachment to her and I decided immediately to use "Mnyalu Safaris" as my company of host. In my 4nights trip to Arusha I experienced hospitality that have never experienced before. Furaha is one person that you will get to meet and connect like you were not strangers before, she knows what she wants, customer service from her end is top notch. I will recommend her again and again to anybody who would wish to visit Tanzania for either wildlife safaris or Mt. Hiking. Mnyalu Safaris led by my sister from another mother "Furaha"! You got my vote. I will always keep it "Mnyalu Safaris" in all my tours and travels to Tanzania.

Furaha was an amazing help in organizing our trip to Tanzania. She answered all our questions professionally and fast. During the stay, we could always contact her via WhatsApp. Morever, she helped us with getting a SIM card, finding a good ATM, supermarket,... She organized our transfer from the airport, the hotel, pickups to our activities and much more. We did both the Mount Meru trekking and 4-day safari. Both where excellent, with a special thanks to our guides Nickoson and Bakari. Nickoson was a very kind guide, who helped us with every problem. He frequently checked in, asked how we where doing, and adjusted the pace so that we could reach the summit. Mnyalu Safaris was fantastic and our safari was top notch. Did a 3 day/2night Serengeti Safari and everything was well planned and professionally coordinated. Furaha (owner of company) and Adam (guide/driver) treated us as family and provided a fantastic experience. We saw the "Big 5" and many other animals. The lodging was great and catered lunches were delicious. I cannot say enough positive things and wholeheartedly recommend this safari to any potential clients!!

The best choice we made on our trip was to contact Roy. An amazing and patient guy who together with his local partner run a safari tour company in Tanzania. They are so nice and kind, help with everything including everything and their goal is clear - to make the trip the best possible. A trip that meets the demands and requests of travelers.
