Wrost experience in my whole life. Manager have nothing to do with people complaint because he got the money already. He is also fully drunk at night. Not enough staff to clean dirty rooms & bad smelling toilets. Don't waste your money on this.

Inadequate staff overpriced rooms are very untidy They do not offer drinking water.

Rooms are spacious and good connectivity to railway station but 1.Maintenance poor 2.bathrooms old and nasty 3.too costly Finally my suggestion is not recommended at all...

Worst Experience. Worst Hotel Rooms, Dirty, Unhygienic, Hotel Rooms Ceilings and Walls are filled with Cob Webs, Ceiling Fans full of Dirt, Bathrooms Glass Panes broken, Bathroom Door Handles Broken. Worst hotel to stay. Never Never Recommend to Stay there.

Rooms were very old and not maintained properly. We saw cockroaches in room and room was dirty when given to us. We had Upma for breakfast which was good.

1) There is a lack of professionalism and competitiveness with the management of Vikrant Palace. 2) The customer management skills are extremely poor. 3) The rooms are unclean, dusty. We had booked A/C delux rooms looking at the photos posted on Make my Trip however actual rooms were very much below the standard. 4) For 2 rooms we had booked a single/common remote control for A/C was given. And when we demanded for 2nd remote control we got response "if you can't ADJUST with a single remote then we will have to provide you the 2nd remote control" however we NEVER got the 2nd one. 5) At 01:30 AM in the night there was power outage in the hotel when inverter facility was also NOT available. When we tried calling at reception there was no response. Next day morning when we questioned about this issue we got response that inverter facility is not working and also the phone facility has problems. 6) In the bathroom/toilets the condition of plumbing facility is worst. 7) In the morning we were offered a Tea by manager on duty which we hadn't ordered however during full and final they also charged for the tea. This shows the poor mentality. So our experience wasn't poor, bad or worst but it was TERRIBLE.

Hotel rooms situation was worst and not clean at all.Ac was not working and TV too. When we asked for replacement room and complaint to staff then later on our room get replaced. So Experience was not good.

Good infastructure greet place spacious rooms, low in service .. Cleanliness is main issue ... Tariffs are low .. Economy rooms for short budget trips.

Good - location is easily accessible by personal/public transport. Bad/Worst - absolutely dirty bathrooms, toilet flush overflows, washbasin doesn’t work, hot water isn’t available all the time for bath, lights keep blinking both in the hallway and room. I experienced this in their premium executive AC room, now imagine the state of other rooms. And I had this experience after changing the room, as earlier room was in even worse than this. Stayed here for a day-and-half and although the package included breakfast, I wasn’t asked even once. When asked about it during the checkout the reply came back as a lame you didn’t ask us. I have been staying hotels even during covid and haven’t seen such a shabby place charging such high rates. Advise to look for alternatives as there are enough options available in this area.

Worst experience ever with mmt recommended hotels..I don't know y the mmt has listed this hotel..no proper services..forget about the services no house keeping persons on duty..it stings in room. Floor is not cleaned as if not washed for years..all dust over the bed and cupboards. No towels in the room ..no proper paint ..all mess..no doormats..bathroom are not cleaned .telephone not working. I would recommend mmt to remove the hotel from the list..Horrible stay at solapur

This is very an professional services and support by hotel sorry this is not hotel it's just room very dirty room no one staff is working on the attending to customer .

Location is prime. No space for 4 wheeler parking. Service is not so good upto the mark. Think before booking.

Rooms are dirty, washroom/bathroom attached in rooms but very dirty like public toilet. Room look like as godown. Service is very bad, intercom not working, TV not working, door handles of almari broken, tiles broken. While complaint staff is not ready help. Location not easy to find easily. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in. Dirty , dark & depressing lobby. Lift not working. Did not see a single housekeeping or helping staff. The rooms are very dusty , dark & unhygienic. The furnitures are very dusty, don't know when last were dusted. The bathroom glass as well as the fittings were broken. We did not even risk lying down on the bed. Kept sitting on the edge of the bed for all the 6 hours that we had booked the room for. Will request all to never book a room here.

Please don't stay in this hotel it's a negative vibe everything is broke in the room everywhere dust no housekeeping Some small insect will bite you as if it says don't stay here it's a total negative energy may the spiritual things don't wanted to stay people there may God bless them but please don't stay and big portal like mmt and goibibo please don't list them

I request everyone not to select this hotel, rooms are very unhygienic..... Dust is everywhere in room...... Even when I saw phone in room I did not wish to touch it due to dust on it, dust collected on ceiling was falling on bed, TV was not working, staff is very arrogant and rude, they have no interest in solving problems of customer. Very bad smell in room. When I asked to clean room no response from staff. I am travelling and staying in hotels since last 12 years but I have not seen such useless and unhygienic hotel and this kind of arrogant staff.

One of the 3rd class rooms, sweeping also not done wash rooms hopeless windows curtons not washed since 10 years & nobody is responding over there after payment I would like to give minus rating

Good rooms needs to be maintained properly atleast before someone occupies the room.

Please i request don't visit this hotel. No value for money. Tv doesn't work Taps flow 24/7 even if u don't want leakage is found. Bed was stinking. It's an haunted place, they charge so high as if it is a 3 start hotel. It standards are not even like a lodge. Please don't waste your money..
