This hotel is very nice, the rooms here are also very good and the service here is also very good... but there is no place for the driver to sleep at night. The driver sleeps in the car. If the driver does not sleep well, how will he drive the next day? There should be room for the driver to rest...

I visited the hotel during our professional get together. The hotel is located 7 km away from the Bus stand. The cleanliness is only they really care about. They are not efficient in handling people. Sandwiches provided in breakfast were stale and ice cold. Food service in buffet system was collapsed. There were long queues and many items finished fast. The hall is nice and ai conditioned. But sound system and acoustics of the conference hall was a complete failure. Don't plan your events here if you look forward hospitality and efficiency.

The most horrible service experience I've ever had. We went there for our birthday lunch with family. It literally took us 2.5 hours to have our lunch. The service was so slow. The excuse they have given was the staff is new. How come that is the reason for slow service? There were so many people at other tables who were complaining the same. The staff is trained, right? Then why so late? Please don't go there for food. Also, food is very average considering this is a high-end hotel.

Hotels housekeeping is very neat and clean. Excellent Environment. Pool side view is very nice. But food quality n quantity is not so good. Room and food rates are to high as compared to service.

Decent hotel. With good beds, bathroom and minibar. The only problem is that the walls are thin and you can hear drunk people shouting and listening TV sounds in late night. There are many who want to have a night's rest. When we have users in the hotel shouting at top of their voice and hooligans nearby trying to deprive us of sleep, then having an ambience and show is just waste. First try to address these, then let's see whether we can stay and have a night's rest. Till then, the ratings stay as is.

The hotel room was fantastic. I really loved the breakfast buffet. The choices ranging from American to Indian breakfast items is fabulous. Also the swimming pool is huge and very relaxing to swim in. The only thing that I would like that could've been better is the room service. They take too long and sometimes to do not adhere to the needs.

A great place to spend your vacation. The rooms are clean and cozy. You will enjoy your time here. We spent 2 days in this resort and it was amazing. We also went to pool and gym and had fun there too. The prices are justified considering the service you get. I would definitely recommend this resort to spend your time.

Avoid this hotel for worst service. We had done online booking for "Double bed" room for a family of 3 (2 adults + 1 Kid). When we went for checking, the receptionist told that we can not give room with Double bed and can only give room with 2 Separate beds (not attached). On asking the reason, he was claiming that the booking was not done for Double bed where as the booking voucher clearly mentioned that its for Double Bed. Still he was very adamant and rude. I am sure he had alloted the room to someone else for sales commission or something. Please avoid this hotel. They don't know what hospitality means.

It's very good but the food service was a bit inconvenient. The food comes in a small quantity and it takes more than 15 minutes just to deliver. It's very frustrating for them to deliver in such small quantities of food but the overall amenities is very nice. There is a basement here but the lift is out of service. Some improvements need to be done in this hotel. Overall stay was decent enough for a family. Not recommended for people who come outside of India.

It's an expensive hotel and least they can do it understand the ppl travelling with family and kids. Staff needs to understand the hospitality for such guests. Offering a smoking room and a twin bed for a family is the kind of hospitality provided at this hotel.

Everything about this Banquet was great. The place was clean and smelled good. The staff and greeter was very nice. Banquet team was awesome, the kitchen staff also worked as a team in bringing and cleaning up our food. The food was fresh and awesome. Then we also had dessert and that was really good as well. Great atmosphere with really nice people. Specially Chef Mahesh Jadhav from kitchen department is brilliant

Very nice location and one of the best hotel to stay in Solapur. Rooms were neat and clean. Breakfast was awesome and reception was more attractive. Hot water, cold water in bathroom wasn't working properly and also power failure during night. AC made room so cool and temperature wasn't changing after resetting. Overall good experience!!

The hotel ambience, rooms, restaurant is excellent. The amenities too are wonderful. The staff is very courteous. Only one disappointing factor is the staff who opens and closes the door. Although polite, he used to excessively greets us 2 times for each person. Many a times used to interfere in our discussions. Even after asking him to reduce his frequent and a bit annoying greetings, he didn't change. Maybe he was expecting us to tip him which we did. But apart from that 1 bad experience everything else was good

It's a nicely & carefully built hotel. Rooms & food were good. Staff needs some intensive training. Room 316 washroom outlet was choked. Railway track just behind would often create disturbance and people defecate on the railway line can be seen from the window. So take the opposite side room.

Good service , nice breakfast buffet, fast laundry service and room service. Some issues: 1. The water jet spray in washroom was very fast difficult to manage 2. When we ordered Tea, coffee and milk in room the taste was different which I did not like much, the one in breakfast buffet was very nice not sure why the difference.

It's like any other premium hotel a few notches below the standard. So far as styles and designs of a 4 star and above, hotels are concerned, it's all that same. A king or queen or double or even single bed, a work desk with table lamp, a chair, a two seater sofa or an additional chair in lieu of that, a wardrobe with or without safe inside neighboured by a low level suitcase rack just at the entrance, a coffee maker, bath linen and toiletries. Room size may vary from 180 to 360 or little more sqf with one wall of glass facade unless one books a suite. Wide reception desk, travel desk, concierge seating in a spacious lobby with a huge chandelier hanging from roof. Done. What more and where you get in these places. You can easily expect what you are going to see or get. So what are the things that decide the ranks? Swimming pool? Jacuzzi? Lawns, expansive drive way, or the restaurants and then the type, quality, cuisines and spread of buffets at complimentary breakfast? And finally the tariffs? The most important question is the purpose of your travel there and how much and how many of the amenities and facilities you make use of, from those available on the property. The city, the property and most importantly its maintenance and of course how easy it's on your pocket are deciding factors. BSP at Solapur fits the bill but is just ok. Nothing special to mention. However, please note that this (BSP) is the only one property of starred category in entire Solapur town and even district. There are of course, one or two other starred properties in town but again a few notches below BSP. So don't have high hopes. Reasonable comfort would be guaranteed.

Hotel is luxurious, clean and with top quality amenities. Rooms were spacious and had great interiors, bedding & other things overall. Good experience with reception & hotel staff. Swimming pool (4.5 ft & 3.5 ft deep) with a pleasant poolside area to relax, well equipped gym and a spa. Breakfast buffet options are very good & worth trying (menu during our visit: idli, dal vada, pongal, hash browns, croissants, pastries, pancakes, chicken sausages, herb chicken, dal, aloo paratha, egg & dosa preparations as per request). Ample & safe parking with valet service. Great experience overall & definitely recommended.

We stopped at this hotel for an overnight stay on our way from Pune to Hampi. Hotel is at a very good location. Staff is very courteous. Room was spacious and had good views. We had dinner and breakfast. Both of the meals were good. One of the best hotels to stay in Solapur.

Horrible food at courtyard.. all items totally tasteless and odd smell. Looked like they took it from fridge and microwaved before serving. Chicken was stale. And the hotel staff themselves admitted the chicken is usually frozen and 3-4 days old. Super expensive and limited options for buffet.. never go to this hotel for food.. Note : I request hotel management to forbid from apologizing here. It's just routine practice for you.

Excellent stay. My second visit here. Comfortable hygienic rooms, though the mattress was too soft and sunk on lying down. Food was awesome and good variety. Mr Rick and Pijush were very sincere and took extreme care of us at the dining area. All in all a pleasant stay and recommended for a repeat visit.

I was here for lunch on a vacation. Had I known before how beautiful this place is, I'd have booked my stay at Sarovar itself. Nonetheless, the spread of food was amazing! I consume vegetarian food only, and I had two other friends who eat non - veg only. The three of us enjoyed this to the core. From starter to desserts! Mind-blowing!

This place is well maintained. The staff, service and food are all good. I specifically want to mention trainer Naresh who is extremely professional and result oriented. Short stay there made me feel at home. Learning around fitness was a pleasant surprise added to the official trip. Overall a good place to stay, have business meetings, travel with family for holiday and ofcourse stay healthy, thanks to the trainer. Good luck to the management and the every team member. The experience was amazing here. It was the first time here and the food here was amazing the rooms were good and spacious the housekeeping Devgana was really good she always provided stuff that we needed within 2 minutes and the facilities here all are really good too. A must stay place. Definitely going to visit again.

It's always easy to construct a building using money, but to make it hotel, skills are required. Good investment to make spacious and comfortable property, but at the end of project, no money left to hire staff. Unskilled staff, delayed response, sometimes no response. Very costly food is having no taste.

Very happy to have found such a good hotel in Solapur. Quality is good in terms of hygiene, services offered, hospitality, ambience and amenities. Comes close to international standard. Some cons are inattention to detail when it comes to cleanliness - stains on besdheets, pillow covers, dirty cutlery/plates in the restaurant, some areas in the bathroom had stains and mold even after housekeeping request. Some improvements needed in terms of service - booked adjacent rooms but missed to provide and had to change rooms during check in, wifi stopped working on 2nd day and wasn't fixed even after requesting 3 times, even after requesting extra towels and slippers thrice, they weren't provided even though they said they will. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The breakfast buffet was decent. The rooms are good and clean in general, but have some noise issues due to thin walls and banging of heavy doors if neighboring rooms.

It's situated outskirts of Solapur but have prime location between airport and Railway station.. Ambience is too good. Polite staff. Food quality is average.

Good Hotel with nice dining experience. They have maintained hygiene. Specially covid protocol. Neat and clean rooms, good Architecture, spacious rooms. Like the interior of hotel, lobby and dinning area is great. Food also good. Dining staff is very polite and attentive. Buffet is well organized and they keep good options from Punjabi to chinese, Italian. We like there local food items like Shengdana chatani bhakri etc. On holi they kept Karanji also. Parking also there. Just driver waiting area need improvement. My driver was complaining some sort of smell in waiting area.
