Pathetic room,‌ terrible / unprofessional hotel manager. We booked "double delux" room in this hotel through Agoda for our pilgrimage purpose in Solapur area. First of all worst thing is their checkout timings. This hotel has check-in/check-out timing from 15:00 to 14:00. So if you have to leave in morning or in evening, then you will end up paying for another day. We experienced below things during our stay in this hotel, which we feel we on in the ught to put it in review. 1) Room was not at all as shown in the pictures. It was very compact and with very little space. 2) Bedsheets and pillows covers were not at cleaned and seems like they were not washed/cleaned for long time. 3) Room AC was not on but was not doing any cooling whatsoever 4) There were not enough charging pin/ plugin pins in the room 5) Electrical Switch board was hanging from one side making it potentially dangerous for small kids. 6) Toilet commode was broken 7) TV in the room was not working 8) Since we booked through online through Agoda, we were forced to pay online with no flexibility in payment. 9) We were asked to pay for another day even though we used room only for an hour above checkout timings. 10) Worst of all, there was only one person who was managing all things at reception and whenever we went to him, he mentioned that he will check with his sir and that sir ( manager) never showed up or reverted.

We stayed for a night. Rooms are spacious. Rooms are well decorated. 2 big bottle of mineral water were supplied. Free breakfast was tasty and yumm... Specially aloo paratha was tasty and so was morning tea too.

I stayed for 1 day with family. It's very good hotel and staff is very nice and supportive. Breakfast has less menu but it's very good. I would recommend this for families. Cleanliness 4/5 Staff 5/5 Breakfast 4/5 Overall 4.5 /5

Overall very bad experience this time... Had been there due to previous experience... However, this time, food was pathetic, room had cockroaches, toilet lock not working. No wi-fi. Management should look into this if they want to retain customers and also look for new ones...

Pathetic experience, stayed only for 1 night on 31st Dec as no other hotel was available & we were very tired of driving. The receptionist was very rude and non cooperative, the other staff was nice. I would suggest not to go to this hotel ever as the rooms were not clean, there was sepage on walls, cockroaches were moving here n there. The food was also not good. And above prices were very high as compared to other nearby hotels and they will not reduce even a penny even if u stay for a few hours only eventhough whole hotel was empty. A big No No for this hotel.

Yesterday we checked in hotel at night 10.30 ,I had my mother with me who had her knee replacement surgery so can't sit on indian toilet. However the room was available with western commode. However the staff helped me and issued a room . This has really helped my mother. I think the hotel owner & manager was also there who helped. Thank you for this nice experience. Food was good. Very nice service experience. Thank you.

2 rooms were booked. comfortable stay. In 1 room a/c water was leaking. need to take care of that. complimentary breakfast was good. all n all good accommodation. Satisfied with the this stay.

It's an excellent hotel at this price. I've lived there twice. Rooms are good and clean. Also the staff is useful. If you don't have 5 star expectations but want a decent stay without complaint, Go for it.

Pathetic rooms, pathetic people at the reception. Not helpful at all, have no clue how to talk to customers. Food was also okay, I would suggest don’t stay here as there are better options available.

Stayed for 2 days. Really good experience without any issue while check-in and check-out. Rooms are safe. Staff is very helpful and quick in service. Few things need to improve- loose basin tap, half cut bathroom window. But overall good experience.

NOT EVEN WORTH TO PAY ₹1500 Cockroaches and mosquitoes all over the room and bathroom. Same complaint by other visitors as well. The wallpaper and paint were worn out. Very small and old bathroom with old fittings. Irregular hot water in the morning. Food with average quality and slow service.

Rooms were worn out . The windows were dirty and the lift had issues. Housekeeping no manners they took the door mat n cleaned the tea stains. Basic hygiene is required as the WC looks dirty. Priced too high for an 2 start hotel. Nowhere near to 2 star. And in their compliment break fast do not order Poha n idli. I was disappointed because poha is Maharashtrian special and it lacked all delicacy.

I found this hotel very professional, and suited to us during our stay with three pets on a visit. The staff were very helpful.

We stayed for 1 night and 1 day and had a very good experience. They have a 24-hour check in option that was useful for tourists like us. The beds are really comfortable, the rooms are well equipped, and the staff are very helpful and prompt. The hotel is close to the fort and park. It is also from walking distance to markets and Solapur-genuine pav bhaji shops. The breakfast was also tasty.

Experiance was ok. Rooms r good. Services r also good. But restaurant is not so good. Bar is underground. Parking place is a problem here. Lift is very small. Only 2 people can go at a time. Reception is away from actual hotel. Family stay recommended.

We stayed here on 13th Aug' 2022. Highly recommended especially given the standards of other hotels in the area nearby, in terms of overall quality. I think the guys working here and the hotel mgmt itself is not aware of how good they are :-). This is a very nice hotel in a very good locality that too in the middle of the city, near to Rly stn.. Rooms and restrooms are spacious and clean. Service was the best part, right from front-desk personnel to the entire hotel crew, including the restaurant servicing the hotel. Breakfast was very good and again the restaurant people were fantastic to deal with. Special note of appreciation for both the front-desk guys, (Pradyumna and Tabrej) who were very professional and helpful at the time of check-in and check-out.

We had a great experience with Radhe krishna hotel. Service room staff were really good. But only thing I which don't like that is bathroom. Comode was not so clean. Also bucket and a mug was dirty. It's looks like they used that bucket for cement making. I told them to change it but they don't change. We stay there for 4 days and we booked 2 rooms both bathrooms were so dirty. I will give 5/5 to food. They have amazing service. Polite and helpful staff. Specially owner of the restaurant. Food was amazing.

We stayed there for a night while travelling to Pune. Very, very poorly maintained, unhygenic. You'll feel as if you're staying on a railway platform. We didn't had any option as it was late evening. They cheat people for money. We paid 2500/- and there was no TV in the room, no hot water in bathroom, uncleaned bedsheets, no kettle and the bathroom door lock wasn't working. It was waste of money.

Worst hotel ever. No lock in our room. Felt unsafe and scared throughout the night. Anybody could enter from outside. We couldn’t even leave our belongings in the room . It was a dusty and stinking room as well . No western toilet. No helpful staff. Felt as if we were stowed away in some animal shelter. Slept for 4 hours only because of the horrible conditions and left as soon as possible inspite of paying such a huge amount!!

First thing, the hotel is on right place exactly on state highway. Totally safe for family stay, it's big property with all amenities within including safe parking. This hotel is highly recommended.

Rooms are not well maintained, encountered many issues like fan regulator not working, AC was not working. Cigarette smell all over first floor. Cockroaches in bulk quantity moving over plates in restaurant. Would not recommend for family.

Quite away from hustle bustle from the city, though within the city, if you are on pilgrimage (Dev Darshan) and want stay overnight, this is good place to chose for. Overall me and my family stay was good, staff was responsive and courteous.

Very bad experience had was stayed for one night but whole night unable to sleep. AC not working when asked to change room but another room AC was having same issue. Not recommended

Rooms are not thoroughly cleaned, reception guys don't provide you with complete information during check in, but are cooperative. Room service is timely, other than timely cleanliness good for a quick stay, layover types.

Try to give early packed breakfast if guests are requesting for. That will add to the balance one star in service.

The rooms were clean and good but service was terrible. We asked for an extra mattress to which they agreed, but never delivered it. It took them close to 45 minutes to bring chai to the room even when the restaurant below was empty. Service deserves 0 stars but otherwise good.

stayed for 3 days,from 10Jan23 to 13Jan23,for pilgrim.Booked taxi recommended by hotel staff,for two days for temples visit. Try to avoid taxis recommended by hotel,lost my cash we left our bag in good faith in taxi when went for darshan at temples from driver.Tourist car owner is Sachin Swami,which hotel recommends. Stay at the hotel was ok.

Dear all... It's a humble request, do not choose this hotel for stay. I have a worst experience with there rooms, service and especially there manager Tabrez,who was so busy and he don't have a single minute to attend the costumers problem. In my 3 days stay ,changed 3 different rooms in different floors. Rooms has AC's which I feel that will be installed in 1947. This is competitive world where everyone trying to give us a good service and accommodation. But here they are more than happy to go with old model. When you stay here there are complementary breakfast which is typical and very limited and practical cost is not more than 100 rupees. They serves typical Aloo paratha which is not great than a Chapati. Overall a worst experience which I never experienced.
