Pizza hut has maintained the taste of pizza for years but Baner center fails again in hygiene. Dirty floor, god know which type of flying insects, non cleaned floor . Please see pics. Carry your fly killer when you visit them or better order it home

The new introduction of pizzas and garlic bread are great. We tried kheema cheese garlic bread, Cheesy American Pizza and chicken Nawabi pizza... All were amazing.. The service here is not up to the mark. We were having a lot of flies. And service was touch slow. It was less crowded when we visited. The way they served the food today was like... Serve the dish which is ready... Doesn't look professional

Pizza - 4 star 1. Tried momo pizza, it was good. This is spicy side so be careful. The spicy rating is missing while ordering. 2. Pizza base is fluffy and crispy which I like 3. Quantity of cheese is less while the tomato paste is more 4. Topping are at ok level Ambience - 2 start 1. This place is divided between pizza Hut and KFC. So the space provided for pizza Hut is cramped. So if you are looking for good dine-in place then avoid it. 2. Crockery used are of lower quality then what we used to get few years back. This can be better. Staff - 2 star 1. The staff are loaded with so much work that they do not have time "service" The customer. They are busy is taking orders. 2. From our table plates were taken out but was not cleaned. We waited for 5 min no one bothered to look at us as why we are standing. After I complained, they justified their mistake by saying the staff is new. I don't understand, why you employee a staff without proper training. More important, don't justify your mistake. Accept it and solve the issue. And for the uneasiness caused to the customer give them some complementary food or discount coupon. Cost - 4 star 1. Pricing is affordable. As they have good offers running most of the time. Bottom line: Pizza Hut was a great place for dine-in earlier however now their policies are tilted towards home delivery.

The place is good, the taste and atmosphere are good, but the pricing is very high. I ordered a normal cheese-based medium (4-piece) pizza, which was around ₹110. After that, I ordered another paneer tandoori pizza medium (4-piece) with only paneer, onion, and capsicum toppings, which cost almost three times as much, around ₹398. Also, a cold drink costing around ₹20-₹30 was priced at ₹100 per glass. I'm disappointed regarding the pricing.

Untidy most unhealthy atmosphere. As the crowd grows they minimize their order counters, it's huge rush, long queue because cheap food. If you love your body stay away for sich outlets. For fun sometimes it's okay. Cheap food, tasty because most of it is fried. All Frozen stuff. Nothing fresh.

I've always chosen Pizza Hut over Dominos, but it seems like Dominos took the rivalry very seriously and came up with our newest variants. Pizza Hut should buckle up if they have to stay. Our pizza base is so delicious, I can just eat a basic pizza base with our oregano seasoning!

Literally bad service, they just keep making online orders and forget about the customers who are physically present for there orders. Not recommending this Pizza Hut branch.

Tried new item this time - Momo Mia pizza, baked momos and choco volcano. Did not like this momo items at all but enjoyed choco-volcano. Staff and service was good but next time I will only go for traditional bestsellers.

Better service pizza so fresh and delight full

I have order 2 pizza and tear and share veg through Zomato and i received burnt pizza all the items were burnt very bad experience,did not expect this from an international food outlet, killed the whole vibe of eating pizza in mid night, all the Topinngs taste burnt ,tastes like hell ,very bad. How could you even serve this to anyone, make a new one if the pizza is burnt but instead in order to save few money in making new pizza you served a burnt one very dissatisfied by the service gave money to eat burnt food customer satisfaction customer value is zero just wants to make money 🤮🤮😖😵‍💫
