If you're thinking about staying in Solapur, the Hotel Center Point is an absolute NO. My most recent stay there was dismal and miserable. We reserved a total of 3 rooms, and we specifically requested an early check-in time (for which there was an additional fee). However, when we arrived at the hotel, the staff informed us that all of the rooms were already reserved and that we would have to wait until checkout. I was travelling with my elderly parents and a young child, and we wanted to check in because of the long distance we had travelled the night before. After a brief argument, the hotel staff assigned us 1 room, forcing 9 people to share it. From 6:30am until 10:30am, we were stranded in the single room for 4 hours, and the hotel did not offer even a single apology for the inconvenience. In addition, they lost 1 of our bags while moving the room and when we inquired about it, they bluntly stated that they were unaware of our baggage.

***** For Hygiene and Rooms. ** for Room Service. THEY TAKE AGES TO SERVE YOU ROOM. ROOM SERVICE HAS TO BE QUICK. AT ONE INSTANCE THEY DIDNT EVEN COME FOR THE ROOM SERVICE. Rooms are nice clean. Common passage has a lot of smoking stink. Over all good experience Apart from Room service. Place close to Solapur station. And famour Pilgrim Akkalkot is just 45 mins away. Out side the hotel there are good street food options

Best hotel to stay......It is really very safe.... Rooms were very clean , spacious and beautiful .... washroom were very clean.... Service was pretty good..... breakfast was also very tasty... worth of money 🤩🤩

1. Mattress should be more comfortable and little more hard for sleeping. Back started hurting in the morning as Mattress was a bit more soft. 2 Room had most of the things but few basic items like tissue paper were missing. Minimum 1.5 - 2 lts of water should be provided. It's OK that those are provided at extra cost. 3. Room service personnel should be trained properly to take complete instructions from customers or front desk. 4. Location is good with good accessibility.

Good budget hotel for a overnight layover. Staff is helpful and cordial, especially Dattu and Lakshman. Breakfast is basic but good. Most importantly, loos are super clean and have hot water.

We have been coming here since 2015 and as always it’s been relaxed stay here at Center Point. Breakfast is really good and both staffs, Laxman and Dattu have been really serving us well. Their smile made our morning fresh. 😊

Actually the place was really good .I like it though .breakfast was quit amazing . Laxman was there for our service his service was really good . Rooms are very beautiful and washroom was also very clean and nice . Food was very tasty and hygiene was also nice . *Beds are also soo comfortable * . You can visit there. There are many food shops for eating like pani puri , vada pav , pav baji , ice cream etc many more and markets also . *You can visit here any time .

Decent hotel, the room we stayed in was enough for two but a bit cramped for three. They offer both AC and non AC rooms. Secured parking is available. Staff is courteous. Though they have inhouse kitchen, for foodies there are plenty of food options available around. For the price which we booked this hotel, it's value for money.

Dattu and Ravi were very hospitable during breakfast. We had poha and idli, both extremely delicious and value for money. The hotel has very clean and well maintained rooms. Chetan at the reception was very warm and accomodating and helped us with early checkin on request.

The rooms were okay. The shower needs to be repaired. Air conditioning is not functioning properly. The staff is helpful. The reception staff was prompt. The room service attendant, specially Dattu K was very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Irfan Kazi at the restaurant was very attentive and made sure we were served very promptly.

Rooms : Stayed in delux AC room. It was comfortable room with clean sheets, TV with cable connection, kettle and office chair in it including big mirror. Bathroom : Towels were provided with only soap, tissue paper roll and shampoo sachets. Bathroom taps needed maintenance as it was hard to operate. Breakfast : Taste was decent, options were limited. Not served all menu options at once (served in the delay of 30-45 minutes), they were not able to manage multiple people at a time. Service : Good service. Staff was courteous and attentive. Restaurant : Tried their veg thali which was scrumptious. Parking : Ample of parking space was available. Overall good stay with family.

The staff was so friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was top quality. Two employees especially Ambadas and Laxman were exceptionally professional and offered customised breakfast according to our taste and need. The hotel is one of the best in solapur. The breakfast was too good and good variety. The person Laxman served us breakfast with utmost love and care. Fraud and cheating done by the receptionist. Cheated in the name of early check-in and made me unnecessarily wait for 3 hours uncomfortably in early morning hours from 5am to 8 am in reception area, the male receptionist spoke rudely in loud tone, they don't have manners to talk to a female and so I immediately connected with online site from where I had booked the hotel and narrated them the whole incident and asked for refund, the online site connected with the receptionist of this hotel and later connected me back and told me the hotel has agreed for refund, so I left the hotel cz of assurance of refund and booked other hotel as I wanted early check-in and could not stay in this hotel cause I being female received such a bad treatment of waiting 3 hours in reception area, later the receptionist in the evening denied refund to the online site..the receptionist cheated me and even fought and misbehaved with me ..don't have manners to talk to female...he gave my room to other customer and exploited my money and even earned money from the other customer..fraud people and also told me since you booked from online site we will not give early check-in .my money 3700 rs got wasted which I had booked room with breakfast..they completely did cheating just to give my room to other customer cause they wanted to earn hard cash money and I had booked from online site so they exploited me by saying they will provide refund in early morning to the online site and later at end of day when I had booked other hotel they denied refund to the online site..cheating and fraud done...I am a female so they fooled me and exploited me in an unknown City and I was so helpless cause they were males and I couldn't fight back cause I was looked down upon by those male receptionist and they misbehaved with me and spoke rudely in loud tone..and they told me to go to police..how can I go to police when I was not local and had just visited solapur for one day for dev darshan.very rude and unpleasant experience...it was nightmare for me .how the males exploited a female in an unknown City to earn hard cash by giving my room to other customer..

I stayed here for a day. It is located at the central place of Solapur & very well accessible by all means. The rooms are well maintained, staff is polite & helpful. They have in-house kitchen. Room service & food quality is good. Dining area is well maintained & tidy. Overall, it is a very good place for family stay. Ample parking available with facilities for drivers too. But felt staff should wear masks always.

Breakfast was nice. Pac-Man served us well. I will like to visit again and I am going to visit in next week. Staff is very good and Cooperative. We stayed at hotel center point for 2 days during 2022 Diwali holidays. We had very good over-all experience. Cleanliness and food quality is good. You don’t have search for breakfast and dinner outside hotel. Definitely recommend for friends and relatives.

Very good hotel within 2km radius from railway station. I would recommend this hotel to all visiting Solapur. The rooms were clean and service was good. We wanted early check-in and since the rooms were available, the check-in was done within 10mins of our arrival to hotel. The restaurant person Mr. Lakshman Mahadekar was very nice & humble with us. Very quick in serving breakfast. The breakfast had good variety and tasty food
