In terms of waste service and confused booking, you will never find the any hotel in maharastra and Gujarat in compare of 3 star hotel Surya Executive, it's purely wastage of money, After online direct booking, with family when I reach for check in, we come to know that, they allot us 2 rooms for 2 couple and 1 child, each room had 2 single beds for couple, Even they didn't provide more strips of coffee pack and sugar. I just checked out and write the review

Rooms are good. Service is ok ok. You need to push for any type of service. Only then you get them. Proactive approach is missing. Ambiance is good. The quality of food is upto the mark. Rooms are a bit small. But serve your purpose of spending night. Not for official working as table chair are not part of furniture inside room. Overall good experience during my stay in Surya Executive comparing the local hotels to stay.

I regret to inform you that my experience at Hotel Surya Solapur was highly disappointing. The staff exhibited a lack of cooperation and were notably arrogant. The rooms were inadequately made up, with a significant amount of dust on both the bed and pillows. Additionally, the food service was exceptionally slow. I would caution anyone considering this hotel for a family stay, as the overall service was far from satisfactory and has the potential to mar your vacation.

We stayed at Surya International for our visit to Tuljapur and it was pleasant and comfortable. The bathroom and the room was clean and adequately spacious. The preparation of food at their restaurant, from their complimentary breakfast buffet to lunch and dinner was fresh, homelike and absolutely delicious to taste; the service was quick too. Also, the staff members of all departments were extremely polite, professional and helpful. Overall it was a very delightful experience. Would highly recommend this place to stay at, in Solapur.

Good hotel with bad hospitality at reception. They force to vacate hotel within 23 hrs while they say 24 hrs check our time. They did bot have courtesy even at 94 years old person. Hurt by their behaviour Please confirm before booking.

This is our regular hotel to stay when we visit Tuljapur and Akkalkot. Hotel suites are a better option over normal Deluxe rooms as area is great. Hotel is old but well maintained and the hygiene levels are also acceptable. Staff is very courteous, polite and ready to help. Morning breakfast and the food quantity and quality is also good. Overall you should prefer this hotel over other hotels when looking for stay with family while on pilgrimage. They can think about rooftop swimming pool, that’s the only thing missing.

Very friendly helpful staff…clean room…bathroom needs some doing up. We stayed in room 502 for one night, and had a bad experience with the billing. Had ordered room service the food was not upto much. We cleared the hotel bill and the food bill the next morning at checkout. At around 6pm we got a call from the restaurant at the hotel claiming that the food bill was not cleared and this person insisted that we had gone to the restaurant had a meal and did not pay the bill.

Ordered Veg Manchaw Soup and Hot n Sour soup the other day, the staff couldn’t recognise which is what. The colour and taste was same Ordered Veg Shezwan Rice and it was nothing different than Veg Biryani. It wasn’t even close to a Chinese rice. It was tasteless and everything tasted same Ordered French Fries for my son, it was loaded with salt. We had to take salt off from each slice manually before feeding it to him. I would have loved to show the amount of salt we separated from French fries but we didn’t take picture of it. Pros: Good Breakfast I think the management should take the cook to different restaurants to actually make them taste the food Giving 1 star because of the Restaurant experience as I booked this hotel so that we can get quality food. The experience was disappointing.

Property is located far from the main road due to which driving gets difficult (2/5). Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner is excellent (4/5). When it comes to Room service trust me you would not get what you asked for in the single phone call management needs least three to four reminders (1/5). As far as room's interior is concerned i found it appealing (4/5).

Stayed overnight at this place. Booked the room beforehand as we were travelling from Hyderabad. With family of three, they were offering two single beds! Thanks to the housekeeping staff that we could change in time. AC didn't work. Food was good. Simple and tasty. Overall not great experience

Bad to worst and not welcoming at all. Very unprofessional staff and the owner too. Doesn’t respect returning customers. Being in the service industry I can say it’s absurd in terms of service and commitments. My booking was cancelled without my consent on the 23rd of this month. Being a previous visitor at this place multiple complains were raised as rooms weren’t hygienic, food was pathetic, no ample parking space available and lot more. The owner assured the deliver better service every next time but repeated different levels of agonism. With this booking I had paid a booking amount in advance since repeated and a corporate customer I got some discount. But since shortage of hotels and hiked prices the greed for money made them cancelled my existing booking that too without my approval. Most hotels were full and I had to attend a family wedding. Because of their lack of service and customer satisfaction I had to pay double Tom he amount to book rooms at the last moment. It was a bizarre experience. Pathetic is good for this hotel. Never gonna visit this place again n letting all my known to avoid wasting their money here. Do not try to coverup with excuses I can expose you guys cause you have done the same with many customers this December.

Hotel has 2 division one is executive and other one is international Don't go by the name international fares are low compared to executive both are located in same premises. Have stayed in executive one rooms are decent but few of them are crying for maintenance specifically bath fittings. Staff and food is good Value for money. You will get car parking inside the hotel approach road to the hotel is bit narrow but comfortable for car driving.

First they charged me more than what they told me on phone. Later, in spite of requesting king bed they gave 2 twin beds and said no rooms available. After I pleaded they gave me a room with King bed. The restaurant food was good. But service is pathetic. For one dinner they were just rushing into giving us food and making sure we leave fast because of Xmas eve, it was crowded. Then on next day, I went inside and had to wait for them to clean the people. Many people I requested came to the table and vanished. Looks like it was not their job. In the room, we asked for soap and it took forever to get it.. they seriously need to improve.

Was recommended by our acquaintance who had stayed there before- was not disappointed through the room could have had some better upgrades for the money spent. The staff however is super friendly & the location being near to the railway station makes it convenient. We stayed only for a night to visit nearby to Tuljapur & Akkalkot. Was gifted a Saree & Sai Baba Coin at the checkout which was a pleasant surprise for us. Food is tasty but need to watch spice levels. Would visit again for sure, hoping that there are some room improvements done.

Hotel Surya executive is near the salapur bus stop. The hotel rooms were good, clean and medium in size. The staff was very helpful and well behaved. Breakfast and food was very tasty. Overall I got a good experience to stay.

Worst customer service ever, they treat you as if they are doing a favor. Pricing is very high and the services are no where near the expectation. Afternoon there was a consistent noise from the wash outside and the work happening in hotel. No one speaks properly and the staff is very judgmental. Hotel Surya Executive Stayed here for one single day on my business visit at Solapur. This hotel located nearby Bus stand area. The road is very narrow to reach here. Google maps shows different route and road. I have booked suit room here as seen in pics. Hotel needs maintenance. All walls dampnes there. Bathrooms are clean but could be better. Room service was pathetic they took around 2hr to get my food in room. Breakfast sprade is limited and quality was not upto the mark. Food quality was average in breakfast and restaurants as well. Check in desk was okay. Parking space is okay. Room has amenities good. Toiletries were available in bathroom. Bath rolls was pathetic. Overall okay kind of stay. Price paid is not justified in terms of quality. They could improve on lots of things.

A mediocre property that is poorly managed. Stayed there with family. Room was ordinary. Bathroom was small and water wasn't getting drained properly. Hot water was not available. We moved to Kyriad hotel in same city which was much better. Pricing was also on higher side. Better avoided.
