I had booked 2 rooms. The AC of one of the rooms was not working. We came from the whole day travel from akkalkot and Gangapur and we were tired. I informed reception. They sent one person who said there was some problem with that AC. I informed reception they said that person is an idiot(as he said the truth). Then they sent one another person from housekeeping and he said I don't know much about AC. Then they again send another person and that person called a technician. He checked the settings and said after 15 minutes it will be ok. But nothing happened. I told them to change the room but they said the hotel is fully booked. It was 10:30 in the night and as we were tired we slept without AC. The next day I told them why I should pay for the AC room. There was no response. The receptionist only said your Booking is online so he cannot do anything. I told him to call any senior. He said the GM has gone to his native place. Nobody was there to speak. Finally with frustration I checked out. The receptionist said he will inform the GM and he will call. But no call yet. Not at all professional. Not recommended.

We stayed for one night at this hotel during our trip back to Hyderabad. The hotel is okish for a night stay. It's location is excellent, just on NH 52 and one can easily reach NH 65 from here. Hotel has parking. Staffs are very courteous and helpful. Room was big with attached toilet and a separate drawing room. But room's cleanliness is questionable. Too many strains on sofa and floor. Water was not coming in comod flush in the morning and actually we had to wait till the plumber comes and rectify. Most pathetic part is food. No taste at all. The breakfast spread is limited and lacks taste as well. It's good to know that the hotel is pure veg. I can recommend it for a night stay but definitely not for a long stay or vacation.

We had booked suite room though, the bathroom was clogged, no one was there at the reception to pick up the call , and no one bothered to even ask for the complaints, the TV was also not working. The worst service I have ever seen !!! I would not recommend the stay at this place. The dressing table has no lights too. The kettle was not working. The worst stay I would say. I can even make more list of complaints . Such a bakwas hotel.

Overall it was excellent experience. Receptionist Rohit was exceptional who guided us from the day to booking to check out. Restaurant food was top class in terms of taste. We family enjoyed our stay.

The staff went out of their way to help us.the food was outstanding. The room was very neatly kept n comfortable.the restaurant manager Mr Vikas was very couteous person.Always went out of his way to ask everyone if they were happy with the food n service.N Mr shrikant the floor manager went out of his way to help us with our luggage n to call a rick for us to go to the station.The stay at KYRIAD was an excellent experience.

We booked Hotel Kyriad for accomodation of guests as well as food on the occassion of our family wedding and can say that everything was executed as per plans. At the end I will rate 4 out of 5 just because of price factor. the price charged for extra bedding as well as prices for food were at higher side as compared to that of other hotels of same grade or higher grade. And rest everything like serving of food, room service, etc met our expectations. Even managers of respective department were all the time available in the primises to make sure that everything is carried smoothely.

Enjoyed our recent stay at this property, booked directly as Mr Aman offered very good deal compared to booking online. All staff including seniors at front desk are very courteous and helpful. Food is very good. Minor changes or proactive approach to certain things will heighten the already good experience. Would love to return here and also recommend this hotel to travellers in this area.

Well equipped clean room, in-house restaurant serving good food and a much more helpful staff made our one night stay on way to Hyderabad from Pune quite comfortable. We really appreciate Kyriad for maintaining a high standard in a small town like Solapur. I would personally like to mention about Avinash of housekeeping, who was more than forthcoming in meeting my requests!

We stayed in the hotel today 16th Feb 2023. But experience was pathetic Starting from rooms, in room a/c is not working and giving proper cooling. Bathrooms, in bathrooms insects were moving. Dinner, dinner was good Brekfast, in breakfast they don't have more options, and what they have items are tasteless. Front office experience, when we come to the billing the guy which they have appointed is very rude in manner, and they don't bother what customer is asking to do. We have taken 3 rooms for 3 persons and informed that required bill amount should be same. But they have given 3 different different bills and showing breakfast different, food different and taxes different. When we asked for the clarification he told we can't change the bill now. So such kind of people's are sitting in the manager post. He don't have courtesy to tell that this was sone by mistake and I apologise for that I will change the same. But they speak with rudely and using inappropriate word that I don't want mention. But we will think of staying in the hotel again.

The rooms were neat and tidy . We had book premier room with triple occupancy but we got upgraded to a suite room. The package include dinner n breakfast. Food was very good. The staff were polite, courteous n well behaved. Checkout was smooth.

Hotel staff is very cooperative, very helpful, specially front desk and reception. Rooms are very clean as house keeping staff attitude is good. Restaurant and food quality is good. Only thing is quantity is to be more. Breakfast spread is nice.

I had stayed with my family in Kyriad Hotel. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The hotel room was very clean and spacious and had all the necessary amenities. Mr Bodade and his staff were very courteous and friendly. He ensured all our needs were met and we have an enjoyable stay. The restaurant serves very tasty vegetarian food which we relished. Overall...Excellent hospitality and extremely well managed staff. A must visit hotel! This fine hotel is located in more than 25 locations all over India.

The rooms and services were up to the the mark. The staff was very cooperative and guided us through the point. We travelling from Pune didn't felt at all that we are in Solapur due to the hospitality of the hotel. So, the conclusion is purely recommended by us for anyone looking for a stay in Solapur.

Definitely, it doesn't stand up to the expectations (for the price of Rs. 3600). To begin with they don't have proper parking place. I had to park my car in the cellar, which requires expert driving skills to park the car. There is a open drainage in the cellar, which smells very bad. It's winter and there is no 24 hours hot water in the room. Even during the morning hours, it's just the luke warm water. Coming to the buffet breakfast, not many varieties.

Sir Today T20 cricket match is going on in my room sports channel this match is not coming. When I called receptionist at 8.30pm and told about this. He told that he will send some person. After waiting half an hour and once again I called receptionist at 9.00 pm, he told that he himself is coming. Match over till now nobody came. The Worst customer service from receptionist. MY 15 DAYS STORY If you are new to Solapur or Solapur is your home, Kyriad won't disappoint.. It was my first time in solapur and i quite liked the hotel. Be it's staff, food, room or cleanliness. Vikas sir- Restaurant Manager is so kind and humble. The food specially Chinese is yum, thanks to chef Raju sir and staff Mahesh sir is very helpful.

It's small three star property with limitations. We stayed in suite room. Room was small so was the bathroom. Living room decent. AC and fans in both bedroom and living room. AC cooled well. Good noise insulation. Extra mattress was a floor bed. No cot. View from room was non existent. Complimentary breakfast limited. Restaurant food awesome. Cost high but bearable. Limited parking can host about six cars. Location not bad. Near bus station. The staff masks all shortcomings. Faisal at the reception was so polite and helpful. Kapil from housekeeping and others from restaurant were equally good. The staff dies not know the word " no". Highly recommended for family

The location is good. Parking facility is available. The rooms are small. The washroom could be better. The sanitary ware needs a renovation. The AC was not working properly. The rooms are highly overpriced.

we stayed at this hotel during our Pandharpur, Tuljapur and Akkalkot visit for two days on 12 and 13 February. call was come from hotel before coming to the hotel. Location is good, not so far from solapur railway station and bus depo. Behaviour of receptionist and all hotel staff was very good and friendly. room was very clean, house keeping service was also very good. perfect place for stay with family. my family is very happy for choose this hotel. our journey became very comfortable. Also recommended for others also. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel is situated near the highway and easily accessible. It has limited parking for own vehicles for guests. The check-in was smooth, and the room was a Premier Room with breakfast included. The bedspread and sheets were clean. Tea/coffee and two bottles of water was provided. Plus point, the bathroom was quite spacious which isn’t very common in most hotels. However, the towels looked a bit old. There was a string to hang clothes in the bathroom. Strangely no bucket or mug was provided in the bathroom, just the shower facility. Handwash, body wash and shampoo were provided though not properly marked. Hot water for bathing was available throughout our stay. We stayed overnight on our journey from Shirdi to Bangalore and hence the stay was quite comfortable for us. Their restaurant Tangelo serves only vegetarian food. We had our dinner and breakfast there. They have a good number of dishes and taste was good as well. For breakfast it was in buffet style that included idli, dosa, poha, sheera, juice, banana milkshake, bread, butter / jam, Bombay sandwich, cereal and tea. Good place to stay for travelers

Room was clean, staff was very cooperative especially Faisal who helped us change our booking from Solapur Kyriad to Bijapur Kyriad without any charge. Keep up the good work. Food was good and tasty, we all enjoyed the stay in Solapur Kyriad.

The 4 Star is for the yummy food and friendly attitude of the restaurant service staff. The Hotel is nice and clean with basic amenities for a overnight stayover during a road trip. The rooms are not very spacious. The Covid norms are maintained. Reasonable priced too. Limited parking space. Only place for decent food, close to the highway.

We are visiting Kyriad Solapur for 2years now. It is small detour from Pune-Hyderabad highway,NH 65. So location is very convenient if you are on a road trip on NH65. Breakfast is Ok . Service is good. Hotel staff is helpful. Parking is small but suffices. Overall a comfortable stay.

Only advantage is near to bus stand. Washroom was not clean, toiletries are of poor quality & most pathetic is speed of shower, you can't even take bath properly, also hot water is not available. Rooms are not sound proof so you will listen to all the traffic during night. Comparing price with amenities it's better to avoid.

Great food quality with amazing taste and hospitality. Must visit. Also the portion of food is also perfect. Just one point to note. There is minimum or no service in the day time. Please keep this in mind

Hotel Kyriad in Solapur is an excellent and reliable place for vegetarian people. Its service staff in the dining room is very co-operative, helpful and pleasant. One of the service boys named Anand is very sincere, obedient and cherful boy, moreover a great asset for the hotel.

Location:- Easy for in & out of city. Staff:- Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. Other service staff were also polite & ready to serve. They helped us for storage of injections & cool pads / ice pads, which require refrigeration. The staff are so friendly. Room so fresh and bright with a FREE-safe. Amenities:- Hotel is so clean.The room was in great shape. Rooms are equipped with two TVs, two ACs, one small fridge, Electric Kettle. All were in working condition & well maintained. On the occassion of 15th August, They given opportunity to hoist tricolour at hotel. This experience was joyful, honoured. Whole Hotel team along with Owner are freiendly & down to earth.... Food:- We had breakfast as well as dinner at hotel, they served delicious food & also are keen to know feedback out services. quiet Lots of choices for breakfast for children & elders. Overall our stay was enjoyed by each family member... I will recommend to stay here rather than searching for other hotels.
