A huge thank you to Dr. Rayate and his team for their unstinting care, empathy, due diligence and support throughout the stay. My son was admitted in Jupiter Hospital for appendectomy , the way we were treated , responded from OPD visit and upto discharge is a really appreciable. I can say- Never have experienced such professionalism in any of the Hospitals I have come across. Dr. Rayate treated with an excellent human touch, he is supportive, confident and caring. The response we experienced in this hopital , be it from nurses , RMO , even room services demands a great appreciation. The cost part of it is slightly on the higher side it seems, which I could also understand from certain ICU patient relatives. Let there be some beds with moderately charged especially for retired senior citizens. Old age treatment demand prolonged critical care & stay but not all patient can afford to have very high Mediclaim. Management can give it a thought as this is my genuin feedback. Once again , Dr Rayate is a first-class surgeon consultant. I could not have asked for anything more. Humanship really sums up his work his attention throughout the process was very genuine.

He is a very Good doctor always smiling , positive, gives ample time & information to his patients. I am Shilpa Bhosale, I had stones in gall bladder. And Dr .Neeraj Rayte had operated it on 17 th July. I underwent hernia mesh surgery under Dr. Niraj on 11th November. I had approached Doctor Niraj based on the reference of my colleague. My Surgery was for open repair of Hernia (without the mesh). It was done at ONP Shivaji Nagar by Dr. Niraj Rayate. I found ONP Shivaji Nagar very good. Every staff there is very much professional and always ready to help with good attitude. Dr. Niraj is a very good surgeon. He helped us talk to relevant experts before the surgery for another condition I had which had complicated the surgery. We found Dr. Niraj very much expert in his area. He always helped us with our queries and even helped to answer some of those over WhatsApp which reduced unnecessary visits to hospital before and after the surgery.

I had pain in my belly for more than 6 months and found out it was hernia. We consulted Dr. Niraj Rayate and immediately after that visit I decided to go with him for my surgery. I am sharing this feedback based on the experienced cricumstances. When the doctors from other hospital asked me to shift my husband from hospital to DMH during the Harnia surgery, i was not at all convinced as my husbands conditions were critical. But after shifting him to DMH things were went so smooth. The medical team including Dr. Neeraj Rayate were literally send by god. I am felling so blessed as the medical team at DMH was not only throughly professional but they know how to treat patients and relatives humanly.
