Bad
to
worst
and
not
welcoming
at
all.
Very
unprofessional
staff
and
the
owner
too.
Doesn’t
respect
returning
customers.
Being
in
the
service
industry
I
can
say
it’s
absurd
in
terms
of
service
and
commitments.
My
booking
was
cancelled
without
my
consent
on
the
23rd
of
this
month.
Being
a
previous
visitor
at
this
place
multiple
complains
were
raised
as
rooms
weren’t
hygienic,
food
was
pathetic,
no
ample
parking
space
available
and
lot
more.
The
owner
assured
the
deliver
better
service
every
next
time
but
repeated
different
levels
of
agonism.
With
this
booking
I
had
paid
a
booking
amount
in
advance
since
repeated
and
a
corporate
customer
I
got
some
discount.
But
since
shortage
of
hotels
and
hiked
prices
the
greed
for
money
made
them
cancelled
my
existing
booking
that
too
without
my
approval.
Most
hotels
were
full
and
I
had
to
attend
a
family
wedding.
Because
of
their
lack
of
service
and
customer
satisfaction
I
had
to
pay
double
Tom
he
amount
to
book
rooms
at
the
last
moment.
It
was
a
bizarre
experience.
Pathetic
is
good
for
this
hotel.
Never
gonna
visit
this
place
again
n
letting
all
my
known
to
avoid
wasting
their
money
here.
Do
not
try
to
coverup
with
excuses
I
can
expose
you
guys
cause
you
have
done
the
same
with
many
customers
this
December.
