We had entered this hotel for lunch. It was on first floor. Staff was good. Wash basins are worst, more worst part is they have washbasin inside washrooms. Dirtiest. Table cloth was torn. No air ventilation inside lunch place. We didn't had lunch there, we had visited another hotel immediately. wasted our precious 10 mins. Don't know about rooms, rooms might be better than lunch place.center location of city is good part

I hated this hotel. Some tips, if you have no other option. 1. Don't book online. The number in the website is of some crook who will charge you more than what is the normal charges of the room. If you try calling him again he will never pick your call. 2. There are very limited staff and they will take their sweet time to get anything that you order. For example an extra bed, so order 1 hour prior to your need and keep following up 10 times. 3. All the taps in the toilet are old and leaking. Be careful with hand spray 😊. I am not going to step into this hotel ever again. Good luck to you guys if you mistakenly stepped in.

It's a decent budget hotel with limited amenities as expected. The bed is good and so is rhe room I. Terms of maintenance. I should have read the negative feedback before booking this hotel. Apart from all the negative feedback I would like to add that the curtain and blanket has never been cleaned or even vacuumed. The management is not at all bothered about the customer service and the hotel is left in mercy of staff who are having their sweet time. Pros: Only the food service was good, in time and as per requirement.

Very poor service. Not maintained and non hygienic property. Even cold water bottle is also not available. Odd smell every where. Staff is non professional even no one is available to keep luggage bags in car. Food was very poor from test as well as freshness point of view. Try to contact to owner but he was also not response. Do not stay in this property if you want keep away your self from huge disappointment.

No doubt that the hotel is located in the heart of the city and amongst the most happening, prestigious and significant areas of town. Another unique thing of the hotel is instead of a blocked view of other buildings, the hotel has a wide and beautiful frontage view of a fort and tall trees at a distance. The overall premises and especially the rooms are well kept and don't fail to give a soothing experience. The Senior Management and Support Staff is well behaved, well spoken and out of the way at hospitality. The ambience and atmosphere makes one feels peaceful and tranquilized. The tariff is reasonable and rather lower compared to few other hotels of its category in the surrounding vicinity. I am thankful to Mr. Jayjeet and his senior who exhibited the best of their cooperation.

Rooms and Toilets are OK OK. Deserves zero star for room service, you need to call thrice so that their person reaches to you. TV not showing any channels. Lift is somewhat risky and person needs to stand on lift door so that it remains open to load your luggage. They have restaurant on First floor. Advantages # its just 500 meters to Siddheshwar Temple/Main city. Hotel is on main road. Reception area is good. Hot water available. Guys if you don't have any other option left then go in this Hotel for average stay rating.

Horrible Hotel. Avoid this place. Better stay at railway waiting room than this pathetic hotel. Toilet seat was broken. Bathroom latch was broken. Room was smelling. Reception staff is totally untrained and are just sitting there watching their mobile phones. Not once they attended to any requests. Towels were used to wipe the bathroom floor which made us feel disgusted. The management doesn't care - they only follow one thing for guests - Checkin strictly at 12pm, even if yiu ask them for checkin at 11:45 - they will not agree - totally stupid and childish behavior - expected from untrained staff. Exteriror, one may feel the hotel is good but The hotel is just in shambles on the inside. Totally avoid !!!

I had booked this hotel online through the hotels website while I was travelling with my family. When I went to check-in at late night hours the staff shocked me saying that the hotel is full. I complained to the staff then how the website has taken my booking amount and gave reservation confirmation. The staff was so arrogant and not at all supportive saying that the activity is out-sourced and we don't know anything on that. I even tried to reach hotel management through phone however they also didn't bother much on my situation. I had to roam around Solapur city in the middle of night with my family to find another accommodation inspite of having confirmation vouchers of this hotel. It was such a nightmare because of this hotels irresponsible behaviour. I also had to followup a lot to get refund of my booking amount. Anyone booking this hotel is at the mercy of hotel staff and management. So beware before booking .

Room not clean, very dusty, At door site Room enter key socket was broken, no one is looking there. . Lift sensor is not working, Hotel is 3star, but not satisfied with the rating.

I stayed there for 3 days and the taps and jet spray would leak constantly. Even after repeated reminders no action was taken. At the time of checkout, they said that they would whatsApp me the invoice but the same has not been provided to me since a month. The staff is not cooperative. The only pro the hotel has is it's location. Other than that there is no reason why you should stay here.

Sometimes a good location, good hotel interior, and budget is not enough when you see all the things are not in working condition in the hotel. Restaurant is empty and no AC working, though some items from breakfast were good no staff to prepare a simple cup of coffee. Taps are leaking in room. Maintenance is a big certain in this hotel.

Very pathetic service, Unhygienic environment. Highly not recommended Bathrooms not clean. for 1 of the rooms, bathroom door was all swollen and could not be closed. For 2nd room comod was broken and shaky, when complained, staff gave a false commitment about repair but no-one turned around. Finally when made a lot of noise on the desk cold response from the receptionist that - "I had informed the staff but if staff didn't turn arround it's not my fault!" offered a replacent of room for last few hours, still waiting for the room change...!

No proper maintenance and even if they are not in a position to give bathing towels they will say that went for washing. Only u will get puha and umpa for morning complimentary Tiffen, if we ask for an omelet staff will tell us that eggs are not available, if you want to complain you can.

One of the most un professional hotels ive ever stayed. 1. Perfect Location and room size 2. No basic facilities - No dental kit, no shaving kit, no comb, no hand towels in bathroom, doesn't provide water daily. Leaking taps, breakfast is worst, dont clean the room daily, housekeeping service only on request. Zero Value for Money Please avoid coming to this hotel

The location of the hotel is very good. Room restrooms needs some upgrade. Food is just about okay. Complimentary breakfast need to include variety.

One of the worst stay in my lifetime, the bathroom was not cleaned, false ceiling had cracked and leakage was observed, used soap was kept, when I checked in and when I informed the reception for changing the room and online I could see there was room available (online) however the staff kept telling me that there is no room available. The most unhygienic hotel I have ever stayed in my lifetime. On top of it there were cockroaches in the room.

Good, but management has to learn how respect to customers especially the restaurant staff. I only liked one person who knows how to respect customers, that is Mr Sarkar ji 👏🏻 Which I don’t like is they only provide one free water bottle for one day for additional water bottle they charge 20₹ +GST( I wonder how come they ask us pay gst for a bottle hahah funny Bed quality is worst, No soaps provided in the hotel I would rate Hotel room 2/5 Restaurant- 3/5 I would like to suggest something to the management… “Best management + Best Service = Best Hotel” always remember this and Don’t try to lose your customers

Pathetic maintenance! Had to change room 3 times No tea available till 8 am… they tell you breakfast will be served at 7.30 but its not served till 8.15!! Very rude answers and no hospitality at all. Not at all worth of our money..

Good place to stay with family. Staff is very helpful, polite. Food needs some major work though. Complimentary breakfast was barely edible, almost tasteless.

Overall I had a good experience staying here. Food quality is good. Front desk staff is very cooperative and helpfull. Rooms need renovation now. Breakfast was not really good. Everyday they serve Idli, Medu wada which is really boring, that too it cold because they put into the pan at 7.30 AM. By 9-9.30 it becomes cold. Very nearby from railway station and Bus stand.

Stayed their in April 2021, nice place in Solapur right in the city center. They serve food and alcohol in the room too and the rooms are spacious. They do have a seperate dining hall and bar too. Please book through some online portals since hotel website and walk in is expensive. Staff deserve a 5 star.
