Worst experience, not clean, no hot water, eventually asked for hot water bucket. Congested rooms. Only plus point is location.

I live here for 3 nights in a suit room and suit room television not working and the refrigerator is not working, The room was not cleaned well, I especially advise your room was good but other services are important for customers, your night shifts room service guys are very good in service but morning shifts guys are very irresponsible in there duty.

Rooms are not properly clean Washroom is not Hygienic . We were three people we payed 2,500 the room and service were not worth it . I think it'd my last visit not happy with the service and Hygine . The plus point is the breakfast was excellent I liked it so much .

We stayed on 6 th Dec. The staffif rude and have no manners. On first day they refused the breakfast and they refused to give hot water for drinking as mythroat was sour. On repethey sent bottle of hot water and said won't give again.

Their behaviour is worse than thugs and no room service room cleaning is out of the question breakfast is always the same they increase price of the room whenever they want and morning receptionist is literally illiterate and thug his language is like why you came to this hotel go to another hotel and hotel owner also don't take any interest in any of his matter they always out of their words last thing there are bed bugs and cockroachs in the bed.

We stayed just for a night. Its pet friendly but that’s it. Rooms are rather old and need to be refurbished. They even charge for water and as they have removed original packs and labelled it with theirs they charge Rs 40 for it. Parking is on the road. An avoidable hotel unless travelling with pets

Situated at a good location. The rooms were clean looking but could have been better. Service was ordinary. But overall good for the room rates the usually have. Their rooftop restaurant doesn't really feel like a rooftop but serves tasty food at reasonable prices. For breakfast they had upma, poha and idli as a small buffet with decent taste

Overall pleasent stay here.. Service is very Good, Quality is good, if you are traveling in AC Sleeper then it is walking distance from Bus, so location is good.If we talking about rooms then it is not as per expectation.

Hotel is ok. It is expensive compared to other hotels. Staff is not supportive, need to run behind them to done the things. Room no. 404 deluxe room doesn't have hot water. They promised many things but failed to complete single. No coordination amongs morning and night receptionists.

I have ever seen this type of hotel in my life because they are at so many hidden chargies and not cleaning facilities and staff is rude behavier when u argue with them they always come to fight plz request you to dont go in this hotel in solapur

This hotel located near to Solapur Bus stand. Easy to notice from main road. This hotel is located on busy street. Rooms are good. Ambience is OK Ok. Rates are as per locality. Complimentary breakfast is available with limited menu. Service is good. They have Bar and resturant. Good for smaller stay.

Location is good, but rooms are averages, bed size is too small for double occupancy

Very Cheep hotel, staff are lying too much they told me don't have charge for early check in but on the time of check out they charge extra , room & bathroom are not clean, Breakfast is very bad total waste of money in this hotel

Hopeless service and rude behavior of hotel staff, we had stay 3 days in suit room which is cost of Rs- 3500 per day, but for 3 days no cleaning has done by staff and we had complain about the same to management but no action has been taken of this..

We stayed here at the hote raj heights near Shivaji chowk For 2 days No pros only cons 1. Just 2 very bad quality soaps in the name of toiletries of coin size 2. No complimentary water bottle not even 1 bottle they charged for each and every bottle 3. We stayed back for 40 min more then there to have our dinner since the restaurant is bar we had a girl with us not comfortable having there. Still after many request he denied us to stay back which forced us to have dinner with cigarettes smoke as there is no separate smoking even in family space 4. They also charged us extra for the 40 min as the 1 hr charges 5. We found one iron bar in the biryani which we ordered and had in there restaurant under cctv surveillance they charged us for the briyani also did not blamed us saying we pitted it in our plate’s purposely they are rude and rude don’t book the hotel room this is my personal request.

Good place to stay near to Solapur ST depot, the location is an advantage, but it's very busy circle & hence noise at night even early morning... Rest all ok rooms are clean ...

Worst and horrible hotel I have stayed at. Try to avoid this hotel if you can and book only if you've had this as a last option to stay in and around solapur. Price is high and food is pathetic. The worst receptionist/manager I have come across. I asked for an extra blanket for my 5 years old kid and they said for kids they don't provide extra blanket and after 10mins of arguing he asked me to pay 500 for extra mattress with that he will provide extra blanket and that was the height. Luckily we had a blanket in the car which I got and spent the night in the room. Also, Parking is on the main circle which is at your own risk

Nice hotel. Good rooms. Promt service. Our room was on 7th floor. But they don't have dedicated parking. Front side of hotel is used to park cars and that is limited to 4-5 cars.

Clean and neat Rooms. Breakfast is very nice. Location is good.
