Right
from
the
beginning,
the
staff
refused
to
accommodate
our
family
of
10
by
not
allowing
us
to
join
two
tables.
This
decision
forced
us
to
sit
separately,
negatively
impacting
our
dining
experience.
They
have
lift/elevator
to
go
on
the
first
floor.
Thanks.
The
disappointment
continued
with
their
chat
items,
particularly
the
Shev
Puri
and
Pani
Puri.
These
dishes
were
of
poor
quality,
lacking
in
taste
and
preparation.
We
strongly
advise
against
ordering
them.
Never
ever,
they
cannot
prepare
and
the
taste
was
horrible.
While
the
Pav
Bhaji
itself
was
okay,
the
pav
itself
was
disappointing.
The
masala
used
was
overly
spicy
in
an
unpleasant
way,
making
it
less
enjoyable.
Why
apply
masala
again
to
the
pav?
The
quantity
of
Bhaji
was
too
little.
Pune
hotels
serve
enough
quantity
and
quality
too.
This
was
terrible.
On
a
positive
note,
the
restaurant
had
a
pleasing
ambience,
but
cleanliness
was
a
significant
letdown.
We
had
to
repeatedly
request
the
staff
to
clean
our
table,
which
detracted
from
our
overall
experience.
Due
to
our
dissatisfaction
with
the
aforementioned
issues,
we
refrained
from
trying
their
Chinese
or
Punjabi
dishes,
lacking
confidence
in
the
restaurant's
capabilities.
Parking
was
another
inconvenience,
as
only
roadside
parking
was
available,
which
may
be
challenging
to
find
during
busy
weekends.
Overall,
we
rate
Supraja
The
Ultimate
Pav
Bhaji
restaurant
1/5.
Considering
the
lack
of
table
accommodation,
the
subpar
quality
of
chat
items,
unsatisfactory
pav,
cleanliness
issues,
we
do
not
recommend
avoiding
returning
in
the
future.
