The main temple is Nirguna Matha, adorned with the Nirguna Padukas. However, it is important to take holy bath (Or atleast teertha sprinkling) at Sangam of Bheema-Amarja, before visiting the main temple. Other important places to visit are Bhasma ( Ash ) Hill nearer to Sangama. The ash is very powerful and now it is in the form of Mud only. Wearing of this Ash will protect those persons from DRISHTI doshas. The Audumbar Tree, situated at Sangam. Here many devotees perform the Parayan of Shree Gurucharitra. Kalleshwar Temple- Mukti Sthan There is no meals facility exists in this temple. On weekends, it takes about 4-5 hours for Darshana.

Felt very calm after having Dattatreya darshana. After a holy bath in Bhima river one can visit the holy oudhumbhara tree and see hundred of people chanting the holy guru charite.later went to sri nrisimha saraswsthi Peeta. Then we went to kalleshwar temple on the way to main Peeta .At last we went to the devine sri Anusuya Dattatreya temple who is a form of Brahma Vishnu and Shiva.

It's was so blessed to visit the place. Its very clean and good.vibes. Many people from Maharashtra visit more. It's 35km far from main city of Kaluburgi. Place is good. And need to visit morning time. So there will be less crowd. Roads are small. Need to try for parking.

Ganagapura is a kshetra (place of pilgrimage) associated with Sri Narasimha Saraswati Swami, the second incarnation of Dattatreya. According to the book Shri GuruCharitra, he promised that he would abide forever at Ganagapura. In the morning, he would bathe at the confluence of the Bhima and Amarja rivers. At midday, he would go through the village asking for bhiksha (alms of food), and accept pooja offerings in the form of Nirguna Paduka at the temple. Devotees believe that by bathing at the confluence between 3.30 am to 4.30 am (brahma muhurtham ), studying the Shri GuruCharita book for 7 days (sapthaha, the chapters would be spread across 7 days) at the odumbara tree ( Fig tree) at the confluence, by begging (Maadhukari) from at least five houses for 7 days in Ganagapura, and by offering Paduka Pooja at the temple, they can experience the living presence (darśana) of Sri Narasimha Saraswati Swami, and be freed from sins and granted wishes. Ganagapur is well connected by road and rail. There are many state-run buses from Gulbarga to Ganagapur. The town is on the railway route.[6] Travellers need to get down at the Ganagapur Road railway station, which is on Gulbarga-Mumbai route. From there to Ganagapur is 22 kilometres (14 mi) by bus or auto-rickshaw. The nearest airport is at Kalaburgi located 52 kilometres from Ganagapur. The roads have been repaired and improved by the Government of Karnataka. Pilgrims also from Maharashtra State can come via Solapur and Akkalkot. Both this places are having good connectivity to Ganagapur.

Om Guru Shri Dattatreyaye Namah Most powerful 🙌 ✨️ place , Powerful God ,Loveble,Believed, Trusted. Temple structure is 🥰 , Parking area ✅️ but limited, Bus facility ✅️ - Walkable distance from 🚌 bus stand , About Temple 🛕 which is maintained by trusties - Need to say about The *Prasad* Giving place . Please make sure it's neat and clean. It's more slippery on rainy season - ppl may slip at any time when its too much crowded . Pls take care of that. And another thing I want to say When I'm receiving Laddu Prasad from (trust by )Temple - He reacted unfairly.I don't think I must say this - sorry for that. Please have cash 💸 💰 and coins - when I visited their was no Scanner or gpay /upi process. Don't miss the Prasad. Carry your own plate or help somone buying leaf 🍃 Handmade plates for rs10. U will get Food too by trust after 1.30 or 1.15pm . U have to Walk / u can take vehicle if u have - it takes only few steps (to say half mile). More over., I was blessed to visit and to get blessings by Guru . About Ganagapura- It's still Under developing city (which comes under Kalburgi) ,Roads are ok ok type. Don't have much Shops / Restaurants. Limited shops and Restaurants. But u will get Lodges / hotels🏨. I don't know about services becoz I dint stayed. 1st go to Sanagama - take a bath Visit Audumbhara Vruksha , make ur wish, visit Dattha peeta, and near by Bhasmada Gudda (Parashurama rememberance) Later travel to Main temple. As we did same . It's not compulsory to do as we did. U may continue as u wish. Hence., It was a Good traveling experience for me n my mom. We enjoyed. I want to say this - We booked Basava Express to from both side. It arrived late from both side , becoz of much crossing, engine failure . Which made us sad , becoz of our next planning to reach somewhere. I may don't recommend from Ganagapura to Bengaluru via route . #endlessride #travellingmemory

Temple cleanliness is not that good ... people should avoid littering.... except for full moon day or no moon day due to crowd there is no palkhi olanda(where palkhi goes from above you when you sleep down)...we need to get it through one of the priest of temple whose lodge are there near to temple like anusuya dutt lodge...cost 1100 for family of 4....it's nice to see nivrutti maharaj in this temple...Also do visit bhima ajmer sangam where you can take bath in holy river followed by bhasma hill where it is said that in old days yagna happened in this place leaving ashes here making the place holy...

Scared place. Unfortunately people are destroying the purity of this place . people are spitting around the temple. Surrounding are not clean. This place is so scared that we should not even wear footwear but seeing the streets of temple we cannot walk without footwear. I request all devotees to be clean, not to spit on streets near temple and not thrown any plastic or waste on the roads. Even the river and riversides are filled with plastic other waste things. So try to keep the temple clean. Throwing waste and making surrounding dirty near temple is extremely sin , don't accumulate sin by doing such nasty activities near holy temples. I hope people will try to keep themselves decent in such places. Even temple administration should take serious steps to maintain temple and its surrounding clean.

This place is very important “Darshaneeya Kshetra”. The Padukas of Sri Nrisimha Saraswathi Swamy which are worshipped in this temple is brownish-Red in color. It is not known if they are made of stone or wood. When touched they feel soft, like the limbs of a human body. They were left here by Sri Nrisimha Himself before He left for Kardali Van near Srisailam. Kardali Van was the place Sri Nrisimha left His earthly body and merged with the Parabrahm. It stands on the banks of the river Bhima in Afzalpur taluka of Gulbarga district in Karnataka. The Nirguna Math (Datta Temple) located here is adorned with the Nirguna Padukas of Sri Narasimha Saraswati Swami. The water of the rivers Bhima and Amaraja, especially at the spot of their confluence, are considered extremely holy. Temple Timings:- 3:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Visted on 2nd September 2023 on Saturday at 12 pm. The queue was long and at 12 pm they do aarthi.. So they stopped the queue. If old people are visiting, be prepared to climb stairs for normal queue. Pandiths keep approaching for special Darshan (if you can afford they will take you from main door). Actual God's idol is visible only from a small window like structure, unlike regular temples. And they give you max 3 seconds to view the god, after which they will push you out of the line. Temple is not maintained well. Lots of spider webs, dust etc is observed throughout the queue lines.

This temple is more important in Gangapur because Sri Guru Dattatreya left his padallu👣 here and travelled in boat in Sangam river. Best time to visit here is at 4 to 4:50am in morning because at that time no much people will be there and you pary god so peacefully ❤️❤️ temple was so beautiful ❤️ Temple opening time 3Am.

One of the holy and Sacred place for Dutta Devotees all over India. Bhima Amarja Sangam, Bhasma Tekdi(Ash Hill), Kalleshwar and main Dutta Temple makes this place one of the best place to Visit in anytime of the year. It is in Karnataka State and near the border of Maharashtra. Hotels are available from the range of 1000-2500 with Bhaktaniwas from the Devasthan are also available for stay. At noon 12 there is belief that Lord Dutta ask for bhiksha(Madhukari) so there is a tradition of asking and giving madhukari. At night 8 the main Palakhi pooja takes place which should missed.

Extreme high vibration here Need to sangam river first take bath and then visit the temple around 12pm to take the aarti and experience the bhikshaa process. The temple is not maintained well and ppl throw all the waste beside the temple but no one in India can control that. Carry all the pooja item with you to avoid delay. Thursday is the crowd pulling day for the temple. Parking is 400-500m away from the temple. Weekends will take you 1-2hours for darshan. Roads are good and you may look for datta krupa hotel for lunch with unlimited food.

Shree Kshetra Dattatreya Temple of Nrusimha Saraswati Swami is one of the important guru pilgrimages in the guru tradition. The temple is believed to relieve people suffering from black magic and Paranormal Activity affects. Nrusimha Saraswati Swami's presence can be felt with a pure heart.

🌺श्री गुरुदेव दत्त 🌺 Dattatreya Temple is dedicated to the deity Dattatreya, an incarnation of the god Vishnu. It is an important place of pilgrimage for Hindus, and is visited by thousands of devotees every year. The temple is known for its beautiful architecture and the large number of rituals and ceremonies that are performed there.🙏🏻 I am rating this place 2 star because of pandit, pujari and other people who are doing money business and defaming this holy place. However people are making cash around that, mainly pujari/pandits. feeling sad after seeing their behaviour. Sangam also need more cleanliness, repeatedly asking money is not correct. Only the issue is basic needs availability is very less and the road quality from Solapur Highway to Shri Kshetra is not very good. The government must take a look at this place for it's developement.🙏🏻

Visiting Gangapur Temple was a transformative experience. The temple's ancient aura and positive vibes offered an unparalleled sense of peace. Participating in the Pooja and Abhishek rituals was deeply spiritual, connecting me to the temple's rich traditions. Donating Bhiksha was humbling, adding to the day's profound spiritual journey. This visit was a unique blend of tranquility and spiritual enrichment, making it one of my most memorable experiences. Highly recommended for seekers of spiritual depth and peace under Gurudev Datta 🙏

Very powerful temple. Cleaness is very less. Parking is available free in front of entrance. Enough space for parking vehicle. Try to visit kalleshwar temple, sangam ,ghat and bhasma mountain . All these places are within 5-10 kms. You can reach there by your vehicle or by passenger vehicles.

(Translated by Google) In order to find God, first of all, get rid of discrimination and meet God sitting in your own body from 4 to 7 in the morning. The railway plane light is all man-made universe. You decide who owns which universe. You are the sculptor of your life. You are your disciple. You are your guru. Nose, ear, eye, mouth. This is what the founder of the Vedas should take from Bodh. Tirtha of Nama, blind every day at the great confluence and be free from sorrow and poverty. Shiva (Mahadeva) has kept the path open day and night for you from experience, but when you are lost, when will you find it in Mayanagari of mind, you will find it in the sadguru's footsteps. You are the one who will become Brahma. You are the one who is powerful. He will become God !!! People who work hard all night long will find the work of Satan, but when will they find it? Infinite birth suffers in this creation, even though he is rich, he does not get happiness, even if he is poor, he enjoys all the pleasures !!! Home when you meet the endless birth time !!! To go to the same God in the form of enlightenment by telling the identity Shri Sadgurunath Sharanam !!! Lord Dattatreya is situated at Gangapur, it's a border place between Maharshtra and Karnataka. People take bath at Bhima river. The video is from the place where people stay in this small town, we stayed at Avaduth Ashram. Temple is just 2 km far from this place.Avadhut Ashram is 24*7 open for visitor to come and very economical

Meet the real divine power, great place. Trustees should manage cleanliness also sometimes you may face parking issue or traffic jams. It took 1 hr for darshan on peak time with paid pass. Limited food options are there. Road condition is average. Take the second route which is fair and better compared to first one.

Blessed Beautiful Dattatreya Temple is dedicated to the deity Dattatreya, an incarnation of the god Vishnu. It is an important place of pilgrimage for Hindus, and is visited by thousands of devotees every year. The temple is known for its beautiful architecture and the large number of rituals and ceremonies that are performed there.

Very Power full for and sacred place. Take holy dip in the sangam river where three rivers meet at a one point. It takes max 45 mins for darshan on weekends and on Thursday. It takes more than two hours on full moon and no moon days.

  • 4/5 Mahesh M. 6 months ago on Google
Cleanliness need to be maintained in and around Temple and whole town.. Pooja Seva and Darshan timings well maintained. Temple town is over crowded during Poornima(full moon day) and festival days..

  • 5/5 Praveen R. 8 months ago on Google
It was nice, we need stay at least 2 days to cover all the temples, Ashta Thirth will take 2-3 hrs, temple Darshan in the evening 7PM pallaki Seva, 12PM Bhiksha, Morning 7AM Rudrabhishekam. Completely relaxed from office work, long drive from hyderabad, also plan akkal kota which 60 Km from temple.
