They have two buildings, one a hotel and other a resort. The photos given in this map are of resorts . we booked their service thinking actual rooms will be like these photos only . But when we reached there , we were disappointed since they provided rooms which were very old and of no view .there were small cockroaches in the room. No heater is provided and if you want extra charges will be applied for using the heater as well as for drinking water . Their breakfast buffet was really good . Overall service is good.

Orchard Green is at a very convenient location, and their rooms are spacious but there are a couple of drawbacks as well. Their rooms lack maintenance. So when you pay such a heavy amount you expect rooms to be adequately arranged, comfortable, and well maintained. Accessories should be in good condition and appropriately working inside the room but in our rooms, they were not. Accessories were old and damaged. Like Cub-boards, Door Lock, Washroom, Bed, Curtains, etc. Room service was a bit slow. So I think the reviews for this Hotel are more than expected and most of the bookings to the hotel are coming due to its reviews which I realized are manipulated and influenced or incentivized. Overall the stay was avg. but I feel the rooms could be better concerning the tariffs they are charging and the standard they reflecting on the Online platforms. Hope you will find this helpful.

The property is new but not fully functional. Heaters were not there. Hot water problem in the early morning was there. On 27 some water pipe broke and no water supply was there for 2 hours. Food was just ok. We booked(luxury room with balcony) 3 months before but they gave us a room in the back side of Hotel.( So no use of balcony was there). Rooms were neat and clean but I will not suggest this hotel to others.

Worst service! Will never visit again- we are staying here now. They are short staffed but take full booking (around 90 rooms!). Every single thing is delayed here be it food order, housekeeping items, water, etc . The staff in the restaurant run away from taking orders- looks funny and annoying! They openly say that they don’t have sufficient people but take full money from us. Why can’t they accept booking according to the serving availability? The rooms are not cleaned properly, the kettle was literally black in the base and had to get it changed twice. In such a cold place, hot water is not consistent and the pipes leak. The entrance is completely undone and elders needs to walk all the way on steep slope to enter hotel premises every single time- blockers have been kept for the vehicles. Worst experience- we should have booked some other hotel in Manali.

We've visited 'The green Orchards resort' during the first week of May, 2023. The room we stayed were much older and poorly maintained. They charged Rs 300 per day for the room heater and that too wasn't working properly. Kettle was a broken one. Room service was terrible and not available 24*7 which they have mentioned in the hotel description. The quality of food were not upto the mark. Washrooms lack basic amenities was not clean. Staffs were not friendly. However location wise excellent. Overall not at all satisfied with the stay. Will never recommend for friends and family.

This is the new property ie Resort. They also have Hotel which is the first building. Front Office staff are quite rude esp the evening staff. They don't seem to be trained in hospitality management at all. We were allocated a damaged room, then after multiple requests the room was changed temporarily and the next day they changed the room again but put us in a corner room which didn't have proper running hot water. Food is definitely not worth it. No point in purchasing their meal plans. Rooms are huge & spacious. Valley view is great, avoid the rooms with city view. Parking is available but they don't have any driver rooms.

Rooms and services are good for the prices hotel is charging. Breakfast is a low point for this resort. Rooms are big, with all the amenities, view from the balcony is perfect (for front rooms only), Sofas and pillows in the room are bit old and should be replaced. Windows should be clean Service is good, you won't find the professional staff like 4 star hotels but they try their best to keep guest happy. The entrance of the hotel is too low, it is under construction. Hotel is not yet ready in its full swing. But serving customers perfectly in the reasonable price. Breakfast options are limited, and the south Indian food is not so good, no fresh juice, tea and coffee quality can be improved.

Pathetic experience. 1. Rooms in the hotel are very very bad. The spa ones are better but they won't tell you that. 2. Rooms are damp, without any heating facilities. They provide a space heater at charge of 300 per night 3. They don't have any water geysers. Water heating is solar based, which means you may be left without hit water. 4. They changed our rooms twice, all 3 rooms didn't have working TV, staff couldn't make it work 5. Food quality is very very bad. Consider not having the food there and take food elsewhere. Very nice cafes within 500 metres. They can't customise food to any extent and make it palatable 6. The staff is rude, especially i.e FO , the rest of the ones that interact with you are clueless. This is one hotel where I'd not want my enemies to stay. The problems I faced during my two nights here are incomprehensible. All this while facing a hostile staff and ridiculous rates for the services provided.

Rooms are very nice.. but they disappointed with the delux room.. it's on the ground floor and no scenic view... You don't get full amenities but in a budget overall it's good... Washroom are clean not so that great.. overall experience we have its good... Not that wow or awesome

We booked Family Room for 4 night and 5 days which they allotted on 3rd floor. The views from full length windows were truly mesmerizing - Snow covered mountains and dense pine trees - feels like nothing in between nature and us! The room was quite big with all amenities that one can expect... The Family Room also has a sofa cum bed which can easily accommodate 2 person. We took buffet breakfast and spread was good if not best. Also ordered north Indian cuisine in room and the food was very good and served within a reasonable time. Some part of hotel is still under construction, so good to ask for a room with good location. And in future I am sure they will add more general amenities like indoor games etc. From Mall road it takes around 100 rs to get a taxi or rikshaw - easily approachable. Try to get a room on higher floor with front facing views. Best to get a room right at the center of the hotel.

Amazing hotel. You’ll find all the service including a great travel desk in hotel itself. They’ll help you with anything you want. Rooms and infrastructure are really well maintained and clean. Had an amazing experience.

Good stay, well appointed rooms. Great location. Food quantity and quality can be better. Food price not justified. Breakfast had poor variety of spread with boiled egg and omlette being the only non veg option. Toiletries were missing in the rooms but was available on call.

Had an excellent stay, the property is centrally Heated however I think they tern off the heating at around 2 or 3 AM. The location is good and the food is excellent. They do need to organize their parking and start noting car no. Of the guests as incase someone has blocked someone's car than the guest can be easily contacted.

The location is great and at walking distance from old Manali. Food was good. But service needs to be improved. And there wasn't any assistance at night hours. I had booked for three people but the facilities were for just two . . And they were very reluctant in arranging for the third person.

I stayed at The Orchid Hotel in Manali for one night, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The rooms were not clean, and the bathroom was in poor condition. What disappointed me further was the additional charge for heaters, which seemed excessive. I also want to highlight that the hotel displayed pictures of another seemingly upgraded property, but upon arrival, I was provided a room in their older facility. If you're booking in the range of 2500-3000 INR, I recommend double-checking to ensure you'll be staying in the newer part of the hotel, as my experience suggests they might place guests in the older section without clarification

Had an amazing staying experience. The staff was really good and polite. The services were amazing. The ambiance of the resort was very neat and clean. Amazing view and location.

So, my stay was for 2 days. I arrived quite early at 5 am. It was freezing cold. They couldn't provide us with early check-in. But they did provide us a table to sit and wait and a heater to warm ourselves. Later on, we managed a room to freshen up thanks to a very nice elderly couple who checked out early. I put service as 4 because i think the waiting room could be centrally heated as the small heater wasn't hot enough. Also, the general washroom downstairs isn't clean or well equipped enough. Also, the breakfast can be better, which i will explain later. However, They upgraded our room to a better view, which was a nice gesture. The rooms are really nice with exceptional views and great heating. However, I think the breakfast in the morning should have some non-veg options, which i didn't find for the two days i was there.

The resort was absolutely great especially when someone stands in the balcony and can view the mountains just infront of their eyes and even sometimes the far mountains with snow. The rooms has a lot of space and if there are 4-5 persons in a family etc. There consists a sofa cum bed too. That's what a resort is called! The balcony is great too with a lot of space. The bathroom is also luxurious even the room is not so luxurious but it has been much comfortable to stay and much stay the room is decent and elegant. It doesn't Matter with the fact that the room has to be huge but what that makes you comfortable and likable to stay there . Also to view the scenic beauty. I would like to thank *THE ORCHARD GREEN RESORTS & SPA* to allow me to stay there comfortably without any problems.

All rooms are good, but non-AC, which is not mentioned anywhere, and most of the guests realise this after checking in room. Rooms were good spacious and clean. They do provide packed breakfast in case u need to leave early, which is very helpful.

Orchard Green is one of the best resorts in Manali. Service is fabulous. FOOD IS tasty. The staff is friendly. There are 2 property Hotel Green Orchard and other is Orchard Green resorts and spa. I will suggest to stay in resort because it is a new property and the view from the balcony smooths your eyes. I had booked a room with a balcony which was the best decision.

The rooms exude beauty and are kept in pristine condition. However, the food prices are slightly high. Luckily, the mall road market offers an abundance of dining choices. The location of the establishment is situated at a far distance from the mall road market, going through narrow roads. If your vacation aspirations revolve around serenity, this is the perfect destination. However, if you are seeking vibrant activities in close proximity to the lively main mall road, it may not be the most suitable choice for you.

The location of this resort is the best. It's just 10 minutes walking distance from Hidimba Temple. But I personally felt that the staff at reception was not friendly. I won't recommend this resort simply because of the reception staff. The staff really needs to understand how to talk to the guests. A simple smile on a face while talking to the guests makes a lot of difference which was missing in this resort. They are like, they simply don't need customers. Well this is what I observed while speaking with the reception staff multiple times.

Excellent hotel to stay in Manali They have given a complimentary upgrade to a spacious room with beautiful views. The highlight of my stay, however, was the buffet breakfast and dinner.The selection of food was extensive and delicious, with something to suit every taste. The service was also top-notch, with staff constantly refilling plates and checking in to ensure that everything was to my liking. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and delicious food. The complimentary upgrade and the beautiful views from the room was really an added advantage to my stay.

We visited this property in the month of February. Location wise : it is in log huts area a perfect mid point between old Manali and Mall Road but without the hustle bustle to disturb your stay. Be ready for a really serene and tranquil retreat. Coming to the services, don’t expect an early check in since they are mostly booked but they upgraded our room which was an added benefit and heeded to our request for a late check out. View from the room was spectacular The breakfast buffet was delectable and the menu varied the next day but the Hakka noodles we ordered in room for lunch were pathetic. The only glitch faced was in the housekeeping as even though we had switched on the make up my room sign, the house keeping was not done till 2 pm. Otherwise it would have been a perfect stay.

The property is new. The rooms are luxurious with all amenities. I booked the Luxury room with Balcony having mountain view. However, the family room and honeymoon suite has Valley view which is much better. Breakfast was average with limited options.

The room was supremely comfortable. The accommodations were immaculate. The food/ breakfast was top-notch. ...,The staff was very wonderful and catered to my every need. The room was impeccably clean, and all the facilities were in perfect working order.

A good hotel in log-hut area. The main advantage to take hotel in this area is that it is at walking distance to Hidimba Temple & Club house. Also the view of Manali snow mountains and forest is great from hotel. This view is not possible in mall road area. Now Hotel orchard green is 2 hotel side by side. So don't confuse one is hotel and other is resort hotel . This is Resort one & is more expensive. But the dining area for both hotel is in the resort so book room in spa and enjoy dining in resort. The food buffet is awesome with large variety of food starter veg non-veg sweets etc. The hotel also has park area which is good for kids.

Good property excellent staff.location too perfect. Not on the road yet walking distance from old manali and mall road.autos available too . As the resort was crowded we had to ask for quite a few things that were not placed in the room.but staff was very helpful.we didn't get brushes and paste.please carry a spare set. Food is decent.they are expanding yet. Hopefully by the next trip they should have a lawn or garden. Overall a good experience.

Stayed for five days. Room was very good. Service was also good. The staff were quite cooperative and efficient. Breakfast was nice with adequate choice of food. However, there is scope for improvement. The restaurant during night was very cold and uncomfortable. It was NOT centrally heated. Hotel should provide umbrellas to the guest on rent or against a caution deposit. Otherwise nice place to stay in Manali. Highly recommended
