So I took this one fat broad from the hood to Pepe Anca just for the hell of it. We had a good time. It was funny to see her wolfing down a meal that she couldn't ever afford 😆 The inside is just as classy as the outside, and, as expected in this part of the city, I was the only negro diner. It wasn't too bad, though. I didn't get too many stares from other diners, so that was nice. The noise level was acceptable. It didn't matter too much anyway, since my date and I used Google Translate for much of the communication. We were treated normal by our waiter, though he seemed to be somewhat in a hurry. The waitstaff didn't smile much, though I didn't check to see if they were smiling when attending to the white diners. To our waiter's credit, he checked up on us a couple of times. Earned his tip, I guess. I'll probably come back to Pepe Anca with a classy lady, take my time to order something interesting, and truly enjoy the atmosphere.

Highly overpriced and despite asking for my beef well-done they brought it with blood coming out. It's a nice place tho and if they'd pay more attention to what customers ask I'd come again

Excellent beef good variety and excellent dishes. If you want to go crazy and order Angus beef, is expensive but available, as long as other US grade cuts of beef. Bald men get special discounts!

The best restaurant ever. I have never been disappointed with Pepe Anca. My husband and I enjoyed for dinner after a fews years. They remodeled the place, the food taste good and we went for dinner and lunch. We tried the lobster bisque, recommend. Robalo grilled over vegetables, recommend. Róbalo soup, recommend. Grilled Mariscos over two color mash potatoes, not my favorite, and I love sea food but, it was no for me.

As good as any steakhouse in USA. Real, charcoal grill. Stick to national beef. Good wine selection. Dessert of enyucado is divine

A very traditional restaurant for steaks in the city. The cuts here are not the same as in the US, but are very good and flavorful, also all the side dishes are the bomb. Service might be busy and sometimes takes long, but nothing to be too concerned about. Will go back.

Perfectly prepared and delicious cuts of beef with a nice variety of sides from which to choose. Pork, chicken and seafood also available. And, the desserts are marvelous. Prompt service and attention. Well worth the price.

We had the imported Porterhouse steaks. Very delicious and tender. The staff was friendly and gave excellent service. We will go back very soon.
