I really want them to improve a little and they would be excellent in their services. I tried almost all their services since I had a wedding to attend. Face Threading - they did it in 5 mins and dint do it properly the first time but we’re kind enough to redo it when I went back. Facial - This was the only service which was beyond my expectations. Amazing massage. 5 star for that. Nail art - overlay came off within a day, they charged me again for redoing it the second time with just gel polish, but even that came off within 3-4 days. Gaymit lacks patience. The base coat wasn’t done properly. It looked chunky had gaps and hence it came off easily. Blow dry - one of the lady was pulling my hair way too much and it wasn’t comfortable . They left a strand as well at the back without curling it. Waxing - They burnt my underarms and it was painful. I had to get other services done as well but dint get them as it dint feel right. The staff is sweet but need more training and practice. Also the charges don’t match with their menu card and they end up charging more and never send the bills.

Hello, i visited Chen's saloon for facial and waxing. They asked me for chocolate wax , for which I told normal wax is fine . Then the lady come and asks me to follow her and takes me inside . She again pitched me for chocolate wax. For which I replied normal wax is fine. And she did not liked it . Then I asked her politely what happened? So she rudely replied we are human, we also need rest, whole day we are working. She started with the wax. And her actions were way more rude.After applying the wax and starting removing with paper twice hit my face. And also hair was not removed properly. Which I felt bad. Purposely not doing the job properly. The lady already had something .See I understand whole day providing service is not easy. But I come to saloon to feel good and u made me feel bad. So disappointed . Then I didn't go for facial and I came out. And I asked how much I have to pay , the lady in reception told 730/- and I paid it , later I asked for breakup i checked the price list so the total was 600/-. 130/- they returned me in cash.

Firstly I love the ambiance..Next Tara, my all time favorite guide who gives me right advise and super friendly. I’m visiting from past 6 months and every time my experience was awesome. I love Srishti the most and the guy who did my eyebrow micro blading and today I’m typing this cos of Yashna, who did wonders on my facial, she was very friendly and kept me engaged throughout the session, she made laugh like no one else does. Overall I like all the staffs there. Thank you for your wonderful services as always ❤️

Visited recently.They do good work and are skilled BUT They forget that they are in a hospitality industry. The staff keeps changing there and it's once but twice that I got an earful for my hair being not washed properly or being frizzy (that's how it is). And even if u want to point out or recommend something it should be polite, she literally told me about hair like 6-8times I was just like hm hmm hmm, But i really turned offy mood.

This is an amazing place to get any beauty services . I got done my hair colour with hair cut and nail extension done . Tara took really good care of me and my needs and did an awesome job.

I recently visited chen's for waxing but then i also had french pedicure service which was soo good,Sunitha did a great job and i felt soo good with the massage. Also, importantly it was pocket friendly. The service they do is worth and they got all kinda services in a very budget friendly prices. Very bad behaviour of the Owner.I was a customer for more than 5 years with every month going. Now few days before I am interested for front hair Keratin treatment so my first session was done while I come for 2 session my hair was not set properly I came very next day...so that start telling your hair was like that you need to do permanent then I say yes I asked you for the permanent one but you guys only told me go Keratin permanant won't suit you now they are confuse among themselves suddenly the owner of parlor told me that's why we are avoiding you...I immediately ask her what did you say she started changing her words guys the only thing I want to share I have been these parlor for 7 years spending every month 4000 but they behave like this. This is not the only Salon but now behaviour have fully changed. Request for a good behaviour for every customer and forget customer are God for you. I really feel bad with their behaviour being a 7 years old customer .

This is a unisex salon and the price is very affordable. They gave us a 10% discount for our 1st visit and for subsequent visits they highlighted that the discount percentage also will go high. Overall experience is positive for sure and the place is maintained well as well as spacious.

Good place to get your beauty services done...Prompt service and very efficient staff..I highly recommend this place for quality service and products !!
