Personally i recommend this for drinkers only, not for the people who have plan to go with there family to have a dinner. Cons:- 1. Worst service , very very worst service. 2. Limited menus are available 3. Taste is average prices are high 4. They take compulsory service charge which is 10% of total bill Pros:- 1. Ambience is very good and refreshing

Won't go ever and won't suggest anyone(1/5 experience) So, Went for the lunch on Sunday ,the outer ambience looks great and pleasant. We ordered soup first - Manchow & sweet corn soup where Manchow was good. But the sweet corn was really bad(it taste like having thick sugar soup)the starch added was not mixed properly and so becomes balls of starch in it and sticky. Manchow -4/5 Sweetcorn Soup-1/5 Then in starter - Chicken which was ok ok 3/5 & Crispy veg- 2/5(not warm) Main course we ordered Butter roti-1/5(thin like papad) Chicken handi (which came after half an hr we finished starter)-1/5(thin gravy without good taste) Dal fry which came after lunch ,lol -2/5(for taste) Servicing ,I think had worst experience..it's like no body wants to work so with pressure cook was cooking and waiters are serving everyone out there.-0/5 Cleanliness -2/5 Ambience -4/5( swimming pool ) Value for money -1/5 Overall experience -1/5 (won't visit again and won't suggest anyone to go there )

It has been almost 5 years that I visited this place last. Yesterday when I visited, the occasion was our office party. What I love about this place is that, after you get into the Forest Trails premises, you already start getting the vibes. The calm drive from Froest Trails to the Cliff relaxes you and gets you in the mood. The club is amazing. Strategically located on a hill top to enjoy lovely cool breeze and fantastic sunset clouds. Our part was at the pool side and it was an awesome area. Food is amazing here, nothing that I specifically want to point out, but overall it was good.

We had the most amazing dining experience at the cliff. Great food, great service,great ambience. Has got scenic views which are perfect for any party. It's a place where anyone can hangout for hours ;be it an office meeting ,gatherings or parties.

The location was good, and the service was satisfactory. However, we were disappointed with the food. My family members and I disliked the butter chicken we had ordered; the chicken pieces tasted very bad. Additionally, the Chicken Manchow soup was served without chicken, and it had an excessive amount of sauce. On a positive note, the rotis were good.

Amazing place for evenings! One can have a very relaxed time with friends and family. The location is superb, on a hill top as the name says, The Cliff! Service is fast, with a polite and helpful staff. The food tastes yummy, and the variety of drinks and cocktails is also great! We had mushroom loaded red wine fries and sham-savera kofta as main course, with some drinks and cocktails. A must visit place in the western Pune!

We stayed for 2 days,, it was family get together, Excellent Location, rooms ambience is good. All upon the service is the best. It is hardly 5 km from Katraj, away from city but in city. On hill top.. Swimming pool was safe, pool table, carrom etc, we all family members enjoyed a lot.

We have had dinner at 'the cliff' 4-5 times till now. We never had a bad experience about food or service over there. Food is on the spicier side , so if you want things mildly spiced then you need to instruct them while placing the order. Otherwise , the food is great. The view is very nice as it's located in the hilly and lush green area. We have always gone there with groups of family or friends, but we didn't experience any delay in service because of the bulk order. I would have given 5 stars to the location if it wasn't located on the outskirts. It takes time and driving on bumpy roads to reach there.

I have been to The Cliff restaurant a few times now and every single time I have had to move seats due to some reason or the other. I usually visit in a group so we do tend to find the service slow. The staff is good but gets frustrated easily if we make simple requests like extra spoons/napkins. The food is good there.

I just fell in love with this place at the first sight.. 🤩 It's located on a hill top in bhugaon in the forest trails project... The journey here is scenic and the place is surrounded by greens.. Food taste and quality was top notch 😋😋😋.. we ordered Paneer pasanda (not sure about the name of the dish) Cheese garlic naan, butter roti, chicken tikka pizza, mocktails and coffee!!! Everything was just awesome 😋😋😋 I'll give 5 star rating to each and every dish.. The ambience was just perfect!!! The lights, silent and romantic music, cool Breeze.. made our evening worthwhile.. Also, last but not the least, Service was very very good!! They made sure we get everything that we ordered on time and that we feel comfortable.. The value for money here is up to the mark!!! I highly recommend this place for every occasion.. be it a romantic date, a family dinner, a get together, a decent birthday/anniversary celebration.. just loved it!!

It's a family resto bar within Forest Trails township. Ambience is okay. We had pure veg food here; the taste was good. The service and staff behaviour was really nice.

The first time I have been here, thanks to a dear friend who invited us. Bring an architect and journalist and Editor of a design magazine means that I literally savour each moment of every space I go to, especially when it's a restaurant as good as this one. I was truly truly impressed with the most important achievement of this place... the balance of colour, branding, music, furniture, openness, food quality, everything. They have beautifully retained the sanctity of this place, this forested area through the menu and layout. I was also extremely impressed when the owner came up and chatted with us, her professional and aesthetic eye is visible everywhere. Especially loved the 'mirror frame wall' which adds so much fun and punch to the experience of walking in, and also loved the elite club feel at the entrance lobby. Superb. Definitely more than worth the drive from Pune and definitely coming here many more times!

We enjoyed a team outing here, cool place, good rooms, quality food, nice service. The main highlight is - swimming pool, it's really beautiful.

The food is really good. We tried cream of mushroom soup and chicken clear soup. Both were good. Starters like chiken kebabs were very good. Price of roti is ₹19 which really made the dinner smooth. Pasta is tasty and so are the nachos. Butter chicken was smooth. Tandoori Jhinga was damn tasty.

This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing mocktails, food and service. From the starter to the in house dessert the quality and taste of everything was outstanding, especially the chatkara mocktail. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.

The food here is amazing. I went here with my friends and my friends also liked the food and mocktails. We tried chicken and paneer starters which were so tasty even the chutney served with it was delicious and the chicken was so juicy and paneer was great too. The service is quick and professional. Overall, this location is calm and cool specially in the evenings where you can enjoy with your friends and family between the mountains.

An amazing destination restaurant in Pune. A drive slightly out of city on a hill top makes one’s anxious.. as one reaches the destination the sheer location and facade makes one appreciate in awe. It s a complete hangout place with open and covered air restaurant with an amazing bar. Live music just swept me off and made me swing . Awesome food with reasonable portions. It’s a place with an amazing view to celebrate one’s special occasions In life or to surprise one’s family, friends or clients. If you haven’t seen this in Pune , one’s pune trip is incomplete.

Really amazing place and food here is really tasty. This hotel is situated in very well area of forest trails township. If you are going during or just after monsoon season, you can also enjoy greenery here. Costs wise this place is costly, but it is worth trying.

Great place to spend time with friends and family. The place is so good and relaxing .The food was good. Staff is very friendly and they look after you even if it is crowdy. We tried the minestrone soup for the first time it was delicous. Also the italian food and veg biryani was tasty. We didnt like the berry drink that much.

Large rooms, need little maintenance but are good enough for a comfortable stay. Since it's an isolated location, don't expect great service due to the limited number of staff but the staff is courteous . But they have an excellent restaurant - location of restaurant and food quality, both amazing.

I had gone for dinner here on sunday evening. It was full. Seemed like they were way too short off staff. Order was placed 20 minutes after being seated at table. Another half an hour for order to be served after consistent reminders. Food was okayish.

Beautiful location, great food with consistency.... Been going here since last 2-3 years and it hasn't disappointed us! Great service too. What more do you need? Highly recommended! Special mention for their pizzas, thin crust made perfect with mozzarella.

Place is nice but very costly, ambience is perfect for evening party but not worth the price. They must reduce the price or increase the food quantity.

The only suggestion before going there is use the Dineout app to do the booking in advance and then go. You will save 50 percent on paying through it. Then only it will make sense otherwise it's crazy expensive for the service it gives. Try cheese balls.
