I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had during my recent booking at your establishment. As a paying customer, I expected to receive a certain level of service and unfortunately, my expectations were not met. I would like to bring to your attention the issue I faced, I served on you a show cause notice.

An amazing and exotic experience to stay between the vineyard and smell the aroma of the wine. Very hospitable staff and luxurious stay. A must visit place with family away from the hustle of the city. Happy Rejuvenation!

Stayed 2 nights and had a wonderful time. The rooms are extremely comfortable and have all amenities. Food is prepared hot and served in the well furnished drawing / dining area. The wine factory tour and wine tasting by Kshitij was very informative. The wines are of international quality and excellent. Enjoyed a rose’, noi and an excellent aged sparkling.The lunch in the Machan is very enjoyable and one is taken about 13 kms away to another vineyard owned by the company. Very good experience and highly recommended

Most wonderful experience. Comfortable stay. Great food - just like home food. Friendly and helpful staff always ready to be of service. Amazing location though roads reaching there are bumpy in parts. What vineyards and what a winery! Definitely worth a visit.

Had a great day at the winery, Ravi at the main testing center was super helpful, our day started with Wine tasting, followed by winery Visit and Lunch. We did not have enough time to stay overnight, but got a chance to visit the factory which has distillery and bottling plant.

We have been travelling in India for 5 weeks. This is our last stop and what a relaxing and interesting time we have had here. Before coming to Fratelli we did not know much about the Indian wine industry. Now we have learnt the history of this winery, seen the vines and production and of course sampled the wine! Sette 2009 especially memorable. Sushant organised great activities for us each day and presented the wine tastings. All the staff at the guest house gave 5star service. They looked after us so well, nothing was ever too much trouble. The chef and his team prepared amazing meals - so much food, so good. Everyone at Fratelli is proud of their facility and this shows in their care of guests. Thank you for a memorable experience.

This was a special trip with my childhood friends and we had the best time at Fratelli vineyards, thanks to the hospitality by the staff, the wonderful rooms, the beautiful view, the yum food and the exceptional experiences. We have taken back a lot of fond memories of the trip and will always hold a special space for the wonderful people we met here . Shoutout to Pallavi, Sushant, Ravi, Bhola, didi who made us breakfast and the rest of the staff for the wonderful time. Can't wait to be back :)

Just came back from this place today. Great rooms , though limited. Delicious homely food, courteous/smiling staff, very informative Wine making tour and candle light dinner. Cherry on cake is Open Jeep drive to Machaan, later on realised they serve lunch there for 2 night stay package. All in all, highly recommended weekend gateway just 4 hours away from Pune.

The Fratelli Estate experience is one of its kind & unique. Not like the other vineyards one visits. It’s exclusive & homemade at the same time. Awesome food. Amazing hospitality. & of course some great wine! Peaceful. Serene. Beautiful. A must visit here. The sunset & lunch at the hilltop was the highlight of our trip. All thanks to the lovely folks - Amol Amit Janaa & the great food by their local chef! Special mention of Sushant Soni- extremely warm & made us feel so welcome there! Learnt so much about grapes & wine making from him. Thank you for the flowers & the moon watching experience specially. Surely coming back & highly recommending it! Excellent stay at Fratelli Winery. The wines were very good especially the Sette 2009 and Sushant was very knowledgeable at our wine tastings. The whole team really make this a special place to visit. In addition, the food is fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. Maxine (Australia)

This is an exclusive must visit place to go. They have just 4 rooms that occupy maximum of 3 guests each. So you get that feeling of being special. The hospitality is way too good and very personal. Even a 5 star hotel does not have this kind of personalised service. Large and clean rooms and great food and wine to top it all.

An awesome experience. Nestled in the midst of vineyards this is a fabulous location to spend some quiet peaceful time with your partner and family. Well appointed large rooms with a great view, personalised service with attention to detail, delicious and well presented local and Italian food, very good facilities and amenities are what makes this place worth the travel. The icing on the cake is the personalised service with the team trying to accommodate and cater to every demand that you or the kids have. Hats off and kudos to the team of Amit, Amol, Bhola, Rahul, Ravi and the 2 other staff whose name I've unfortunately forgotten. This is a destination we will definitely visit again.

Service was 5 star. It was a terrific experience. Each and every activity was perfectly planned by them. Ravi (guide) is quite competent at his job, he made sure we learn about wines pretty well. Food was also scrumptious. Overall nothing to complaint. Must try experience.

The stay at Fratelli was very relaxing and peaceful. To see the whole wine making process and the vineyard experience was amazing. The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Kshitij, Ravi and team for making our stay here feel homely. The highlight of the trip was the homely fresh cooked food and the movie night under the stars. Would definitely recommend everyone to visit this place for a peaceful getaway and for the hospitality.

Highly recommend spending time at this beautiful vineyard. You will be looked after well by the Team led by Sushant and Amol. Indian & Italian Food made by Chef Vikas (Bhola) is delicious. Wine is amazing. Special mention of Amit who entertained my child by taking her for the ATV bike ride & Ravi who took us to the Machan for amazing lunch. Pros - Amazing location Great wines. Amazing staff and hospitality. It was pitch perfect. The entire staff is lovely, Sushant, Ravi etc to name a few. Food is amazing. The entire experience that staff tries to create is five star. Trip to Machan is lovely. Cons - None :) I would love to visit again.

Great experience. Was much better than the hyped ones in Nashik. Would recommend staying there on weekdays so that you get personalised programs everywhere. Would have loved to have lunch/dinner at the Machan, but unfortunately, that didn't happen. Anyways,it was a great experience overall.

Definitely a must visit. Hope away from home, and that too with the phenomenal vineyard and its entire experience around! I am going back with loads of fun memories. A special shout-out to the staff.

The entire experience was fantabulous! The wine is great and food is homely . The rooms are clean and best part is they open onto the lawn . We got a great ride to the vineyard as well and compared to Sula tasting and vineyard experience , Fratelli was ahead by leaps and bounds . Staff is courteous as well and sommelier was great at the tasting session .

Had a wonderful and very pleasant stay at Fratelli Vineyards. The staff were all very hospitable and accommodating. The food was great! The wine tasting session was a new and fun experience, conducted by Mr. Kshitij. All in all a must try experience! 5/5 would recommend!

We had a wonderful 1day stay in FRATELLI WINE . Had a tour of vineyard. They served delicious Lund on the top of the Hill from where we have a 360 degrees view of there grape garden ( vineyard). It was an amazing experience. We loved there hospitality. Most importantly they serve superior quality wine varieties.

A spectacular getaway for people looking to escape the bustle of the city. It is a gorgeous property that overlooks lush vineyards and a rustic landscape. The tour through the vineyards, the open skies, the wine tasting experience, the fresh home cooked meals and the ATV rides, were all such a memorable experience! It was honestly such a pleasant stay! Moreover, the staff is super courteous, hospitable and accommodating. A special shout-out to Shitij for being so gracious and patiently answering all our questions, walking us through the entire wine making process, leading a very informative wine tasting session and giving us the best recommendations for wine. Definitely coming back here! Also the wine was amazing!!!
