1)
There
is
a
lack
of
professionalism
and
competitiveness
with
the
management
of
Vikrant
Palace.
2)
The
customer
management
skills
are
extremely
poor.
3)
The
rooms
are
unclean,
dusty.
We
had
booked
A/C
delux
rooms
looking
at
the
photos
posted
on
Make
my
Trip
however
actual
rooms
were
very
much
below
the
standard.
4)
For
2
rooms
we
had
booked
a
single/common
remote
control
for
A/C
was
given.
And
when
we
demanded
for
2nd
remote
control
we
got
response
"if
you
can't
ADJUST
with
a
single
remote
then
we
will
have
to
provide
you
the
2nd
remote
control"
however
we
NEVER
got
the
2nd
one.
5)
At
01:30
AM
in
the
night
there
was
power
outage
in
the
hotel
when
inverter
facility
was
also
NOT
available.
When
we
tried
calling
at
reception
there
was
no
response.
Next
day
morning
when
we
questioned
about
this
issue
we
got
response
that
inverter
facility
is
not
working
and
also
the
phone
facility
has
problems.
6)
In
the
bathroom/toilets
the
condition
of
plumbing
facility
is
worst.
7)
In
the
morning
we
were
offered
a
Tea
by
manager
on
duty
which
we
hadn't
ordered
however
during
full
and
final
they
also
charged
for
the
tea.
This
shows
the
poor
mentality.
So
our
experience
wasn't
poor,
bad
or
worst
but
it
was
TERRIBLE.
