The reception personnels are polite, the food and drinks are somewhat great (depends on your pallette) But we have a problem with our room (room number 411), the window cover is broken, the refrigerator is overflowing with ice and we've got our shower head placed on the soap holder, haha. Wondering how we're going to take a bath with this broken sh*t. 😏😏 and one last thing, there are leftover soaps littered inside the wash room from the previous occupant. Went to the reception desk and told them about the problem with our room but he said that he's yhe only one on duty and the next morning came without any assistance given to us. They could've atleast put us to a different room. 🤏✌✌

Very wonderful! I am staying here two nights and I am so glad💜 loved the pool during day time and the breakfast was good!! Definitely come if you are in barranquilla, Colombia

Since change the owner breakfast get very bad, you have line choice only butter, eggs, 2 different bread some fruit juice coffee and chocolate but all have no taste, i took only one bite and i gave up, this place not worth to come anymore, this is the 5 time i was here and the last one... And the bathroom door not closing you have to push harder to close when you try to open back good luck if you are a woman....

Nice Hotel with super comfy beds and ac in every room! pool area and garden is very nice and good to chill in the middle of the city! the place is also very safe!!! very friendly and competent staff, good food and the manager is very friendly and happy to help! one of the best places so far on our columbia trip!

Awesome clean historic local building that has been maintained extraordinarily well. The building has been modernized with all the other amenities you expect with a hotel these days along with fast reliable WiFi. The grounds and pool are well kept with plenty of sunny and shady spots to lounge around. There is an on-site restaurant that has some of the best food I had while in Colombia. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful to provide an easy stress free stay. Hotel Genova Centro is a place I would strongly recommend to any of my friends and family if they were visiting Barranquilla.

Cozy spacious hotel with classic feel and look, and very attentive and helpful staff like I imagine hotels used to be. Also Pool and breakfast buffet at a very reasonable price for everything included.
