Nice place clean and neat, if only they had a decent security would hv given them 5 stars. Security has no meaning in this society, they are just watchmen who are placed to see who comes and goes but when questioned they will not hv any answers at all.

Crowd: Good crowd. Most of the inhabitants are corporate employees, hence would find good crowd Flat Area: Very big flats. I have 2 bhk which is 1050 sq ft carpet with 2 balconies and 1 dry area. Amenities: Have 2 Club houses. Have good sized swimming pool. They use my gate app and has good security. Parking: Have dedicated covered parking for residents and about 8 cars worth of area for guest parking.

Gera township is situated in one the best area of kharadi ,it is constructed in proper way and have few buildings in the site, Gera trinity tower is best tower and there cleanliness is to much , Parking is also well managed, Amenities are also good, Parking area , lift is also best

Located in the best area of kharadi near school and shopping complex. IT parks and big companies establishing new base in the vicinity. Society is fabulous and flats are huge and spacious. Amenities are well maintained and staff is courteous.
