I assume that the other food is probably not as good. I told my date to only order the pepper steak and I will buy her anything else if she didn’t like it. My girlfriend is from Colombia. Most Colombians order their steaks well done (termino completo) but I asked her to try it Medium well (3/4 completo). It was her first time not eating well done steak and it made the world of a difference. This may explain the negative reviews. The total bill was around $120 USD for 2 people and was well worth the price. The wait staff was extremely attentive. The only negative is that they do not sell shots of Don Julio 1942; they only sell it by the bottle. I hope the restaurant will change because it is my favorite tequila, but it is also over priced for the bottle. I will definitely come back when I visit Barranquilla again. We had an excellent time and it was a wonderful experience.

The food was great! It was delicious! I came from New York and went with a great friend of my who does charity campaigns to help the people in need @alvaritodetodito. The experience overall was very overwhelming since I was expecting a more warming and welcoming environment from the owner who was there and the waitress. My suggestion is that the restaurant’s staff have to be more welcoming to everybody not matter what they look like, a lot of tourist don’t wear heels or dresses to go to a restaurant just to show they have money.
